Το Μνημόνιο μείωσε τις καταθέσεις και όχι ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ

Σημεία και τέρατα γράφονται τελευταία από μνημονιακούς κονδυλοφόρους προκειμένου να καλλιεργηθεί η εντύπωση ότι από τότε που βγήκε κυβέρνηση ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ έχουν καταρρεύσει οι τραπεζικές καταθέσεις ιδιωτών και επιχειρήσεων. Επιχειρείται έτσι αφενός να δυσφημιστεί η κυβέρνηση Τσίπρα και αφετέρου, πράγμα πολύ σημαντικότερο, να ξεχαστεί μέσω της πρόκλησης σύγχυσης η παταγώδης καταβαράθρωση των τραπεζικών καταθέσεων στα πέντε χρόνια των μνημονιακών κυβερνήσεων Γιώργου Παπανδρέου, Λουκά Παπαδήμου και Αντώνη Σαμαρά-Βαγγέλη Βενιζέλου.

Είναι αλήθεια ότι στις 31 Δεκεμβρίου 2009, τρεις μήνες αφότου είχε αναλάβει πρωθυπουργός ο Γιώργος Παπανδρέου, το σύνολο των καταθέσεων στις ελληνικές τράπεζες ανερχόταν σε 231,5 δισεκατομμύρια ευρώ. Είναι εξίσου αληθές ότι στις 31 Μαρτίου 2015, δύο μήνες αφότου είχε αναλάβει τη διακυβέρνηση ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ με τους ΑΝΕΛ, οι καταθέσεις ήταν σχεδόν... εκατό (!) δισεκατομμύρια ευρώ λιγότερα - για την ακρίβεια 138,6 δισ. ευρώ. Μείωση δηλαδή κατά 92,9 δισεκατομμύρια ευρώ. Μόνο που μέχρι και τον Ιανουάριο του 2015 κυβερνούσε τη χώρα το δίδυμο Σαμαρά - Βενιζέλου.

Πόσες ήταν οι καταθέσεις, λοιπόν, στο τέλος Ιανουαρίου του 2015; Οπως μας πληροφορεί η Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος, ήταν μόνο 148 δισεκατομμύρια. Με άλλα λόγια, τα πέντε χρόνια των τριών μνημονιακών κυβερνήσεων (2010-2014 συμπεριλαμβανόμενα καθ' ολοκληρίαν) κόστισαν στην Ελλάδα και στις τράπεζές της απόσυρση 83,5 δισεκατομμυρίων σε καταθέσεις. Τα 148 δισ. ευρώ γίνονται 138,6 το πρώτο δίμηνο της διακυβέρνησης του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και βέβαια θα μειωθούν κι άλλο τον Απρίλιο και τον Μάιο.

Πόσο όμως, δεν γνωρίζουμε, μέχρι να μας το πει επίσημα η Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος. Τον Φεβρουάριο αποσύρθηκαν από τις τράπεζες 7,5 δισεκατομμύρια ευρώ. Πόσα από αυτά ανήκαν σε φίλους και υποστηρικτές του Αντώνη Σαμαρά και του Βαγγέλη Βενιζέλου δεν γνωρίζουμε. Μας προκαλεί εντύπωση πάντως ότι τον Μάρτιο, τον επόμενο μήνα, οι τραπεζικές καταθέσεις νοικοκυριών και επιχειρήσεων μειώθηκαν μόνο κατά 2 δισεκατομμύρια - μόλις το ένα τέταρτο σχεδόν της μείωσης του Ιανουαρίου. Υπάρχει ένα ακόμη γεγονός που προκαλεί εντύπωση. Στα τέλη Μαρτίου, από τα 138,5 δισ. ευρώ του συνόλου των καταθέσεων στις ελληνικές τράπεζες, τα 117,9 δισ. ευρώ είναι αποταμιεύσεις νοικοκυριών και μόνο 20,6 δισεκατομμύρια είναι καταθέσεις των επιχειρήσεων. Εξι φορές περισσότερες σχεδόν οι καταθέσεις των νοικοκυριών από τις επιχειρήσεις!

Τι συμβαίνει; Η Ελλάδα έγινε ως δια μαγείας χώρα χρεοκοπημένη με... πλούσια νοικοκυριά και μπατίρηδες επιχειρηματίες ή μήπως απλώς οι επιχειρήσεις φρόντισαν και έβγαλαν τα χρήματά τους στο εξωτερικό, ενώ ο κοσμάκης έχει αφήσει τα λεφτουδάκια του στις τράπεζες; Προφανώς, το δεύτερο συμβαίνει. Είναι πολύ διασκεδαστική η προσπάθεια των μνημονιακών να μην κάνουν διάκριση ανάμεσα στην κυβέρνηση Σαμαρά που κυβερνούσε τον Ιανουάριο και της κυβέρνησης Τσίπρα που κυβερνά από τον Φεβρουάριο, μιλώντας αδιάκριτα για το «πρώτο τρίμηνο του 2015». Επιδιώκουν να συγκαλύψουν έτσι την απερίγραπτη καταβύθιση-ρεκόρ των καταθέσεων τον Ιανουάριο κατά... 12,2 (!!!) δισεκατομμύρια ευρώ, που κυβερνούσε ο Σαμαράς και ο Βενιζέλος, τη μεγαλύτερη που έχει συμβεί ποτέ στην Ελλάδα. Είναι πρόδηλος ο πολιτικός χαρακτήρας αυτής της απόσυρσης καταθέσεων.

Απέσυραν και εν μέρει έβγαλαν στο εξωτερικό τα λεφτά τους τόσο οι επιχειρηματίες όσο και οι δεξιοί ψηφοφόροι, αφού σχεδόν οι πάντες ήταν βέβαιοι για τη συντριβή της ΝΔ και του ΠΑΣΟΚ και τη νίκη του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ. Οσοι περίμεναν να δουν και το αποτέλεσμα για να πειστούν, έβγαλαν τα λεφτά τους εκτός τραπεζών της Ελλάδας τον Φεβρουάριο. Αυτή είναι η ουσία, το Μνημόνιο και η μνημονιακή πολιτική διέλυσαν τις τραπεζικές καταθέσεις στην Ελλάδα, όχι ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ.

Τι θα κάνει ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, θα το δούμε, αλλά για την ώρα είναι πολύ νωρίς. Αξίζει τον κόπο -για να καταρριφθεί εντελώς αυτός ο μνημονιακός μύθος- να έχουμε υπόψη μας και έναν πίνακα. Το 2010, πρώτη χρονιά του Μνημονίου, οι καταθέσεις στις ελληνικές τράπεζες μειώθηκαν κατά 27,9 δισ. ευρώ. Το 2011 μειώθηκαν κατά 35,4 δισ. ευρώ. Το 2012 κατά 12,8 δισεκατομμύρια. Το 2013 αυξήθηκαν κατά 1,8 δισ. ευρώ. Το 2014 μειώθηκαν κατά 2,9 δισεκατομμύρια. Από εκεί και πέρα τον Ιανουάριο του 2015 με Σαμαρά - Βενιζέλο μειώθηκαν κατά 12,2 δισ. ευρώ και τον Ιανουάριο και Φεβρουάριο με Τσίπρα μειώθηκαν κατά 9,5 δισεκατομμύρια.
