Πανικό στη Μαδρίτη προκαλεί η Καταλονία

Τα κυρίαρχα μέσα ενημέρωσης στην Ισπανία αφού επιχείρησαν για εβδομάδες να τρομοκρατήσουν τους ψηφοφόρους μετά τις εκλογές θέλησαν να ανατρέψουν το μήνυμα της κάλπης υποστηρίζοντας ότι τελικά κέρδισαν οι δυνάμεις που τάσσονται κατά της ανεξαρτητοποίησης

Λένε ότι μπορείς να διαβάσεις τις προγραμματικές θέσεις του αντικαπιταλιστικού καταλανικού κόμματος Υποψηφιότητα Λαϊκής Ενότητας (CUP) σε ένα από τα τουλάχιστον 200 T-shirt που έχει στη ντουλάπα του ο επικεφαλής της παράταξης Νταβίντ Φερνάντεζ. Στάμπες από επαναστατικά και απελευθερωτικά κινήματα σε όλο τον κόσμο, συνθήματα από τον ισπανικό εμφύλιο αλλά και τις σύγχρονες μάχες απέναντι στη λιτότητα και την γενικότερη οικονομική πολιτική της Ε.Ε κοσμούν την γκαρνταρόμπα του 41χρονου πολιτικού, που έκανε την μεγάλη έκπληξη στις πρόσφατες εκλογές στην Ισπανία. Με αυτά τα T-shirt έμπαινε τα τελευταία χρόνια στο κοινοβούλιο όπου κέρδισε την αναγνωρισιμότητα ολόκληρης της Ισπανίας χάρη στη ρητορική του δεινότητα αλλά και την ικανότητά του να «ανακρίνει» με σκληρές ερωτήσεις τους πολιτικούς του αντιπάλους μέχρι τελικής πτώσεως.

Η Washington Post τον είχε ανακηρύξει «βασιλιά των εκλογών», αρκετές ημέρες πριν ανοίξουν οι κάλπες στην Καταλονία και όπως αποδείχθηκε οι ψύχραιμοι (ίσως λόγω γεωγραφικής απόστασης) Αμερικανοί αναλυτές προέβλεψαν με επιτυχία τον πραγματικό ρυθμιστή των εκλογών.

Τα κόμματα που τάσσονται υπέρ της ανεξαρτητοποίησης, το Junts pel Sí (Μαζί για το Ναι) και το CUP κέρδισαν την πολυπόθητη απόλυτη πλειοψηφία με 72 από τις 135 έδρες, γεγονός που τους επιτρέπει θεωρητικά να θέσουν σε εφαρμογή τις διαδικασίες ανεξαρτητοποίησης σε διάστημα 18 μηνών.

Τα κυρίαρχα μέσα ενημέρωσης στην Ισπανία αφού επιχείρησαν για εβδομάδες να τρομοκρατήσουν τους ψηφοφόρους (με τα συνήθη για την Ελλάδα επιχειρήματα της ολοκληρωτικής κατάρρευσης της οικονομίας) μετά τις εκλογές θέλησαν να ανατρέψουν το μήνυμα της κάλπης υποστηρίζοντας ότι τελικά κέρδισαν οι δυνάμεις που τάσσονται κατά της ανεξαρτητοποίησης! Για να το πετύχουν άθροιζαν στις δυνάμεις τους και το 11% του συνασπισμού κομμάτων που στήριζε το Podemos, που αρνήθηκε να τοποθετηθεί καθαρά στο θέμα (παρά το γεγονός ότι το μανιφέστο του Podemos αναφέρεται σε συνταγματικές ρυθμίσεις υπέρ της ανεξαρτησίας).

Καθώς ο αριθμός των Καταλανών που ζητούν ανεξαρτησία αυξήθηκε από το 25% πριν από πέντε χρόνια σε σχεδόν 50% την περασμένη Κυριακή η Μαδρίτη δεν μπορούσε πλέον να κρύψει την οργή αλλά και τον πανικό της. Δυο μόλις ημέρες από την ανακοίνωση των αποτελεσμάτων ο επικεφαλής του ψηφοδελτίου Μαζί για το Ναι, Αρτούρ Μας και δυο συνεργάτες του διώκονται για τη διοργάνωση του περσινού άτυπου δημοψηφίσματος. Ο Μας θα καθίσει στο εδώλιο του ειδικού δικαστηρίου στις 15 Οκτωβρίου, ακριβώς 75 χρόνια από την ημέρα που το καθεστώς του Φράνκο εκτέλεσε τον πρόεδρο της Καταλονίας, Λουίς Κομπάνις – και όπως είναι φυσικό όλοι αναρωτιούνται εάν απλώς η τύχη παίζει περίεργα παιχνίδια ή εάν η Μαδρίτη του Ραχόι εκφράζει ανοιχτά τη σύνδεση της με το μεταφασιστικό κρατικό κατεστημένο που κυριάρχησε στην ισπανική πρωτεύουσα μετά το θάνατο του Φράνκο.

