Η «λίστα Πέτσα» και η εξαγορά της μιντιακής προπαγάνδας

Οι «νόμιμοι ιδιοκτήτες της χώρας» συνελήφθησαν – για δεύτερη φορά μετά τα vouchers του Βρούτση – με την γίδα στην πλάτη: Ο κυβερνητικός εκπρόσωπος Στέλιος Πέτσας, στο πλαίσιο της επικοινωνιακής εκστρατείας για τον κορονοϊό, διένειμε 20 εκατομμύρια ευρώ σε περίπου 1.200 μέσα μαζικής ενημέρωσης που περιλαμβάνουν  από τα κανάλια εθνικής εμβέλειας και τις μεγαλύτερες εφημερίδες έως τα sites του… Φουρθιώτη, ανύπαρκτες και ανενεργές ιστοσελίδες και τοπικά media πολιτευτών και «φίλων της ΝΔ.

Εως εδώ η υπόθεση κινείται στα όρια της αδιαφάνειας, της (μη) πολιτικής ηθικής και του παλαιοκομματισμού. Από την στιγμή όμως που επίσης ο κ. Πέτσας, παρά τα επαναλαμβανόμενα αιτήματα σύσσωμης της αντιπολίτευσης, αρνείται να δώσει στην δημοσιότητα τα ποσά και τα κριτήρια με τα οποία μοιράστηκε σε κάθε μέσο το δημόσιο χρήμα, η υπόθεση μπορεί να άπτεται πια και των ορίων του νόμου. Το ερώτημα, δηλαδή, δεν είναι μόνον εάν τα χρήματα των ελλήνων φορολογουμένων διατέθηκαν με όρους διαφάνειας αλλά και εάν η κατανομή τους έγινε νόμιμα ή όχι.

Σύμφωνα με την καταγγελία του Κώστα Βαξεβάνη, από τα 20 εκατομμύρια της καμπάνιας διατέθηκαν 869.000 ευρώ στο site ενός δημοσιογράφου-παρουσιαστή (στο Νewsit του Νίκου Ευαγγελάτου), άλλες 400.000 στα media του εκδότη Γιάννη Κουρτάκη και 323.000 στο site και την εφημερίδα του εκδότη Θανάση Μαυρίδη – του ανθρώπου που έχει και την πατρότητα του τίτλου «νέος Μωυσής» για τον πρωθυπουργό της χώρας.

Ο Νίκος Ευαγγελάτος απέκρουσε την καταγγελία με μια δήλωση περί fake news μέσω τη εκπομπής του στο MEGA: «Να καταδικάζει κανείς τα fake news είναι σημαντικό, αλλά το να δημιουργεί ή να αναπαράγει τα πολύ, αλλά πάρα πολύ fake news – το τονίζω αυτό, ας κοιτάξει στον καθρέφτη του», είπε αλλά συγκεκριμένες πληροφορίες δεν έδωσε. Ο Γιάννης Κουρτάκης διέψευσε ότι έλαβε 400.000 ευρώ και προανήγγειλε αγωγές, ενώ ο κ. Μαυρίδης του Liberal σιωπά σταθερά επί του θέματος.

Εκ των λοιπών μέσων, η Εφημερίδα των Συντακτών γνωστοποίησε πως έχει λαμβάνειν ποσό 40.000 ευρώ από την καμπάνια, ενώ και τα sites sofokleousin και popaganda ανακοίνωσαν επίσης αυτοβούλως πως πήραν 2.000 ευρώ το πρώτο και 5.000 ευρώ το δεύτερο.

Το εάν αυτά τα ποσά και οι τεράστιες αποκλίσεις που καταγγέλλονται υφίστανται ή όχι το γνωρίζει μόνον ο κ. Πέτσας και όσοι του έδωσαν είτε την εντολή, είτε την έγκριση να μοιράσει κατά τον τρόπο που το μοίρασε το δημόσιο χρήμα εν μέσω ύφεσης και πανδημίας. Και το γεγονός ότι ο κυβερνητικός εκπρόσωπος αρνείται πεισματικά να δώσει στην δημοσιότητα τα ακριβή στοιχεία για την κατανομή των ποσών ανά μέσο εγείρει σοβαρά ζητήματα ακόμη κι ως προς την νομιμότητα της κατανομής.

Το ενδεχόμενο επίσης ο Στέλιος Πέτσας να λειτούργησε μόνος, αυτοβούλως και χωρίς καμία κεντρική εντολή ή κατεύθυνση από το Μαξίμου στην διανομή των 20 εκατομμυρίων μοιάζει εξαιρετικά αδύναμο – δοθείσης και της δρακόντειας εποπτείας που έχει επιβάλει το «επιτελικό κράτος» Μητσοτάκη σε όλους τους υπουργούς.

Αρα, το πρόβλημα για την κυβέρνηση είναι τριπλό – ηθικό, νομικό και πολιτικό και αγγίζει και τον ίδιο τον πρωθυπουργό. Το ακόμη μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα είναι πως δύσκολα, και ο Στέλιος Πέτσας και ο ίδιος ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης, θα μπορέσουν να επιμείνουν στην σιωπή τους μετά την προσωπική ερώτηση που κατέθεσε προς τον πρωθυπουργό ο αρχηγός της αξιωματικής αντιπολίτευσης Αλέξης Τσίπρας ρωτώντας «ποια είναι τα ακριβή ποσά ανά δικαιούχο για την ενημερωτική δαπάνη που αφορούσε την εκστρατεία για τον κορωνοϊό;».

Ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης μπορεί και αυτή την φορά να κρυφτεί και να μην πάει στην Βουλή για να απαντήσει στον Αλέξη Τσίπρα. Μπορεί επίσης η κυβέρνηση να επιχειρήσει να θολώσει τα νερά, εάν ισχύσουν οι τελευταίες διαρροές σύμφωνα με τις οποίες το Μαξίμου προκρίνει το σενάριο να δοθούν στην δημοσιότητα οι δαπάνες για τις επικοινωνιακές καμπάνιες της… τελευταίας δεκαετίας.

Με τον έναν ή με τον άλλο τρόπο όμως, η «λίστα Πέτσα» θα βγει κάποια στιγμή στο φως. Και θα φανεί εάν και ποιοι – είτε τώρα, είτε στις… αρχές της τελευταίας δεκαετίας – εξαγόρασαν με δημόσιο χρήμα την μιντιακή προπαγάνδα.
