Ελλάδα: Επτά εκατομμύρια δεν εργάζονται

Μία χώρα μη εργαζόμενων, με την πλειοψηφία της να είναι άνεργοι και συνταξιούχοι είναι η Ελλάδα. Συνολικά ο πληθυσμός που είναι εργασιακά ανενεργός αγγίζει τα 7 εκατομμύρια, με ότι μπορεί να σημαίνει αυτό για την οικονομική κατάσταση της χώρας.

  • Ο αριθμός των συνταξιούχων (στοιχεία 2015) της χώρας ανέρχεται σε 2.656.007 άτομα. Οι 6 από τους 10 συνταξιούχους στη χώρα μας έχουν σύνταξη κάτω από 700 ευρώ και μάλιστα το 44,8% παίρνει σύνταξη κάτω από το όριο της σχετικής φτώχειας των 665 ευρώ.
  • Ο αριθμός των ανέργων (2015) κινείται στα 1..196.736 άτομα, ενώ σε 350 χιλιάδες οικογένειες δεν υπάρχει εργαζόμενο μέλος. Οι 9 στους 10 άνεργους βρίσκονται στο περιθώριο και δεν λαμβάνουν καμία απολύτως στήριξη από τον ΟΑΕΔ, ούτε ως επίδομα ανεργίας ούτε ως επιδότηση απασχόλησης.
  • Ο οικονομικά μη ενεργός πληθυσμός (όσοι δεν εργάζονται -πχ παιδιά - ούτε αναζητούν εργασία) ανήλθε σε 3.296.280 άτομα.
  • Το σύνολο των απασχολούμενων αριθμεί 3.591.407 άτομα. Ο μέσος καθαρός μισθός σήμερα είναι κάτω από τα 815 ευρώ, ενώ με μηνιαίο μισθό 346 ευρώ απασχολείται μισό εκατομμύριο μερικώς απασχολουμένων.

Οι Ευρωπαίοι θα πρέπει επίσης να αρχίσουν να συνηθίζουν σε ποσοστά ανεργίας της τάξης του 30% με βάση το Ελληνικό πείραμα. Όταν αυτά τα μέτρα πάνε στη Γερμανία, ο Σόιμπλε θα έχει την τέλεια δικαιολογία για τους θυμωμένους Γερμανούς: φταίνε οι Έλληνες και ο Ευρωπαϊκός νότος που αρνήθηκαν να κάνουν τις “μεταρρυθμίσεις” γρήγορα.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique.
