Η άθλια προπαγάνδα σχετικά με τη Βενεζουέλα

Η άθλια Δυτική προπαγάνδα σχετικά με τη Βενεζουέλα δεν έχει προηγούμενο και τα Ελληνικά ΜΜΕ την αναπαράγουν χωρίς κανένα ενδοιασμό. Είναι φυσικό να περιμένουμε κάτι τέτοιο από τα ιδιωτικά κανάλια, όχι όμως και από τη δημόσια τηλεόραση που θα πρεπε να είναι αντίβαρο στα ιδιωτικά μέσα μαζικής παραπληροφόρησης.

Δυστυχώς, η ΕΡΤ αντί να κάνει τη δική της έρευνα και να παράγει αξιόπιστη πρωτογενή είδηση, αναπαράγει τα ρεπορτάζ του Reuters και άλλων Δυτικών ναυαρχίδων μαζικής παραπληροφόρησης και πλύσης εγκεφάλου.

Αν κάποιος λέει τη μισή αλήθεια, αρκεί να θεωρηθεί προπαγάνδα. Γιατί η άλλη μισή μπορεί να δώσει μια εντελώς διαφορετική εικόνα τοποθετώντας τα γεγονότα στη σωστή τους διάσταση. Αλλά στην περίπτωση της Βενεζουέλας τα ΜΜΕ δεν λένε ούτε το 10% από αυτά που συμβαίνουν.

Πέρα από τα γνωστά μοτίβα περί 'ανθρωπιστικής κρίσης' κ.λ.π., παρακάτω μπορείτε εν συντομία να μάθετε τι δεν σας λένε οι παπαγάλοι των Δυτικών ΜΜΕ:

1) Ο Νικολάς Μαδούρο είναι ο νόμιμα εκλεγμένος πρόεδρος και η αντιπολίτευση σαμποτάρισε τις εκλογές αρνούμενη να συμμετάσχει παρόλο που υπήρχαν διεθνείς παρατηρητές.

2) Ο πρώην Αμερικανός πρόεδρος, Τζίμυ Κάρτερ, έχει πει ότι η Βενεζουέλα ακολουθεί τις «καλύτερες δημοκρατικές διαδικασίες στον κόσμο».

3) Οι ΗΠΑ ξεκίνησαν έναν ανελέητο οικονομικό πόλεμο κατά της Βενεζουέλας (όπως έκαναν με τη Χιλή το 1973), από τότε που ο Ούγκο Τσάβες τόλμησε να εθνικοποιήσει την εταιρία πετρελαίου.

4) Τα έσοδα από το πετρέλαιο χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για κοινωνικά προγράμματα στήριξης των φτωχών στρωμάτων και για άλλες δράσεις όπως η καταπολέμηση του αναλφαβητισμού.

5) Πρόσφατα, ένα από τα πιο αδίστακτα 'γεράκια' της Ουάσιγκτον, ο σύμβουλος ασφαλείας του Τραμπ, Τζον Μπόλτον, παραδέχθηκε με θράσος σε εκπομπή του Αμερικανικού δικτύου Fox, ότι «Θα έχει μεγάλη διαφορά από οικονομικής πλευράς για τις ΗΠΑ αν πετύχουμε τη συμμετοχή αμερικανικών πετρελαϊκών εταιρειών στις επενδύσεις και την παραγωγή πετρελαίου στη Βενεζουέλα.»

6) Από τα τέλη Ιανουαρίου, ο ειδικός απεσταλμένος των ΗΠΑ για τη Βενεζουέλα είναι ο Έλιοτ Άμπραμς. Ως διπλωμάτης ο Άμπραμς στο παρελθόν έχει υποστηρίξει πολιτικές πραξικοπημάτων και αμερικανικών επεμβάσεων στη Λατινική Αμερική. Είναι γνωστός για την συμμετοχή του στην υποστήριξη της χούντας στη Γουατεμάλα τη δεκαετία του ’80. Είναι επίσης γνωστός για τη συμμετοχή του στην υπόθεση Ιράν-Contra, όπου οι ΗΠΑ χρησιμοποίησαν χρήματα που κέρδιζαν από μυστικές πωλήσεις όπλων στο Ιράν για να χρηματοδοτήσουν τα ακροδεξιά τάγματα θανάτου των Contras στη Νικαράγουα.

7) Η Βενεζουέλα αποδέχεται την ανθρωπιστική βοήθεια από διεθνείς οργανισμούς και άλλες χώρες που προσφέρεται με καλή πίστη και όχι ως πρόσχημα για μία ακόμα ιμπεριαλιστική επέμβαση, όπως κάνουν οι ΗΠΑ και οι πιστοί τους σύμμαχοι.

8) Ο ΟΗΕ και ο Ερυθρός Σταυρός έχουν κάνει επανειλημμένα εκκλήσεις να μη χρησιμοποιηθεί η οικονομική κρίση της Βενεζουέλας σαν πολιτικό όπλο.

9) Πρόσφατα, μια ομάδα μελών του ΟΗΕ συμφώνησε με τη νόμιμη κυβέρνηση της Βενεζουέλας να προχωρήσουν σε ενέργειες που θα αποτρέπουν τις ΗΠΑ να παραβιάζουν τις συνθήκες που εξασφαλίζουν την κυριαρχία άλλων κρατών.

10) Η Βενεζουέλα δεν έχει Σοσιαλιστικό καθεστώς. Αν είχε, θα μπορούσε να προστατευτεί από τον οικονομικό πόλεμο καθώς θα ήταν πολύ δύσκολο οι ντόπιοι ολιγάρχες να σαμποτάρουν την οικονομία σε συνεργασία με τους Αμερικανούς ιμπεριαλιστές.

Παρόλο που οι ιμπεριαλιστές δεν μπαίνουν στον κόπο ούτε καν να κρατάν τα προσχήματα, τα ΜΜΕ επιμένουν να πουλάνε το παραμύθι της 'ανθρωπιστικής επέμβασης'. Προφανώς πιστεύουν ότι απευθύνονται σε ηλίθιους που δεν έχουν μνήμη από τα μεγάλα ψέματα που οδήγησαν σε καταστροφικούς πολέμους και διαλυμένα κράτη.

Πως οι δημοσκόποι χειραγωγούν την κοινή γνώμη υπέρ του καθεστώτος Μητσοτάκη

Υπάρχουν ουκ ολίγα παραδείγματα που δείχνουν ότι οι δημοσκοπήσεις στην ουσία χρησιμοποιούνται για να δημιουργήσουν το επιθυμητό κλίμα για το καθεστώς Μητσοτάκη, παρά για να μετρήσουν απλώς τις δυνάμεις των κομμάτων σε κάθε χρονική στιγμή. Θα θέλαμε όμως να σταθούμε σε ένα συγκεκριμένο ερώτημα που οι εταιρίες συμπεριλαμβάνουν στις ¨μετρήσεις¨ τους όλο και πιο συχνά και ειδικά μετά την εμφάνιση των κομμάτων Τσίπρα και Καρυστιανού στην πολιτική αρένα. Οι ερωτώμενοι λοιπόν καλούνται να απαντήσουν αν θέλουν "πολιτική αλλαγή" ή "σταθερότητα".
