Αποκαλυπτικά στοιχεία από το Ελβετικό ντοκιμαντέρ «βόμβα» για το σκάνδαλο Novartis

Σημαντικές αποκαλύψεις και νέα στοιχεία για το σκάνδαλο Novartis έρχονται στο φως από το ντοκιμαντέρ του κανάλιου RSI της ελβετικής τηλεόρασης, το οποίο προβλήθηκε την Πέμπτη στην εκπομπή Falo.

Οι ερευνητές δημοσιογράφοι, Μαρία Ροζέλι (Maria Roselli) και Μάρκο Ταλιαμπούε (Marco Tagliabue), που μεταξύ άλλων παρουσιάζουν βίντεο ντοκουμέντο του 2012 από τα άδυτα της Novartis Hellas και συνεντεύξεις με προστατευόμενους μάρτυρες, ξετυλίγοντας τις παράνομες πρακτικές της εταιρείας, διαπιστώνουν πως πρόκειται για «ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα σκάνδαλα που γνώρισε ο κόσμος των φαρμακευτικών εταιρειών».

Η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε σε Ελλάδα, Ελβετία και ΗΠΑ και τα όσα αποκαλύπτονται για τη δράση της Novartis, διεθνώς αλλά κυρίως στην Ελλάδα που είχε επιλεγεί ως χώρα αναφοράς για τις τιμές των φαρμάκων της παγκοσμίως, προστίθενται στη μακρά λίστα των στοιχείων που καταρρίπτουν τους ισχυρισμούς περί σκευωρίας από τα εμπλεκόμενα πολιτικά πρόσωπα στη χώρα μας. «Η έρευνα του FBI στην Ελλάδα (...) έφερε στο φως μια εικόνα που προκαλεί σοκ. Η Novartis φέρεται να διέφθειρε δεκάδες χιλιάδες γιατρούς για να συνταγογραφήσουν τα προϊόντα της. Έτσι ασθενείς εντελώς υγιείς, υποβλήθηκαν σε άχρηστες θεραπείες», αναφέρεται στο τρέιλερ του ντοκιμαντέρ, επισημαίνοντας παράλληλα την αναφορά της έρευνας του FBI, σε ονόματα υπουργών και υψηλόβαθμων στελεχών.

Προστατευόμενος μάρτυρας δηλώνει πως «μου έβαζαν χρήματα να έχω στην διάθεσή μου, ξεχωριστά για κάθε ένα από τα προγράμματα, με τα οποία έπρεπε να δωροδοκηθούν οι Γιατροί. Μέσω αυτού του προγράμματος καταβλήθηκαν 2,5 εκατομμύρια ευρώ στους Γιατρούς σε οκτώ μήνες. Και στη Novartis είχαμε περισσότερα από 50 προγράμματα διαφθοράς κάθε χρόνο». «Οι οδηγίες για την εκτέλεση τού προγράμματος διαφθοράς, μάς έρχονταν από τη Βασιλεία (σημ: τα κεντρικά της εταιρείας) και έπρεπε να εκτελεστούν. Ο γιατρός συνταγογραφούσε ακόμη και αν δεν ήταν απαραίτητο», τονίζει.

Σε άλλο σημείο επισημαίνεται και πάλι από προστατευόμενο μάρτυρα πως «κυβερνητικοί αξιωματούχοι ήταν χρήσιμοι για να δίνουν αστρονομικές τιμές στα φάρμακα». «Στη Novartis ήμασταν άνθρωποι με εξαιρετικές σπουδές και κατάρτιση, με οικογένειες και φίλους και μας έκαναν εγκληματίες! Δεν είναι εύκολο να αντέξει κάποιος όταν αισθάνεται έτσι», σημείωνει ο προστατευόμενος μάρτυρας.

Σύμφωνα με έναν από τους μάρτυρες δημοσίου συμφέροντος, η εταιρεία επιστράτευσε για το «Project Harvard» τον Νίκο Μανιαδάκη, οποίος είχε διατελέσει σύμβουλος όλων των υπουργών Υγείας της εποχής και διαπραγματευόταν με την τρόικα, για λογαριασμό του υπουργείου Υγείας. Στην πραγματικότητα , λέει ο μάρτυρας, η ελληνική κυβέρνηση δεν έπαιρνε μέρος στην διαπραγμάτευση για τη φαρμακευτική πολιτική της χώρας. «Οι διαπραγματεύσεις γίνονταν μεταξύ της τρόικα και της Novartis!»

Σε ένα επεισόδιο του ντοκιμαντέρ, οι ερευνητές συναντούν σε ένα αεροδρόμιο τον κ. Μανιαδάκη, που δηλώνει μεταξύ των άλλων ότι αν κάποιος τον κατηγορήσει «θα τον σκοτώσω». Σε ένα άλλο επεισόδιο, οι δημοσιογράφοι συναντούν τον Αδωνι Γεωργιάδη και του δείχνουν το mail του Κωνσταντίνου Φρουζή, στο οποίο ο επικεφαλής της Novartis στην Ελλάδα υποδείκνυε στον υπουργό Υγείας τι να κάνει..
