Πολιτικές διώξεις της κυβέρνησης Μάκρι σε κοινωνικούς αγωνιστές

Η πιο πρόσφατη περίπτωση προέκυψε όταν ο ομοσπονδιακός δικαστής Μαρσέλο Μαρτίνες ντε Τζόρτζι εξέδωσε ένταλμα σύλληψης κατά της προέδρου της οργάνωσης Μητέρες της Πλατείας του Μάη, Έβε ντε Μποναφίνι.

Ενώ έχει ξεσπάσει στην Αργεντινή μια τεράστια οικονομική και κοινωνική κρίση, η οποία πλήττει βάναυσα τις συνθήκες ζωής των εργαζομένων, ο Μαουρίσιο Μάκρι στοχοποιεί αντιπροσωπευτικές προσωπικότητες των κοινωνικών αγώνων της χώρας.

Φυλάκιση της Μιλάγρο Σάλα

Τον περασμένο Ιανουάριο, η βουλευτής του Parlasur και ηγέτης της οργάνωσης Τουπάκ Αμάρου, Μιλάγρο Σάλα, συνελήφθη στο σπίτι της στην πρωτεύουσα της επαρχία Χουρούι της Αργεντινής, κατόπιν επιχείρησης της αστυνομίας.

Η Σάλα προσήχθη στο αστυνομικό τμήμα της περιοχής με διαταγή του δικαστή Ραούλ Γκουτιέρες με την κατηγορία της υποτιθέμενης "υποκίνησης διάπραξης αδικημάτων και ταραχών".

Η ηγέτης είχε εγκαταστήσει αντίσκηνο απέναντι από το κυβερνητικό κτίριο του Χουρούι για να καταγγείλει τις αναθεωρήσεις στις καταβολές επιδομάτων σε συνεταιρισμούς από τη νέα κυβέρνηση του Χεράρδο Μοράλες. Ο σύζυγος της Σάλα, δημοσιογράφος Ραούλ Νόρο, συνελήφθη επίσης τον προηγούμενο Ιούνιο με παρόμοιες κατηγορίες.

Οι ελιγμοί του Μάκρι κατά της Κριστίνα Φερνάντες

Τον προηγούμενο Απρίλιο, η πρώην πρόεδρος Κριστίνα Φερνάντες ντε Κίρσνερ (ΚΦΚ) κατηγόρησε τον ομοσπονδιακό δικαστή Κλαούντιο Μπονάντιο ότι ενεργεί κάνοντας κατάχρηση εξουσίας και ισχυρίστηκε ότι η κλήση της σε απολογία αποτελεί ελιγμό της κυβέρνησης, με τη βοήθεια της δικαστικής εξουσίας, για να "κατασκευάσει" μια ποινική υπόθεση και να την φυλακίσει.

Αμέσως μόλις έλαβε την κλήτευση, η Κριστίνα απάντησε: «Όπως το έχω πει ήδη δημόσια και το επαναλαμβάνω άλλη μια φορά: Δεν τους φοβάμαι. Θα αντιμετωπίσω αυτή τη διαδικασία και όποια άλλη θα θελήσουν να μου κατασκευάσουν».

«Μόνο μέσω καταχρηστικής άσκησης της δικαιοδοτικής εξουσίας θα μπορούσε αυτή η υπόθεση να προχωρήσει», συνέχισε η πρώην πρόεδρος σε κείμενο της με πολιτικό τόνο, κάνοντας αναφορές στα Panama Papers και στην απαξίωση της κυβέρνησης του Μαουρίσιο Μάκρι.

Hebe de Bonafini: «Αν πρέπει να με συλλάβουν, ας το κάνουν»

Η πιο πρόσφατη περίπτωση συνέβη λιγότερο από 24 ώρες πριν, όταν ο ομοσπονδιακός δικαστής Μαρσέλο Μαρτίνες ντε Τζόρτζι εξέδωσε ένταλμα σύλληψης κατά της ιδρύτριας και προέδρου της οργάνωσης "Μητέρες της Πλατείας του Μάη" (Madres de Plaza de Mayo), Έβε ντε Μποναφίνι, όταν η ακτιβίστρια δεν παρουσιάστηκε να καταθέσει για την υπόθεση Sueños Compartidos.

Η Μποναφίνι έστειλε επιστολή στον δικαστή στην οποία δικαιολογεί την απουσία της και προειδοποίησε ότι είναι θύμα των επιθέσεων μιας «κακώς αποκαλούμενης δικαιοσύνης» στην Αργεντινή. Μόλις έγινε γνωστή η είδηση, έγινε μεγάλη συγκέντρωση υπέρ της Μποναφίνι, και εξαιτίας αυτού του αποφασιστικού γεγονότος, ο δικαστής αναγκάστηκε να αποσύρει το ένταλμα.

Ποια είναι η Hebe de Bonafini

Η Έβε Παστόρ ντε Μποναφίνι γεννήθηκε στο Μπουένος Άιρες το 1928. Από το 1979 είναι ιδρύτρια και πρόεδρος της οργάνωσης Μητέρες της Πλατείας του Μάη, που δραστηριοποιήθηκε υπέρ των ανθρώπινων δικαιωμάτων και της εύρεσης των αγνοούμενων κατά τη διάρκεια της δικτατορίας του Χόρχε Βιντέλα (1976-1983).

Η Μποναφίνι υπέστη πολλές απειλές και διώξεις για τη δράση την περίοδο της δικτατορίας. Το 1977 έχασε το μεγαλύτερο γιό της, Χόρχε Ομάρ Μποναφίνι (27 ετών), και λίγο αργότερα τον μικρότερο, Ραούλ Αλφρέδο Μποναφίνι (24 ετών).

Επί προεδρίας Κάρλος Μένεμ (1989-1995) τραυματίστηκε από αστυνομικούς ενώ συμμετείχε σε κινητοποίηση φοιτητών κατά της επιχειρούμενης εκπαιδευτικής μεταρρύθμισης της νεοφιλελεύθερης κυβέρνησης Μένεμ.

Το 2001, άγνωστοι εισέβαλαν στο διαμέρισμά της και καθώς δεν την βρήκαν, χτύπησαν και βασάνισαν την κόρη της, Αλεχάνδρα.

Ο δικαστής Μαρτίνες κάλεσε την Μποναφίνι την περασμένη Πέμπτη σε απολογία για μια υπόθεση κατάχρησης κρατικού χρήματος που προοριζόταν σε στεγαστικά προγράμματα. Η αντίδραση των αρχών ήταν άμεση και διέταξαν έρευνα στην έδρα του Ιδρύματος Μητέρες της Πλατείας του Μάη, την οποία αρκετοί πολιτικοί και πλήθος κόσμου προσπάθησαν να παρεμποδίσουν.

Οι "Μητέρες" συνεχίζουν να διαδηλώνουν κάθε Πέμπτη στην πυραμίδα του Μάη, με πάγιο αίτημα την επιστροφή των σορών των αγνοούμενων. Η οργάνωση των "Μητέρων" συνδέεται με τις "Γιαγιάδες της Πλατείας του Μάη", οι οποίες ασχολούνται με την εύρεση και αποκατάσταση όλων των βρεφών (περίπου 500) που αρπάχτηκαν βίαια από τους φυσικούς γονείς τους και δόθηκαν για παράνομη υιοθεσία σε οικογένειες φιλικές προς το στρατιωτικό καθεστώς.
