Καθεστώς μυστικότητας … α λα TTIP στα στοιχεία της ΤτΕ για δάνεια σε ΜΜΕ & κόμματα

Φυλάσσεται σε ειδικό χώρο της Βουλής και οι βουλευτές – μέλη της εξεταστικής επιτροπής το διαβάζουν επιτηρούμενοι! Υπέρ της «αυστηρής τήρησης κανόνων εμπιστευτικότητας» κυβέρνηση αλλά και αντιπολίτευση. Τρίμηνη παράταση των εργασιών λόγω του τεράστιου όγκου, επέκταση της έρευνας και σε εφημερίδες.

Τα –τεράστια σε όγκο- στοιχεία βρίσκονται μεν στην διάθεση των βουλευτών και των κομμάτων που μετέχουν στην επιτροπή, πλην όμως η ανάγνωσή του γίνεται με διαδικασίες που μοιάζουν με αυτές που ισχύουν για την … Διατλαντική Συμφωνία (TTIP). Μάλιστα το καθεστώς της άκρας μυστικότητας στηρίζεται πολιτικά τόσο από την κυβερνητική πλειοψηφία της επιτροπής όσο και από την Νέα Δημοκρατία και το ΠΑΣΟΚ.

‘Όπως χαρακτηριστικά ανέφερε μέλος της επιτροπής, μετά την σημερινή της συνεδρίαση (9/6) «υπάρχει μόνον ένα αντίγραφο», που φυλάσσεται σε ειδικό γραφείο στο κτίριο του κοινοβουλίου, ενώ για να το διαβάσει κάποιος βουλευτής πρέπει «να συνοδεύεται από υπάλληλο της Βουλής», προκειμένου να ελέγχει ότι το μόνο που θα γίνει θα είναι η ανάγνωση του κειμένου. Μάλιστα στελέχη της αντιπολίτευσης, που στηρίζουν την συγκεκριμένη πρακτική σημείωναν ότι είναι σωστή η συγκεκριμένη πρακτική αφού υπάρχει κίνδυνος διαρροής των στοιχείων που «είναι απόρρητα» και ουδείς μπορεί να πάρει την ευθύνη για την διαρροή τους. Ο παραπάνω ισχυρισμός άλλωστε στηρίχθηκε και από τον πρόεδρο της Επιτροπής, Σωκράτη Φάμελλο ό οποίος τόνισε ότι πρέπει να υπάρξει «αυστηρή τήρηση των κανόνων εμπιστευτικότητας».

Μάλιστα ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον παρουσιάζει το ότι είναι τόσο μεγάλο το σύνολο του υλικού, αφού εκτός από τα στοιχεία της ΤτΕ υπάρχουν και οι εισαγγελικές έρευνες για το ίδιο θέμα ώστε ειδικά για τα οικονομικά στοιχεία συζητείται το ενδεχόμενο της αναγκαιότητας πρόσληψης εμπειρογνωμόνων. Το ερώτημα είναι αν οι εμπειρογνώμονες αυτοί, εφόσον προέρχονται κατά πάγια πρακτική από την …Τράπεζα της Ελλάδας είναι θεμιτό να ελέγχουν τα στοιχεία που εκδίδει ο ίδιος τους ο οργανισμός, δηλαδή οι ελεγχόμενοι να είναι και ελεγκτές.

Σε κάθε περίπτωση πάντως εξαιτίας του όγκου του υλικού, η εξεταστική επιτροπή θα ζητήσει 3μηνη παράταση από την Βουλή για να ολοκληρώσει το έργο της μετά τον Σεπτέμβρη.

Σχετικά με τους μάρτυρες αναμένεται να κληθούν εκπρόσωποι της ΤτΕ αλλά και των συστημικών τραπεζών που θα παραστούν μεσω μελών του διοικητικού τους συμβουλίου. Επίσης θα εξεταστούν οι 4 πρώην διοικητές της Αγροτικής Τράπεζας. Παράλληλα αναμένεται να αποφασιστεί τελεσίδικα η εξέταση και επιπλέον στοιχείων για τις δανειακές συμβάσεις των ΜΜΕ που θα αφορούν ακόμη και έντυπα μέσα όπως αυτά του Δ.Ο.Λ, το Πρώτο Θέμα και άλλες εφημερίδες ή έντυπα. Επέκταση θα υπάρξει και για τον δανεισμό των κομμάτων, όπως το ΔΗΚΚΙ, ο ΛΑ.Ο.Σ και η ΔΗΜ.ΑΡ.
