Στουρνάρας: Ο παρανοϊκός (κατά Αϊνστάιν) τραπεζίτης

Ο Άλμπερτ Αϊνστάιν φέρεται να είπε κάποτε ότι «παράνοια είναι να κάνεις συνέχεια το ίδιο πράγμα (πείραμα) πιστεύοντας ότι θα έχεις διαφορετικά αποτελέσματα»

Σύμφωνα με αυτό τον ορισμό, ο Έλληνας κεντρικός τραπεζίτης, Γιάννης Στουρνάρας, διεκδικεί με αξιώσεις τον τίτλο του πιο παρανοϊκού ανθρώπου που ζει στην ελληνική επικράτεια.

Μιλώντας πρόσφατα σε παρουσίαση βιβλίου ο Στουρνάρας υποστήριξε ότι η κυβέρνηση θα πρέπει να παρέμβει στην αγορά εργασίας για να μειώσει το μισθολογικό κόστος εάν θέλει να αυξήσει το ΑΕΠ.

Συγκεκριμένα ανέφερε ότι «οι διαρθρωτικές αλλαγές στην αγορά εργασίας, που οδηγούν σε μείωση του μισθολογικού κόστους των επιχειρήσεων σε μόνιμη βάση κατά 10%, αναμένεται, σε ορίζοντα δεκαετίας, να οδηγήσουν σε αύξηση του πραγματικού ΑΕΠ κατά 4,5% και σε αύξηση της απασχόλησης και των ιδιωτικών επενδύσεων κατά 3% και 4,5% αντίστοιχα».

Στους υπολογισμούς του προσθέτει και άλλο 4.5% αύξηση του ΑΕΠ που μπορεί να σημειωθεί «μέσω της άρσης ρυθμιστικών εμποδίων στην είσοδο νέων επιχειρήσεων». Και όλα αυτά εξηγεί θα σημειωθούν σε ορίζοντα δεκαετίας.

Δηλαδή ο κεντρικός τραπεζίτης, τον οποίο επέλεξε να διατηρήσει η κυβέρνηση Τσίπρα, και ο οποίος από διαφορετικές θέσεις έπαιξε καθοριστικό ρόλο στο να χάσει η Ελλάδα το 25% του ΑΕΠ της, υποστηρίζει ότι ακολουθώντας την ίδια ακριβώς αποτυχημένη πολιτική θα αυξήσει το ΑΕΠ κατά 8-9% σε μια δεκαετία και θα μειώσει την ανεργία κατά 3%.

Προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες: ακόμη και αν ίσχυε αυτό το παρανοϊκό (κατά τον Αϊνστάιν) σχέδιο δεν συζητάμε για αύξηση 9% επί του αρχικού επιπέδου της παραγωγής αλλά από το επίπεδο στο οποίο αυτό βρέθηκε μετά την πτώση. Το περαιτέρω χαράτσι δηλαδή θα προσφέρει ψίχουλα.

Όλα αυτά συμβαίνουν φυσικά γιατί υπάρχουν ακόμη άνθρωποι (μεταξύ των οποίων πρώην και νυν υπουργοί οικονομικών της κυβέρνησης ΣΥΡΙΖΑ) που πιστεύουν ότι η Ελλάδα μπορεί ακόμη να επιτύχει αύξηση του ΑΕΠ μέσα στο ευρώ με εσωτερική υποτίμηση – δηλαδή με νέα σφαγή μισθών και συντάξων. Είναι η μόνη λύση που βλέπουν για να διατηρήσουν τη χώρα στην ευρωζώνη και έτσι να σώσουν τα προσωπικά τους χαρτοφυλάκια (βλ Τσακαλώτος), τους τραπεζίτες που τους στηρίζουν ή απλώς την κυκλοφορία των βιβλίων τους.

Για να μην χάνουμε την γενική εικόνα, για το που οδήγησε αυτή η πολιτική, να θυμίσουμε ότι μια άλλη χώρα που κατάφερε να χάσει το 25% του ΑΕΠ της σε τόσο σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα ήταν η Γερμανία όταν έχασε τον πρώτο παγκόσμιο πόλεμο.

Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι ο Σπύρος Μαρκέτος, ένας από τους πρώτους πανεπιστημιακούς που τοποθέτησαν τη συρρίκνωση του ΑΕΠ στις πραγματικές, ιστορικές της διαστάσεις είχε μια πολύ καλύτερη ιδέα, την οποία παρουσίασε στο λογαριασμό του στο Facebook.

«Πάντως για να αυξήσουμε κι άλλο το ΑΕΠ» είπε «υπάρχει κι άλλη μια λύση, οικονομικά πολυ πιο σίγουρη: άμα σκοτώσουμε μισό εκατομμύριο σε μια μέρα, αυξάνεται κατακόρυφα το κατά κεφαλήν ακαθάριστο εθνικό προϊόν».

Το σχόλιο του Σπύρου Μαρκέτου είναι σαρκαστικό.

Και του Στουρνάρα βέβαια σαρκαστικό είναι αλλά γνωρίζει πολύ καλά ότι διαθέτει υπό τις διαταγές του μια πολύ πρόθυμη «αριστερή» κυβέρνηση για να το εφαρμόσει.
