Βαρουφάκης: Το ΤΧΣ δεν ελέγχεται από το Δημόσιο!

Σε μια σημαντική αποκάλυψη προέβη ο υπουργός οικονομικών, Γιάννης Βαρουφάκης, κατά την πρόσφατη συνέντευξή του στον Νίκο Χατζηνικολάου, η οποία αφορά το Ταμείο Χρηματοπιστωτικής Σταθερότητας (ΤΧΣ) και μάλλον πέρασε "στα ψιλά".

Όπως είπε μεταξύ άλλων, τα 10,9 δισ. του ΤΧΣ μεταφέρθηκαν στον EFSF (δηλαδή στο αντίστοιχο Ευρωπαϊκό ταμείο), αφού ούτως ή άλλως, το eurogoup θα έδινε έγκριση να χρησιμοποιηθούν μόνο για ανακεφαλαιοποίηση των τραπεζών και για κανέναν άλλο λόγο.

Το μεγάλο ερώτημα εδώ βέβαια είναι αν ο Τσίπρας είχε άγνοια του γεγονότος ότι δεν θα του επέτρεπαν να χρησιμοποιήσει τα 11 δισ. όπως ήθελε για να εφαρμόσει το πρόγραμμα της Θεσσαλονίκης. Απ'ότι φαίνεται, πρόκειται για άλλη μια "τρικλοποδιά" των δανειστών σε συνεργασία με την προηγούμενη κυβέρνηση ΝΔ-ΠΑΣΟΚ (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2014/12/11.html).

Ο Βαρουφάκης αποκάλυψε ότι η κυβέρνηση Τσίπρα ζήτησε με επιστολή την επιστροφή του επίμαχου ποσού των 1,2 δισ. (http://tvxs.gr/news/ellada/paradexetai-lathos-gia-12-dis-i-dieythynoysa-symboylos-toy-txs) στο Ελληνικό δημόσιο. Ήταν όμως ένα απλό αίτημα γιατί δεν είχε νομικό "πάτημα", καθώς η προηγούμενη κυβέρνηση ΝΔ-ΠΑΣΟΚ είχε ήδη αποφασίσει να χρησιμοποιήσει αυτό το ποσό για την ανακεφαλαιοποίηση μικρών τραπεζών, δηλαδή, ο λόγος για τον οποίο αυτό το 1,2 δισ. "αποδήμησε", είναι ότι επί κυβερνήσεων ΝΔ και ΠΑΣΟΚ είχε χρησιμοποιηθεί μ'αυτό τον τρόπο.

Όμως η μεγάλη αποκάλυψη του Βαρουφάκη έρχεται αμέσως μετά, αφού όπως είπε, ο σημαντικότερος λόγος που τελικά συνέβη αυτό, είναι επειδή η προηγούμενη συγκυβέρνηση αποδέχθηκε όρους και νομικό πλαίσιο για το ΤΧΣ που δεν δίνει τη δυνατότητα στο Ελληνικό Δημόσιο να είναι κύριος των αποθεματικών του.

Επιβεβαιώνεται έτσι πλήρως και επισήμως αυτό που αποκάλυψε το blog, ήδη από τον Ιανουάριο του '14, μέσα από το άρθρο Ελλάδα: Το μόνο “δημόσιο” που υπάρχει στις τράπεζες είναι τα χρέη που θα φορτωθούν οι επόμενες γενιές! , ότι ουσιαστικά το Ταμείο δεν ελέγχεται από το Ελληνικό δημόσιο!

Έχει ήδη επισημανθεί ο κρίσιμος ρόλος του ΤΧΣ για τον έλεγχο του τραπεζικού συστήματος, καθώς μια αλλαγή καταστατικού θα μπορούσε να επιτρέψει στο Ελληνικό Δημόσιο να πάρει πραγματικά τον έλεγχο του Ταμείου και άρα του τραπεζικού συστήματος. Ίσως αυτό εξηγεί σε σημαντικό βαθμό και την "αγωνία" της προηγούμενης κυβέρνησης να ξεπουλήσει τις μετοχές του ΤΧΣ σε ιδιώτες εν όψει "απειλής" ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, έτσι ώστε να μην υπάρχει καμία τέτοια δυνατότητα στο μέλλον.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’
