Ο Ερντογάν παίζει με τη φωτιά επιχειρώντας να επεκταθεί και στην Υεμένη


Όλα δείχνουν ότι η Τουρκία ετοιμάζεται να εμπλακεί στρατιωτικά και στην Υεμένη. 

Σύμφωνα με τελευταίες πληροφορίες της ανεξάρτητης ιστοσελίδας MintPress News, παραστρατιωτικές ομάδες του κόμματος El-Eslah, φίλα προσκείμενο στους Αδελφούς Μουσουλμάνους που είναι οι ιδεολογικοί και πολιτικοί σύμμαχοι του Ερντογάν, έχουν ήδη εμπλακεί σε ένα νέο γύρο συγκρούσεων σε περιοχές της νότιας Υεμένης και ειδικότερα στις περιοχές Abyan and Shabwa.

Τούρκοι σύμβουλοι και αξιωματικοί παρέχουν ολοκληρωμένη υποστήριξη στους παραστρατιωτικούς που μάχονται κατά του Νότιου Μεταβατικού Συμβουλίου  (STC) στην Abyan από τα τέλη Απριλίου, όταν το STC επέβαλε κατάσταση εκτάκτου ανάγκης στο Aden και σε όλες τις διοικητικές περιοχές του νότου.

Ήδη από το 2018 και 2019, δεκάδες Τούρκοι αξιωματικοί και ειδικοί στάλθηκαν σε πολλές περιοχές της Υεμένης για να επιθεωρήσουν στρατηγικά σημεία και περιοχές της Κόκκινης Θάλασσας και της Αραβικής Θάλασσας. Οι Τούρκοι απεσταλμένοι εισήλθαν παράνομα, χρησιμοποιώντας ψευδώνυμα και διαβατήρια Υεμένης. 

Πρόσφατα, η Άγκυρα εκπαίδευσε εκατοντάδες μαχητές από την Υεμένη στην Τουρκία και σε αυτοσχέδια στρατόπεδα εντός της Υεμένης. Επιπλέον, η Τουρκία στρατολόγησε μισθοφόρους από τη Λιβύη και τη Συρία για να πολεμήσουν στην Υεμένη, δελεάζοντάς τους με  υψηλούς μισθούς, προκειμένου να πολεμήσουν για τη Μουσουλμανική Αδελφότητα στις νότιες περιοχές και κατά μήκος της δυτικής ακτής.

Πηγές ανέφεραν ακόμα ότι μια ομάδα μισθοφόρων είχε προγραμματιστεί να εισέλθει στη χώρα την περασμένη εβδομάδα με ένα τουρκικό αεροπλάνο που θα μετέφερε βοήθεια και φάρμακα που σχετίζονται με την πανδημία κορονοϊού, αλλά ο συνασπισμός υπό την ηγεσία της Σαουδικής Αραβίας απέτρεψε το αεροπλάνο να προσγειωθεί στο αεροδρόμιο του Aden. Τώρα, οι Τουρκικές μυστικές υπηρεσίες και οι σύμμαχοί τους στην Υεμένη εργάζονται για μια στρατηγική εισόδου στη χώρα πιέζοντας για χαλαρούς ταξιδιωτικούς περιορισμούς υπό το πρόσχημα της καταπολέμησης του κορονοϊού.

Διάφοροι πολιτικοί από την Υεμένη είπαν στο MintPress ότι η Τουρκία θέλει να διασφαλίσει την πρόσβαση στο στρατηγικό λιμάνι του Balhaf για να το χρησιμοποιήσει ως κόμβο για την εξαγωγή φυσικού αερίου και πετρελαίου και να ελέγξει τα ανοιχτά της Αραβικής Θάλασσας και του στενού Bab al-Mandab, ώστε να χρησιμοποιηθούν ως πύλη για μια Τουρκική επέμβαση στην περιοχή. Επιπλέον, ο έλεγχος των περιοχών αυτών θα διευκολύνει την πρόσβαση και των εφοδιασμό των Τουρκικών στρατιωτικών βάσεων στη Σομαλία και το Κατάρ.

Από τη σκοπιά της Σαουδικής Αραβίας και των Ηνωμένων Αραβικών Εμιράτων, που βρίσκονται ήδη σε αντιπαράθεση με την Τουρκία, η παρουσία Τουρκικών δυνάμεων στην Υεμένη θα μπορούσε να αποτελέσει πραγματική απειλή για τα συμφέροντά τους. 

Επιπλέον, μια Τουρκική παρουσία θα μπορούσε να αποτελέσει πλεονέκτημα για τον στενό σύμμαχο της Τουρκίας, το Κατάρ, το οποίο έχει πλέον μια εχθρική σχέση με αυτές τις χώρες. Από τότε, δηλαδή, που τα ΗΑΕ, η Σαουδική Αραβία, το Μπαχρέιν και η Αίγυπτος διέκοψαν τους δεσμούς με τη Ντόχα το 2017. 

