Θεσσαλονίκη: Επιμένουν στο ξεπούλημα του νερού;

Το νερό είναι δημόσιο αγαθό και δεν πουλιέται

Τίποτα δεν φαίνεται ικανό να σταματήσει τα αρπακτικά της νεοφιλελεύθερης λαίλαπας που ασελγούν πάνω στο Ελληνικό πτώμα. Με τη βοήθεια της ευρω-δικτατορίας και της τρόικας των δανειστών, γράφουν στα παλιά τους τα παπούτσια την αξίωση των πολιτών να παραμείνει το νερό (μεταξύ άλλων), δημόσιο αγαθό, υπό πλήρη δημόσιο έλεγχο.

Η κοινωνία της Θεσσαλονίκης έχει τοποθετηθεί εδώ και χρόνια υπέρ του δημοσίου χαρακτήρα του νερού, με αποκορύφωμα τη μεγάλη συμμετοχή στο άτυπο δημοψήφισμα για την ιδιωτικοποίηση της ΕΥΑΘ το Μάιο του 2014, όταν 213.508 πολίτες ψήφισαν «Όχι».

Για την ιστορία να σημειώσουμε την περίεργη καθυστέρηση στην ανακοίνωση της απόφασης του ΣτΕ σχετικά με την ιδιωτικοποίηση του νερού. Η απόφαση είχε καθυστερήσει 3 μήνες να «καθαρογραφεί» και τελικά δόθηκε στη δημοσιότητα 15 λεπτά αφού έκλεισαν οι κάλπες εκείνη την ημέρα. Δεν ήταν λίγοι αυτοί που είχαν κατηγορήσει τότε το Συμβούλιο ότι καθυστέρησε εσκεμμένα την απόφαση που έκρινε αντισυνταγματική την ιδιωτικοποίηση της επιχείρησης ύδρευσης Θεσσαλονίκης για να μην (ή για να) επηρεαστεί το αποτέλεσμα των αυτοδιοικητικών εκλογών.

Με το νέο διαγωνισμό όμως φαίνεται όμως ότι γίνονται κινήσεις προς την αντίθετη κατεύθυνση. Από εργαζόμενους της ΕΥΑΘ αλλά και φορείς της πόλης εκφράζονται φόβοι ότι, μολονότι η ΕΥΑΘ δεν λειτουργούσε ποτέ εντελώς αυτόνομα, αυτός ο «υπερδιαγωνισμός» μοιράζει ακόμα περισσότερο την «δημόσια πίτα σε ιδιώτη», ενώ «δυσχεραίνει τον κοινωνικό έλεγχο» και προχωράει τις διαδικασίες ιδιωτικοποίησης.

Βέβαια το γεγονός ότι ουσιαστικά το νερό της Θεσσαλονίκης είναι στα χέρια του Άκτωρα αποτελούσε κοινό μυστικό. Το είχε αποκαλύψει μάλιστα ο ίδιος ο Γιάννης Μπουτάρης σε αδημοσίευτο απόσπασμα από συνέντευξή του στην ολλανδική TV που είχε παρουσιάσει το TPP το 2013, μήνες πριν το δημοψήφισμα για την ΕΥΑΘ.

Πώς θα λειτoυργήσει η ΕΥΑΘ δημόσια, χωρίς τον Άκτωρα, αναρωτιόταν τότε ο δήμαρχος Θεσσαλονίκης. Μάλλον ένα τέτοιο σενάριο, παρά τον αγώνα των πολιτών, απομακρύνεται...

Η μεταλλαγμένη σοσιαλδημοκρατική (πλέον) κυβέρνηση Τσίπρα φαίνεται ότι αδυνατεί να ανακόψει την επίθεση των νεοφιλελέ αρπακτικών, καθώς βρίσκεται κάτω από τον ασφυκτικό κλοιό των δανειστών.

Οι νεοφιλελέ νεοταξίτες δεν έγραψαν μόνο την απόφαση του συμβουλίου επικρατείας στα παλαιότερα των υποδημάτων τους, αλλά και τη βούληση του λαού της Θεσσαλονίκης, που με το άτυπο δημοψήφισμα του Μαίου του 2014, έδωσαν αποφασιστική απάντηση με το συντριπτικό 98% ενάντια στην ιδιωτικοποίηση του νερού.

Βέβαια, από τότε έγιναν πολλά και δεν θα περίμενε κανείς η ευρω-δικτατορία και τα επίδοξα αρπακτικά να σεβαστούν ένα άτυπο δημοψήφισμα, όταν ένα χρόνο αργότερα εκβίασαν απροκάλυπτα τον Ελληνικό λαό με ένα οικονομικό πραξικόπημα για να πει το "ΝΑΙ" στο επίσημο, πανελλαδικό αυτή τη φορά, δημοψήφισμα.

Ο λαός όμως έδωσε την απάντηση και αυτό είναι που μετράει πάνω απ'όλα. Και πάλι, μόνο ο λαός μπορεί να δώσει την απάντηση και να αποτρέψει τη λαίλαπα να σαρώσει τα πάντα: Το νερό είναι δημόσιο αγαθό και δεν πουλιέται.
