Αποκάλυψη «βόμβα» στην Ισπανία: «Πατριωτική αστυνομία» έφτιαχνε πλαστά στοιχεία κατά των Podemos

Ένα κλιμάκιο του υπουργείου Εσωτερικών της Ισπανίας, επί κυβερνήσεως του δεξιού Λαϊκού Κόμματος (ΡΡ) του Μαριάνο Ραχόι χορήγησε στις 11 Απριλίου 2016 μία ειδική άδεια παραμονής σε έναν πληροφοριοδότη από τη Βενεζουέλα, ανθρώπου-κλειδί στον βρώμικο πόλεμο της «πατριωτικής αστυνομίας» κατά του κόμματος των Podemos, ο οποίος παρείχε ατεκμηρίωτες πληροφορίες για την υποτιθέμενη χρηματοδότηση της αριστερής παράταξης από το Καράκας.

Αυτό αποκαλύπτεται από έγγραφο, η γνησιότητα του οποίου έγινε δεκτή από τη δικαιοσύνη, με την αυθεντικότητά του να επαληθεύεται και από αστυνομικές πηγές και το οποίο η παράταξη του Πάμπλο Ιγκλέσιας ζήτησε να κατατεθεί στα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία για τις έρευνες του σκανδάλου «Βιλιαρέχο», για την κατασκευή πλαστών στοιχείων κατά των Podemos από προσκείμενους στο ΡΡ θυλάκων της ισπανικής αστυνομίας.

Το επίμαχο έγγραφο του υπουργείου Εσωτερικών αποκαλύπτει πως η ηγεσία του αποφάσισε να παραχωρήσει στον Κάρλος Αλβέρτο Αρίας, πολίτη Βενεζουέλας, ειδική άδεια παραμονής στην Ισπανία για ένα έτος, επί τη βάσει «ειδικών περιστάσεων», που σχετίζονται με «λόγους συνεργασίας του με τις αστυνομικές αρχές».

Μολονότι η άδεια, που φέρει την υπογραφή του τότε ΓΓ του υπουργείου Φρανθίσκο Μαρτίνεθ, δεξιού χεριού του υπουργού, Χόρχε Φερνάντεθ Ντίαθ, δεν προσδιορίζει τον τύπο της «συνεργασίας», ο ίδιος ο Αρίας είχε καταθέσει ενόρκως σε συμβολαιογράφο το Φεβρουάριο του 2016 πως εργαζόταν ως «πληροφοριοδότης» της ισπανικής αστυνομίας, «παρέχοντάς της κάθε τύπο εγγράφου» για τα χρήματα που υποτιθέμενα λάμβαναν οι Podemos και ο Ιγκλέσιας, μέσω λογαριασμών της EuroPacific Bank στις νήσους Γρεναδίνες. Μία πληροφορία που ουδέποτε επιβεβαιώθηκε.

Την εποχή εκείνη το κίνημα των Podemos βρισκόταν στο εκλογικό απόγειό του κι έβγαινε ιδιαίτερα ενισχυμένο από τις εκλογές του Δεκεμβρίου 2015 και εμφανιζόταν ως ρυθμιστικός παράγοντας στην πολιτική ζωή της χώρας.

«Όλη η συνεργασία είχε την άδεια και ζητήθηκε από το υπουργείο Εσωτερικών της ισπανικής κυβέρνησης», προσθέτει ο Αρίας. Ο ίδιος παρουσιάσθηκε ως πληροφοριοδότης για την παράνομη χρηματοδότηση των Podemos, που υποτίθεται έγινε από τις κουβανικές μυστικές υπηρεσίες και την κυβέρνηση του Καράκας, είδηση που δημοσιεύθηκε τελικά στην ηλεκτρονική ιστοσελίδα Ok Diario.

Ακολούθως, η ίδια ιστοσελίδα δημοσίευσε και άλλα πλαστά έγγραφα, που σχετίζονταν με την «πατριωτική ταξιαρχία» -μία ομάδα που είχε συσταθεί εντός της αστυνομίας επί υπουργίας Φερνάνδεθ Ντίαθ, για να παρακολουθεί τους πολιτικούς του αντιπάλους- για υποτιθέμενη βοήθεια από το Ιράν στον ηγέτη των Podemos για να εκτοξεύσει την πολιτική του σταδιοδρομία. Και το έγγραφο αυτό ερευνάται από τις διωκτικές αρχές στο πλαίσιο του σκανδάλου «Βιλιαρέχο», από το όνομα του αστυνομικού επιθεωρητή Χοσέ Μανουέλ Βιλιαρέχο, που πρωτοστάτησε στις «ταξιαρχίες».