Επίσης, οι προσπάθειες της Τουρκίας, ιδιαίτερα στα στενά Bab al-Mandeb, αποτελούν απειλή για την εθνική ασφάλεια της Αιγύπτου. Η Αίγυπτος διαφωνεί επίσης με την Τουρκία λόγω της υποστήριξης της Άγκυρας προς την Μουσουλμανική Αδελφότητα και του ανταγωνισμού για τους ενεργειακούς πόρους στην Ανατολική Μεσόγειο.

Μια ισχυρή σύγκρουση στην Υεμένη μεταξύ του συνασπισμού υπό την ηγεσία της Σαουδικής Αραβίας και της Τουρκίας θα μπορούσε να αποδειχθεί αναπόφευκτη, καθώς ο συνασπισμός επιδιώκει να κυριαρχήσει στην αρένα της Υεμένης και να εξαλείψει τα Τουρκικά συμφέροντα εκεί. 

Όπως επίσης εκτιμούν οι αναλυτές του MintPress, είναι απίθανο η Τουρκία να εγκαταλείψει τους συμμάχους και τις γεωστρατηγικές φιλοδοξίες της στην Υεμένη, όπως αρνήθηκε να το κάνει στη Λιβύη ή τη Συρία. Δυστυχώς, οι μεγαλύτεροι χαμένοι σε αυτό το σενάριο είναι ο λαός της Υεμένης και η χώρα του.


Είναι ξεκάθαρο ότι η Τουρκία εξελίσσεται σε μια τοπική ιμπεριαλιστική δύναμη που επιχειρεί να επεκταθεί πολύ πιο πέρα από τα όρια της Τουρκικής επικράτειας. Ο Ερντογάν προσπαθεί να αναβιώσει τα όνειρα για μια νέα Οθωμανική Αυτοκρατορία χρησιμοποιώντας μια στρατηγική που περιλαμβάνει παραστρατιωτικές ομάδες, μισθοφόρους αλλά και καμουφλαρισμένες αποστολές, υποτίθεται ανθρωπιστικού χαρακτήρα, που χρησιμεύουν ως πρόσχημα για περαιτέρω επεμβάσεις.

Αλλά η επέμβαση στην Υεμένη αποτελεί κίνηση πολύ υψηλού ρίσκου, καθώς θα αναγκάσει την Τουρκία να έρθει αντιμέτωπη με τους Σαουδάραβες. Τα πράγματα περιπλέκονται ακόμα περισσότερο, καθώς ο συνασπισμός που πολεμάει στο πλευρό της Σαουδικής Αραβίας περιλαμβάνει και Δυτικές ιμπεριαλιστικές δυνάμεις, όπως οι ΗΠΑ και η Βρετανία, που υποστηρίζουν το Σαουδαραβικό καθεστώς με διάφορους τρόπους και διευκολύνσεις. 

Ειδικά οι Αμερικανοί δεν θέλουν να έρθουν σε ευθεία σύγκρουση με τον Ερντογάν και την Τουρκία, καθώς, εκτός του ότι η χώρα αποτελεί ένα σημαντικό μέλος του ΝΑΤΟ, η Τουρκική γεωστρατηγική επιρροή επεκτείνεται πολύ πιο πέρα από τη Μέση Ανατολή και σε περιοχές που οι Αμερικανοί έχουν ζωτικά συμφέροντα.

Γι'αυτό το λόγο οι παραδοσιακές, Δυτικές ιμπεριαλιστικές δυνάμεις και ειδικότερα οι ΗΠΑ, επιχειρούν να τραβήξουν τα γκέμια του Ερντογάν και να βάλουν φρένο στην επιθετική του πολιτική, κυρίως μέσω ενός οικονομικού πολέμου.

Ο Ερντογάν έχει ανοίξει πολλά μέτωπα, πολλά περισσότερα απ'όσα μπορεί να διαχειριστεί μια μεσαίου μεγέθους περιφερειακή δύναμη, όπως η Τουρκία, ειδικά τώρα που αντιμετωπίζει σοβαρά προβλήματα και με την οικονομία της. Ο "σουλτάνος" προσπαθεί να αντισταθμίσει όλες αυτές τις δυσκολίες με διάφορες συμμαχίες και επιχειρώντας να χτίσει ένα ανθρωπιστικό προφίλ γύρω από τις επεμβάσεις.

Ειδικά όσον αφορά την Υεμένη, η στρατηγική αυτή έχει μια αρκετά στέρεη βάση, καθώς ο Σαουδαραβικός συνασπισμός έχει επιδοθεί σε φριχτά εγκλήματα πολέμου, με την ανοχή και αρωγή πολλές φορές των Δυτικών ιμπεριαλιστών, κατά του ντόπιου πληθυσμού, ακόμα και εν μέσω πανδημίας.

Ωστόσο, είναι φανερό ότι ο "σουλτάνος" παίζει με τη φωτιά και είναι δύσκολο να υπολογίσει κανείς το που θα καταλήξει το όλο και πιο ριψοκίνδυνο παιχνίδι του.
