θέματα του Σαββατοκύριακου

Αν και θα μπορούσε κανείς να υποθέσει προσωπικές εμμονές στην περίπτωσή του, καλό είναι να ακούμε και τις απόψεις που την διαφοροποιούνται από το γενικό γεωπολιτικό consensus. Στην περίπτωση του Paul Craig Roberts (PCR) είχα αναφερθεί και παλιότερα.

Σε ένα πρόσφατο αρθράκι του κάνει λόγο για τον ενδεχόμενο πόλεμο Ευρώπης – Ρωσίας, δηλ. για την καταστροφή της Ευρώπης.


Κατά τον PCR, δύο είναι τα σενάρια:

1. Είτε η Ευρώπη συνολικά είτε κάποια μέλη της ΕΕ θα σπάσουν το εμπάργκο κατά της Ρωσίας (και, κατά επέκταση, θα τα σπάσουν και με τις ΗΠΑ) και ο πόλεμος θα αποσοβηθεί.

2. Είτε η Ευρώπη κι η Ρωσία θα έχουν πόλεμο.


Οι ΗΠΑ, φυσικά, δεν αφήνουν τα πράγματα να κυλήσουν από μόνα τους. Χρησιμοποιώντας τα παραδοσιακά διπλωματικά τους εργαλεία (απειλές, δωροδοκία, εξαναγκασμό), προειδοποιούν την Ευρώπη να ανανεώσει το εμπάργκο προς αποφυγή αντιποίνων. Το Ιούνιο θα γνωρίζουμε το αποτέλεσμα.


Από το 2ο Πόλεμο και μετά, όπως όλοι γνωρίζουμε, η Ευρώπη ήταν απλά το σκυλάκι των ΗΠΑ. Οι όποιες αντιστάσεις (Γαλλία, κάποιες πολιτικές δυνάμεις σε Γερμανία και Ιταλία) έπεσαν συν τω χρόνω.


Ας είναι καλά η εξαπάτηση και the god we trust.


Στρατηγοί και νεοσυντηρητικοί πολιτικοί στις ΗΠΑ δείχνουν τα δόντια τους. Ο γενικός αρχηγός των αμερικανικών ενόπλων δυνάμεων (Martin Dempsey), o John McCain, o αρχηγός του ΝΑΤΟ (Philip Breedlove), είναι έτοιμοι να προσφέρουν κάθε βοήθεια στους Ναζί της Ουκρανίας και η Ουάσιγκτον περιθωριοποιεί κάθε ουκρανό πολιτικό που δεν πάει με τα νερά της.


Η Ευρώπη, κατά τον PCR, πρέπει να αποφασίσει πάνω στο ποιος αποτελεί απειλή: Η Ρωσία ή η Ουάσιγκτον; Ο ευρωπαϊκός τύπος (υποστηριζόμενος από κεφάλαια της CIA), κάνει ότι μπορεί για να παραμυθιάσει τους Ευρωπαίους ότι έχουν να κάνουν με μια ρεβανσιστική Ρωσία που θέλει να ξαναστήσει τη σοβιετική αυτοκρατορία. Για το πραξικόπημα ούτε κουβέντα, όλη η προσοχή στην ρωσική επέμβαση.


Παράλληλα, το Wolfowitz Doctrine επεκτείνεται ώστε να συμπεριλάβει και την Κίνα.

Σύμφωνα με το τελευταίο ραπόρτο του Council on Foreign Relations, η Κίνα έχει μαγκέψει πολύ και αποτελεί κίνδυνο για τη Διεθνή Τάξη και Ασφάλεια. Και για αυτό, oι αμυντικές δαπάνες των ΗΠΑ πρέπει να αυξηθούν.

Για να προστατεύσουν τον κόσμο από κάθε ηγεμονική επιβουλή (εξαιρουμένης, φυσικά, των ΗΠΑ).

Εμείς (και οι λοιποί ευρωπαίοι), αγχωμένοι από το τί μέλλει γενέσθαι των διαπραγματεύσεων και μπερδεμένοι από την πολυγλωσσία των ΣΥΡΙΖΑΝΕΛ, έχουμε ξεχάσει ότι οι ΗΠΑ έχουν σχεδιάσει τον 21ο αιώνα να είναι εξ ολοκλήρου αμερικανικός. Κι ότι δεν θα διστάσουν να προκαλέσουν και πυρηνικό πόλεμο προκειμένου να τον εξασφαλίσουν (τον αιώνα).
