Η Γερμανία κρατικοποιεί, εμείς ξεπουλάμε

Έχει ενδιαφέρον να παρακολουθήσει κανείς τον τρόπο με τον οποίο εφαρμόζεται το δόγμα της «παγκοσμιοποίησης» και της υποτιθέμενης «ελεύθερης αγοράς». Έχει ενδιαφέρον να φέρει κανείς στον νου του όλα όσα ακούμε αυτά τα χρόνια περί του «άχρηστου» δημόσιου τομέα, περί της ανάγκης το Δημόσιο να ξεφορτωθεί επιχειρήσεις - βαρίδια γιατί δεν είναι δουλειά τού κράτους να είναι επιχειρηματίας. Έχει ενδιαφέρον, τέλος, να θυμηθούμε πόσα κερδοφόρα τμήματα του Δημοσίου ξεπουλήθηκαν μ’ αυτή την επιχειρηματολογία (το… νομισματοκοπείο του ΟΠΑΠ, λιμάνια, αεροδρόμια, σιδηρόδρομοι, αυτοκινητόδρομοι) και πόσα έχουν πακεταριστεί για ξεπούλημα (ΔΕΗ, νερά, αρχαιολογικοί χώροι και πάει λέγοντας).

Το ενδιαφέρον γίνεται ακόμη μεγαλύτερο αν δούμε τι κάνουν την ίδια στιγμή που εμείς ξεπουλάμε κάθε δυνατότητα ανασυγκρότησης της οικονομίας οι Γερμανοί στη χώρα τους, οι οποίοι παρεμπιπτόντως είναι αυτοί που μας επέβαλαν το ξεπούλημα των πάντων.

Στη Γερμανία, λοιπόν, η κυβέρνηση την ίδια στιγμή που διατάζει την Ελλάδα να «κάνει διαρκείς εκπτώσεις» και να δώσει στο τζάμπα ό,τι πουλιέται, φροντίζει να προστατέψει το παραγωγικό δυναμικό της χώρας έτσι ώστε να εμποδίσει το ξεπούλημά του σε ξένους – κατά κύριο λόγο κινεζικούς – κολοσσούς.

Όπως διαβάζουμε λοιπόν (Reuters), το γερμανικό Δημόσιο προετοιμάζει τη δημιουργία ταμείου με στόχο την αγορά μεριδίων επιχειρήσεων στρατηγικού χαρακτήρα για την οικονομία της χώρας. Τέτοιοι τομείς είναι η αυτοκινητοβιομηχανία, εταιρείες όπως η Siemens, η Thyessen - Krup καθώς και επιχειρήσεις σε ζωτικούς κλάδους όπως ο χάλυβας, η κατασκευή μηχανημάτων, τα χημικά κ.λπ.

Στόχος της γερμανικής κυβέρνησης, όπως παρουσιάζεται στην έκθεση για την «Εθνική Βιομηχανική Στρατηγική 2030», είναι να αποτρέψει τη φυγή των επιχειρήσεων από τη χώρα. Οι συνέπειες του περάσματος αυτών των επιχειρήσεων σε «ξένα χέρια», σύμφωνα με την έκθεση της γερμανικής κυβέρνησης, θα είναι η συρρίκνωση της παραγωγικής βάσης της χώρας, η οποία θα οδηγούσε σε επιδείνωση του επιπέδου παιδείας, σε υποβάθμιση του περιβάλλοντος και τελικά σε πτώση του βιοτικού επιπέδου…

Έχουν λοιπόν ενδιαφέρον όλοι αυτοί οι εγχώριοι κήρυκες του (νεο)φιλελευθερισμού και οι απόψεις που παπαγαλίζουν όταν πανηγυρίζουν για ένα ξεπούλημα ή όταν διαμαρτύρονται γιατί αργούν τόσο οι αποφάσεις που – κατά τη γερμανική τετράγωνη λογική – οδηγούν με μαθηματική ακρίβεια σε κατάρρευση της παραγωγής και σε πτώση όλων των δεικτών που συνθέτουν την ευημερία μιας χώρας.

Τέλος, μεγαλύτερο ενδιαφέρον έχουν οι απόψεις που διατυπώνουν όλοι αυτοί που κυβέρνησαν και κυβερνούν, οι οποίοι ανεξάρτητα από την ιδεολογική αφετηρία τους και τις κοσμοαντιλήψεις τους το μόνο που κατάφεραν να κάνουν είναι να υλοποιήσουν τη βασική εντολή των μνημονίων που υπέγραψαν και η οποία υπήρξε πραγματικά απλή: ξεπουλήστε.
