Με αυταρχική μεθόδευση εξαίρεσαν Πολάκη – Τζανακόπουλο από την Προανακριτική

Μέσα σε τεταμένο κλίμα, που πυροδότησαν οι πρωτοφανείς μεθοδεύσεις από Ν.Δ. και ΚΙΝ.ΑΛΛ., οι βουλευτές των δύο κομμάτων αποφάσισαν να εξαιρέσουν τον Παύλο Πολάκη και τον Δημήτρη Τζανακόπουλο από μέλη της επιτροπής προκαταρκτικής εξέτασης για τους χειρισμούς του Δ. Παπαγγελόπουλου στο σκάνδαλο της Novartis.

Η σημερινή συνεδρίαση ήταν θυελλώδης, με τον Γιάννη Ραγκούση να καταγγέλλει ότι «με τη βία της πλειοψηφίας αποφασίζετε να μετατρέψετε την Επιτροπή σε χούντα», καθώς ο πρόεδρος της επιτροπής απείλησε να φέρει τη φρουρά. «Να με αποβάλετε και να φωνάξετε και την αστυνομία. Ντροπή σας. Ξεφτιλίζετε ό,τι ήταν ιερό σε αυτή την αίθουσα», είπε ο κ. Ραγκούσης.

Από τη σημερινή ψηφοφορία απείχε ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, που είχε εξαρχής διαμηνύσει πως η όποια προσπάθεια εξαίρεσης των βουλευτών του συνιστά κοινοβουλευτικό πραξικόπημα και casus bell.

Κατά ψήφισε το ΚΚΕ και «παρών» δήλωσε η Ελληνική Λύση.

Δεν έχει υπάρξει ιστορικά, απόφαση ειδικής επιτροπής προκαταρκτικής εξέτασης να εξαιρεί μέλη της, είπε ο Παύλος Πολάκης, μόλις ολοκληρώθηκε η συνεδρίαση, τονίζοντας πως «δεν αναγνωρίζουμε την απόφαση της Επιτροπής» και ξεκαθαρίζοντας πως θα είναι πάλι εκεί την Πέμπτη, οπότε θα γίνει η επόμενη συνεδρίαση της επιτροπής.

«Γίνεται προσπάθεια να συγκαλύψουν την κλοπή 32,3 δισ. ευρώ μόνο από το φάρμακο», είπε ο Παύλος Πολάκης και πρόσθεσε: «Ο Θανάσης Πλεύρης είναι πιο μεροληπτικός από εμάς. Έχει υπογράψει δικόγραφο που έκανε αγωγή ο 'Αδωνις στη Novartis. Αυτός είναι αμερόληπτος; Ο Κεγκέρογλου, μαζί με τον Λοβέρδο δεν καταθέτανε μηνύσεις, εναντίον μας, πέρυσι και πρόπερσι για την τιμολόγηση των φαρμάκων; Αυτοί είναι αμερόληπτοι; Και είμαστε εμείς οι μεροληπτικοί; Εμείς που ανακαλύψαμε τις βρωμιές και τις πομπές τους και την κλοπή τους και τη στείλαμε στο δικαστήριο, είμαστε μεροληπτικοί και αυτοί τους βαστάγανε φανάρι, όταν κλέβανε, δεν είναι;", ανέφερε ο κ. Πολάκης βγαίνοντας από την αίθουσα.

Κληθείς να απαντήσει σε ερώτημα τι θα γίνει αν δεν τους επιτραπεί η είσοδος, απάντησε: «Πως δεν θα μας επιτρέψουν; Τι θα κάνουν; θα φέρουν τη φρουρά; Ρωτήστε τους εκείνους. Εκείνοι έχουν το πρόβλημα. Δεν το έχουμε εμείς. Εμείς δηλώνουμε ότι δεν αποχωρούμε γιατί δεν τους αναγνωρίζουμε το δικαίωμα να αποφασίσουν. Και όσους νομικούς ακροβατισμούς και να κάνουν, περί της κατ΄αναλογίαν εφαρμογής του Ποινικού Κώδικα, εμείς λέμε ότι δεν μπορεί να κάνουν επιλεκτική επίκληση των άρθρων του Ποινικού Κώδικα. Τα υπόλοιπα είναι, όπως λέει και ο συνάδελφος Γιάννης Ραγκούσης, χουντοεπιτροπές».

Το ότι πρόκειται για χουντικής έμπνευσης απόφαση επισήμανε αργότερα και με ανάρτησή του στα social media.
