Η ΕΕ χρηματοδοτεί συμμορίες για να καταστέλλουν πρόσφυγες

Τον ακούω να μου μιλάει για το πώς διέσωσε χιλιάδες μετανάστες και πρόσφυγες με χαραγμένα στο κορμί τους τα σημάδια των βασανισμών. Ανθρώπους που δραπέτευαν από την κόλαση της Λιβύης στα νερά της οποίας η ΕΕ καθρεφτίζει το πιο σαδιστικό της πρόσωπο. Κορμιά χαραγμένα από μαχαίρια και όπλα. Σώματα ακρωτηριασμένα, γυναίκες βιασμένες που το πρώτο πράγμα που ρωτούσαν όταν ανέβαιναν στο διασωστικό πλοίο Aquarius ήταν αν έχουν τεστ εγκυμοσύνης.

Θύματα διακίνησης, εμπορίας και σύγχρονης δουλείας στα φρικαλέα κέντρα κράτησης της Λιβύης, όπου παρέμεναν έγκλειστοι για άγνωστο χρονικό διάστημα. Ανθρώπους που έμειναν δεμένοι χειροπόδαρα στα σκλαβοπάζαρα για ένα κομμάτι ψωμί και προτιμούσαν να πνιγούν από το να επιστρέψουν στον τόπο του βασανισμού τους. Τι άλλαξε τους τελευταίους μήνες; Απαγορεύτηκε και στο τελευταίο διασωστικό πλοίο να πλέει στα νερά της Λιβύης με αποτέλεσμα εκεί που πνιγόταν ένας στους 49 να πνίγεται ένας στους 10 αφού κανείς δεν μπορεί να κολυμπήσει 270 ναυτικά μίλια για να φτάσει σε ασφαλές λιμάνι.

Αυτούς διέσωζε μέχρι πρόσφατα το πλοίο Aquarius μέλος του πληρώματος του οποίου ήταν κι ο Ιάσων. Πριν δύο εβδομάδες ο Παναμάς υπέστειλε τη σημαία του πλοίου κι αυτό είναι το τραγικό αποτέλεσμα μιας σειράς εγκληματικών ενεργειών από την ΕΕ και την Ιταλία ώστε να ποινικοποιηθεί η διάσωση στη θάλασσα, όπως μας εξηγεί. Η ΕΕ με τη διακήρυξη της Μάλτας, χρηματοδότησε την κυβέρνηση της Λιβύης στήνοντας από την αρχή το λιμενικό της σώμα, ώστε να είναι η μόνη υπεύθυνη για τη «διάσωση» και να μη φτάνουν στο κατώφλι της Ευρώπης οι «πτωχοί του Θεού».

Μόνο που στη Λιβύη των εμφυλίων δεν υπάρχει οργανωμένο κράτος παρά ένα συνονθύλευμα παραστρατιωτικών, συμμοριών και μαφιόζων. Αυτούς όρισε ως συνομιλητές της η ΕΕ, εξόπλισε τις συμμορίες χρηματοδότησε τα κέντρα κράτησης και τους ανέθεσε να κρατούν τους μετανάστες εκεί. Και το κάνουν. Βασανίζοντάς τους, πουλώντας τους ξανά και ξανά στα σκλαβοπάζαρα, εκβιάζοντάς τους για να αποσπάσουν χρήματα, πυροβολώντας τους εν ψυχρώ για να σπάσουν πλάκα. Η ΕΕ με λίγα λόγια χρηματοδότησε τον λύκο για να φυλάει τα πρόβατα σε μια χώρα που αναβιώνουν οι πιο απάνθρωπες μέθοδοι βασανισμού και καταπατείται κάθε έννοια διεθνούς δικαίου.

Ο Ιάσων Αποστολόπουλος και τα άλλα μέλη του πληρώματος, ήταν οι πρώτοι που υποδέχονταν τους διασωθέντες στις πρώτες ώρες της ελεύθερης ζωής τους μέσα στο πλοίο. Έχει καταγράψει 300 μαρτυρίες. «Σταμάτησα κάποια στιγμή. Δεν είχε νόημα. Άκουγες ξανά και ξανά τις ίδιες απίστευτα τραγικές ιστορίες» λέει.
