Ελλάδα: Το πείραμα της νεοφιλελεύθερης ευρω-δικτατορίας έτοιμο να ολοκληρωθεί

Το τελευταίο πρόγραμμα διάσωσης δεν έχει να κάνει τίποτα με χρέος, αλλά με ένα πείραμα ακραίου καπιταλισμού, που καμία χώρα της Ε.Ε. δεν τόλμησε ποτέ να δοκιμάσει.

Για πείραμα ακραίου καπιταλισμού που συντελείται στην Ελλάδα κάνει λόγο ο αρθρογράφος της βρετανικής εφημερίδας «Independent», Nick Dearden, ο οποίος σημειώνει ότι ποτέ καμία χώρα δεν τόλμησε να δοκιμάσει και τονίζει ότι η Ελλάδα είναι προς διάλυση, έτοιμη να γίνει τροφή στις πεινασμένες για κέρδη επιχειρήσεις.

Το τελευταίο πρόγραμμα διάσωσης δεν έχει να κάνει με το χρέος, αλλά αν κοιτάξει κανείς βαθύτερα στο θέμα, θα δει ότι η Ελλάδα είναι προς πώληση και οι εργαζόμενοι, αγρότες και μικρές επιχειρήσεις της χώρας θα πρέπει να… βγουν από τη μέση.

Στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος ιδιωτικοποιήσεων, η Ελλάδα θα πρέπει να μεταφέρει περί τα 50 δισ. ευρώ από τα «πολύτιμα περιουσιακά της στοιχεία» σε έναν ανεξάρτητο οργανισμό υπό τον έλεγχο των ευρωπαϊκών θεσμών, που θα προχωρήσουν στην πώλησή τους. Αεροδρόμια, λιμάνια, ενεργειακά συστήματα, γη και ακίνητα, όλα πρέπει να φύγουν.

«Πώλησε τα περιουσιακά σου στοιχεία και θα είσαι σε θέση να αποπληρώσεις το χρέος σου», είναι τα επιχειρήματά τους. Όμως, πουλώντας μια χώρα κερδοφόρα ή δυνητικά κερδοφόρα κρατικά περιουσιακά στοιχεία, τότε καθίσταται λιγότερο ικανή να αποπληρώσει το χρέος της.

Όπως είναι αναμενόμενο, πρώτα στο σφυρί θα βγουν τα κερδοφόρα περιουσιακά στοιχεία: ήδη έχει πωληθεί η εταιρεία εθνικής λοταρίας, ενώ αεροδρόμια που εξυπηρετούν τα νησιά είναι πιθανόν να πωληθούν έναντι μακροπρόθεσμης μίσθωσης σε γερμανική εταιρεία διαχείρισης αεροδρομίων. Το λιμάνι του Πειραιά φαίνεται πιθανό να πωληθεί σε μια κινεζική εταιρεία και εν τω μεταξύ περί τα 490.000 τ.μ. του παραλιακού μετώπου της Κέρκυρας τα έχει «αρπάξει» αμερικανική εταιρεία επενδύσεων.

Μαζί με τις ιδιωτικοποιήσεις, λαμβάνει χώρα ένα ευρύ πρόγραμμα απορρύθμισης που έχει κηρύξει πόλεμο σε εργαζομένους, αγρότες και μικρές επιχειρήσεις, με τους νόμους της Ελλάδας που προστατεύουν επιχειρήσεις όπως φαρμακεία, φούρνους και βιβλιοπωλεία από τον ανταγωνισμό των μεγάλων επιχειρήσεων, να καταργούνται. Είναι απίστευτο, σημειώνει ο βρετανός αρθρογράφος, αλλά ζητήθηκε από την Ελλάδα ακόμη να κάνει τους νόμους για το άνοιγμα των καταστημάτων της Κυριακές ακόμη πιο φιλελεύθερους και από αυτούς που ισχύουν στη Γερμανία.

Αυτό που πραγματικά λαμβάνει χώρα είναι ένα πείραμα ελεύθερης αγοράς. Στα εργασιακά, οι συντάξεις θα υποστούν ταχείες περικοπές, ο κατώτατος μισθός θα μειωθεί και οι συλλογικές διαπραγματεύσεις θα περιοριστούν σημαντικά, ενώ θα είναι ευκολότερο να γίνουν απολύσεις. Όλα αυτά είναι ακόμη πιο ακραία απ' ό,τι έχουν εφαρμόσει πολλές από τις χώρες που έχουν δανείσει την Ελλάδα.

Βεβαίως, οι μεταρρυθμίσεις σε ορισμένους τομείς της ελληνικής οικονομίας ίσως να αποτελούν καλή ιδέα και πράγματι, ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ ήρθε στην εξουσία υποσχόμενος να κάνει σοβαρές μεταρρυθμίσεις σε φόρους και συντάξεις. Όμως, τα μέτρα που επιβάλλονται από τους πιστωτές της χώρας δεν αποτελούν μια σειρά λογικές μεταρρυθμίσεις, αλλά η δημιουργία και μικρο-διαχείριση οικονομικών ακραίας «ελεύθερης αγοράς».

Οι ιδιωτικοποιήσεις και η απορρύθμιση ανοίγει στις μεγάλες επιχειρήσεις τον δρόμο να πατήσουν σε περιοχές που ποτέ πριν δεν είχαν πρόσβαση. Ελπίζεται ότι αυτό θα δημιουργήσει μεγάλα κέρδη ώστε να συνεχιστεί η ανάπτυξη των μεγάλων επιχειρήσεων, όπως και να παρασχεθεί ένα ακραίο μοντέλο του τι θα μπορούσε να εφαρμοστεί απ' άκρο σε άκρο στην Ευρώπη.

Αν και αυτό που είναι ακόμη πιο δυσάρεστο από την υποκρισία των ευρωπαίων ηγετών να αναγκάζουν την Ελλάδα να εφαρμόζει πολιτικές που οι ίδιοι δεν έχουν τολμήσει να συζητήσουν καν στις χώρες τους, είναι ο κυνισμός αυτών των ίδιων ηγετών να επιβάλουν πολιτικές που θα ευνοήσουν τις επιχειρήσεις των χωρών τους.

Η ένταση του προγράμματος αναδιάρθρωσης που έχει συμφωνηθεί με την Ελλάδα θα πρέπει να διαλύσει τυχόν εναπομείνασες αμφιβολίες ότι πρόκειται για μια καλή συγκαλυμμένη, αλλά λανθασμένη προσπάθεια να χειριστούν την κρίση χρέους. Πρόκειται για μια κυνική προσπάθεια να δημιουργήσουν έναν επιχειρηματικό παράδεισο στη Μεσόγειο, κάτι που πρέπει να αποφευχθεί πάση θυσία…

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique.
