Ποιους θεωρούν “υποτιθέμενους” συμμάχους οι ΗΠΑ;

Ένας ψυχρός πόλεμος μέσα στον νέο ψυχρό πόλεμο ανάμεσα σε συμμάχους

του system failure

Σε πρόσφατο άρθρο της, η εφημερίδα Washington Post έκανε νέες αποκαλύψεις σχετικά με τις παρακολουθήσεις της Αμερικανικής υπηρεσίας πληροφοριών NSA. Ανάμεσα στις πληροφορίες, η εφημερίδα ανέφερε ότι οι νέες αποκαλύψεις περιελάμβαναν ένα απόρρητο πυρηνικό πρόγραμμα των Αμερικανών εκτός συνόρων και το διπλό παιχνίδι από μια χώρα που είναι φαινομενικά σύμμαχος των ΗΠΑ. Όπως παραδέχτηκε η ίδια η εφημερίδα, η άλλη μεγάλη υπηρεσία πληροφοριών των ΗΠΑ, η CIA, απαγόρευσε ουσιαστικά την δημοσίευση περισσότερων λεπτομερειών.

Εκτός από το απόρρητο πυρηνικό πρόγραμμα, ένα άλλο μεγάλο ερώτημα προκύπτει. Ποια είναι αυτή η χώρα που οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες θεωρούν "πλασματικό" σύμμαχο και ότι ενδεχομένως παίζει παιχνίδια πίσω από την πλάτη τους; Το τελευταίο διάστημα είναι αλήθεια ότι οι σχέσεις ΗΠΑ-Γερμανίας έχουν επιδεινωθεί δραματικά με αφορμή κυρίως τις παρακολουθήσεις της NSA.

Μια πρόσφατη ανάλυση που δημοσιεύτηκε στην ιστοσελίδα του δικτύου PressTV κάνει λόγο για το γεγονός ότι και η Γερμανία τραβάει το παιχνίδι στα άκρα, πάντα με αφορμή τις παρακολουθήσεις, σε τέτοιο βαθμό, που η Ουάσιγκτον είναι έτοιμη να ρίξει την ευθύνη στο Βερολίνο για το ξέσπασμα ενός πιθανού Τρίτου Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου !!!, όπως έγινε και στην περίπτωση του Πρώτου και Δευτέρου Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου για τους οποίους επίσης κατηγορήθηκε η Γερμανία.

Η Ιρλανδή συγγραφέας και αναλύτρια Anna O’Leary, δήλωσε επίσης ότι η Άγκελα Μέρκελ είναι στα χαρακώματα με τις ΗΠΑ, με αφορμή τις παρακολουθήσεις της NSA κατά της Γερμανίας. Την περασμένη εβδομάδα, η Γερμανική αστυνομία συνέλαβε έναν Γερμανό των μυστικών υπηρεσιών, ύποπτο για κατασκοπεία υπέρ των ΗΠΑ. Όπως δήλωσε η O'Leary, μετά την σύλληψη του διπλού πράκτορα, έχει αυξηθεί η ένταση ανάμεσα σε ΗΠΑ-Γερμανία.

Είναι ξεκάθαρο ότι οι σχέσεις των δύο χωρών βρίσκονται στο χειρότερο σημείο των τελευταίων ετών με αφορμή τις παρακολουθήσεις της NSA, αλλά φαίνεται ότι υπάρχει κάτι περισσότερο από αυτό και ίσως έχει να κάνει με την απροθυμία των Γερμανών να απεξαρτηθούν από τον Ρωσικό ενεργειακό εφοδιασμό.

Είναι χαρακτηριστικό ότι η Γερμανίδα υπουργός περιβάλλοντος, Barbara Hendricks, ανακοίνωσε πρόσφατα ότι η Γερμανία δεν πρόκειται να προχωρήσει στην διαδικασία του Φράκινγκ - μέθοδος εξόρυξης αερίου με την εισαγωγή μίγματος νερού και άμμου με μικρές ποσότητες από ορισμένα χημικά πρόσθετα σε βραχώδη στρώματα βαθιά στο υπέδαφος. Οι περισσότερες μέθοδοι Φράκινγκ θα απαγορευτούν έως το 2021, προφανώς για περιβαλλοντικούς λόγους, παρόλο που τα αποθέματα σχιστολιθικού αερίου της Γερμανίας εκτιμώνται στα 2,3 τρισεκατομμύρια κυβικά μέτρα και παρόλο που η Γερμανία είναι πρωτοπόρος στην συγκεκριμένη μέθοδο και την έχει χρησιμοποιήσει ήδη από τη δεκαετία του 60.

Έτσι, όπως αναφέρεται χαρακτηριστικά σε δημοσίευμα της Wall Street Journal, αν επικρατήσει η συγκεκριμένη απαγόρευση, η Γερμανία θα βρίσκεται στο "έλεος" του Πούτιν, ο οποίος έχει επανειλημμένα χρησιμοποιήσει την ενεργειακή εξάρτηση της Ευρώπης από την Ρωσία ως βασικό γεωπολιτικό πλεονέκτημα και προφανώς αυτό είναι κάτι που δεν αρέσει καθόλου στους Αμερικανούς.

Καθώς οι ΗΠΑ οδηγούν στα άκρα τον νέο ψυχρό πόλεμο, κόβοντας κάθε σύνδεση με τη Ρωσία (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2014/06/blog-post_25.html) περιμένουν μια ανάλογη στάση και από εκείνους που θεωρούν συμμάχους τους. Είναι πιθανόν ότι όποιος δεν συμμορφώνεται και δεν ακολουθεί παρόμοια πολιτική απέναντι στη Ρωσία να θεωρείται ότι παίζει διπλό παιχνίδι και ότι δεν είναι πραγματικός σύμμαχός τους. Όσο οι Γερμανοί επιμένουν στην ενεργειακή εξάρτηση από την Ρωσία, σε συνθήκες κλιμακούμενου ψυχρού πολέμου, είναι πιθανόν να θεωρούνται "υποτιθέμενοι" σύμμαχοι και όσο και αν φαίνεται ακραίο, ίσως αυτούς να φωτογράφιζαν τελικά οι πληροφορίες που διέρρευσαν από την NSA.

Αλλά υπάρχει και ένας υπόγειος οικονομικός πόλεμος ΗΠΑ-Γερμανίας, ο οποίος φυσικά δεν διευκολύνει καθόλου τα πράγματα:

“Στην πραγματικότητα, οι ΗΠΑ και η Ευρώπη επιδίδονται σε μια κούρσα ανταγωνισμού σχετικά με το ποιος θα δώσει τα περισσότερα στις μεγάλες εταιρίες και τράπεζες. Έτσι εξηγείται η πρόσφατη δήλωση του Αμερικανού υπουργού οικονομικών, περί ανάπτυξης μέσω της κατανάλωσης, με την οποία εμμέσως επέκρινε τις πολιτικές λιτότητας στην Ευρώπη, και η αναμενόμενη αντίδραση Σόϊμπλε, καθώς οι ΗΠΑ που στηρίζονται σε μεγάλο βαθμό στην καταναλωτική ισχύ, δεν θέλουν να βάλουν χέρι προς το παρόν στα εργασιακά και τους μισθούς. Βλέπουν ότι η Ευρώπη προχωράει με ταχύτατους ρυθμούς στην αποδόμηση του κράτους πρόνοιας και την διάλυση των εργασιακών, που σημαίνει ότι γρήγορα θα γίνει πιο “ελκυστική”, ακόμα και για μεγάλες εταιρίες που εδρεύουν στο έδαφός τους.”

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’
