Σκάνδαλο Novartis: Λοβέρδος, Πατούλης, Στουρνάρας στο μικροσκόπιο του FBI από το 2017

Σε "αυτοχειρία" εξελίσσεται η επιλογή του Ιωάννη Αγγελή να διαβιβάσει στη Βουλή αναφορές του FBI για την υπόθεση Νovartis, από το υλικό που έχει υπεξαιρέσει από το γραφείο της Εισαγγελέως Διαφθοράς Ελένης Τουλουπάκη.

Τα εγγραφα των αμερικανικών αρχών, που κατατέθηκαν από τον Αντιεισαγγελέα του Αρείου Πάγου την Τετάρτη, διέρρευσαν στο τύπο και πιστοποιούν την ουσία του σκανδάλου Novartis, δηλαδή το συστηματικό χρηματισμό γιατρών και πολιτικών προσώπων και τις μεθόδους με τις οποίες η Novartis αναλάμβανε να αυξήσει τις τιμές και τα έσοδα από συγκεκριμένα projects σκευασμάτων όπως το Lucentis, το Exactly ή το Ηarvard Project.

Τα έγγραφα δείχνουν ακριβώς τη διαδικασία εξαγοράς γιατρών καθώς και τις μεθόδους που χρησιμοποιούσαν με τους κυβερνητικούς αξιωματούχους αλλά περιγράφει με λεπτομέρειες και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο διάφορες εταιρίες επικοινωνίας και ΜΜΕ αναλάμβαναν να "ξεπλένουν" μαύρο χρήμα μέσω εικονικών τιμολογήσεων, όπως το γκρουπ του Μαυρίκου, του Βουλκίδη ή η Minwork της Λίνας Νικολοπούλου.

Σύμφωνα με τα έγγραφα που διαβιβάζει το FBI στην Ελένη Τουλουπάκη, μεταξύ άλλων, κατά την περίοδο 2008-2014 -με βάση τις καταθέσεις των δύο προστατευόμενων μαρτύρων- ανώτεροι διοικητικοί αξιωματούχοι στην Ελλάδα, που δωροδοκήθηκαν είναι, μεταξύ άλλων, και οι ακόλουθοι:

-Νίκος Μανιαδάκης, ανώτερος σύμβουλος στο Υπουργείο Εργασίας, Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης και Κοινωνικής Αλληλεγγύης και συνεργάτης στην Ενική Σχολή Δημόσιας Υγείας.

-Ανδρέας Λοβέρδος, πρώην Υπουργός Υγείας.

-Δημήτριος Λιντζέρης, μέλος του Ελληνικού Κοινοβουλίου και πρώην Πρόεδρος του ΕΟΦ.

-Γεώργιος Πατούλης, Δήμαρχος Αμαρουσίου, Δ/ντής του Εθνικού Δικτύου Υγιώ Πόλεων του WHO, Πρόεδρος του Ελληνικού Διαδημοτικού Φορέα Δομών Υγείας για Τοπικέ Αρχές, και Πρόεδρος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου της Αθήνας.

-Ευστράτιος Χατζηχαραλάμπους, ανώτερους αξιωματούχος στο Υπουργείο Υγείας και Πρόεδρος του Ελληνικού Οφθαλμολογικού Συνδέσμου.

-Ιωάννης Κυριακόπουλος, σύμβουλος στο Υπουργείο Υγείας στον Τομέα Κοστολόγησης Φαρμάκων και αποζημίωσης και διευθυντής στην Εθνική Σχολή Δημόσιας Υγείας.

-Κυριάκος Σουλιώτης, σύμβουλος στο Υπουργείο Υγείας, Πρύτανης του Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου, πρώην αξιωματούχος στο Υπουργείο Υγείας και πρώην αντιπρόεδρος του ΕΟΠΠΥ.

-Ιωάννης Στουρνάρας, διοικητής της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος και πρώην Υπουργός Οικονομικών.

-Μαρία Καπετανίδου, επικεφαλής του Τμήματος Συνταγογράφησης και μέλος της Επιστημονικής Επιτροπής του ΕΟΦ.

-Αντώνιος Αυγερινός, Πρόεδρος του Ερυθρού Σταυρού και πρώην επικεφαλής του φαρμακείου του Νοσοκομείου Γεώργιος Γεννηματάς, ενός δημοσίου νοσηλευτικού ιδρύματος στην Ελλάδα.

-Μαρία Γείτονα, καθηγήτρια Οικονομίας της Υγείας στο Πανεπιστήμιο Πελοποννήσου, Πρόεδρος και ιδρυτής του Ελληνικού Τμήματος του Διεθνούς Φορέα Φαρμακοοικονομίας (HELSPOR) και

-Παρασκευή Σακκά, Πρόεδρος του Εθνικού Κέντρου Άνοιας και Νόσου Alzheimer, Πρόεδρος του Εθνικού Φορέα Δράσης για την Άνοια και τη Νόσο Alzheimerτου Υπουργείου Υγείας.

Σε άλλο έγγραφο, της 23ης Ιανουαρίου του 2018, το FBI σημειώνει:

«Το Υπουργείο Δικαιοσύνης της Ελλάδας μπορεί να χρησιμοποιήσει τις πληροφορίες αυτού του εγγράφου για την εφαρμογή του νόμου και αποδεικτικούς λόγους που αφορούν μόνο τα ακόλουθα φυσικά πρόσωπα:

- Ανδρέας Λοβέρδος
- Μάριος Σαλμάς
- Άδωνης Γεωργιάδης
- Ανδρέας Λυκουρέντζος
- Αντώνιος Σαμαράς
- Ιωάννης Στουρνάρας
- Δημήτρης Αβραμόπουλος».

Υπάρχουν ουκ ολίγα παραδείγματα που δείχνουν ότι οι δημοσκοπήσεις στην ουσία χρησιμοποιούνται για να δημιουργήσουν το επιθυμητό κλίμα για το καθεστώς Μητσοτάκη, παρά για να μετρήσουν απλώς τις δυνάμεις των κομμάτων σε κάθε χρονική στιγμή. Θα θέλαμε όμως να σταθούμε σε ένα συγκεκριμένο ερώτημα που οι εταιρίες συμπεριλαμβάνουν στις ¨μετρήσεις¨ τους όλο και πιο συχνά και ειδικά μετά την εμφάνιση των κομμάτων Τσίπρα και Καρυστιανού στην πολιτική αρένα.