Το βέβαιο είναι ότι τους επόμενους μήνες η δυναμική της ανεξαρτητοποίησης θα βρεθεί αντιμέτωπη και με τις δικές τις εσωτερικές αντιθέσεις καθώς ο Μας χρειάζεται τις 11 έδρες του CUP για να μπορέσει να κυβερνήσει. Ο νεοφιλελεύθερος πολιτικός όμως απέχει έτη πολιτικού φωτός από τη γνήσια αντικαπιταλιστική φωνή της CUP, το οποίο όχι μόνο δεν μασά τα λόγια του σε ζητήματα όπως η ανάγκη εξόδου από την ευρωζώνη αλλά δίνει και μαθήματα πολιτικής οργάνωσης στην Αριστερά ολόκληρης της Ευρώπης. Γεννημένη μέσα από τα κινήματα η «Υποψηφιότητα Λαϊκής Ενότητας» δίνει στα μέλη της τη δυνατότητα να διεκδικήσουν μόνο μια βουλευτική ή άλλη θεσμική θητεία – ίσως ότι πιο κοντά έχουμε δει τα τελευταία χρόνια στην «πλέρια αιρετότητα» για την οποία μιλούσε και ο Λένιν στο Κράτος και Επανάσταση. Η CUP όμως αποτελεί και υπόδειγμα γνήσιας διεθνιστικής δράσης. με χαρακτηριστικά παραδείγματα τη στήριξη που παρείχε στον αγώνα των Ελληνίδων καθαριστριών αλλά και με στην Επιτροπή Αλήθειας Δημοσίου Χρέους, που όπως φαίνεται εμπνέει καταλανικές οργανώσεις να αμφισβητήσουν το χρέος της περιοχής τους ως παράνομο και απεχθές.

«Πρέπει να ξαναχτίσουμε το δημόσιο τομέα να διώξουμε την ελεύθερη αγορά από τις συντάξεις, την παιδεία, την υγεία και τον πολιτισμό και να επιτρέψουμε σε συνεργατικές δομές ενός κοινωνικού τομέα να πολεμήσουν την οικονομία καζίνο του καπιταλισμού» δηλώνει συχνά ο Νταβίντ Φερνάντεζ προκαλώντας εκνευρισμό όχι μόνο στους Ισπανούς θιασώτες της Τρόικας αλλά και στην αυτοαποκαλούμενη αριστερά της Ισπανίας. Δεν είναι προφανώς τυχαίο ότι το αρχηγικό πλέον Podemos, που κατέβηκε στο πλαίσιο του συνασπισμού της Αριστεράς «Καταλονία Ναι Μπορούμε», με ανοιχτά σοσιαλδημοκρατική γραμμή και κορώνες περί εθνικής ενότητας υπέστη πανωλεθρία καταλαμβάνοντας με δυσκολία την τέταρτη θέση. Σε συνδυασμό με την ήττα των σοσιαλιστών, οι οποίοι συγκέντρωσαν ιστορικά χαμηλά ποσοστά (αν και πολύ καλύτερα απ’ ότι προέβλεπαν οι δημοσκοπήσεις) αλλά και την πολύ κακή παρουσία του κυβερνώντος Λαϊκού Κόμματος, η ψήφος στην Καταλονία ήρθε να αποδείξει πόσο εύκολο είναι να ανατραπούν πολιτικές ισορροπίες δεκαετιών. Παράλληλα όμως υπενθύμισε και πόσο εύκολο είναι να αποκαθηλωθούν επίδοξοι σωτήρες που φορούν ριζοσπαστικούς μανδύες για να κρύψουν την σοσιαλδημοκρατική ψυχή τους.
