Προσωρινή στροφή 180 μοιρών από τα νεοσυντηρητικά "γεράκια" της Ουάσιγκτον

του system failure

Όλα δείχνουν ότι οι ΗΠΑ και οι σύμμαχοί τους απέτυχαν, για άλλη μια φορά, να βάλουν σε τάξη τη Μέση Ανατολή και να εδραιώσουν ένα ασφαλές περιβάλλον για τις Δυτικές πετρελαϊκές εταιρίες. Είτε το ISIS είναι ένα Δυτικό (και Σαουδαραβικό) κατασκεύασμα, όπως πολλοί ισχυρίζονται, είτε όχι, το χάος που κληροδότησε η κυβέρνηση Μπους στο Ιράκ μοιάζει να μην έχει τέλος.

Καθώς οι τζιχαντιστές του ISIS επεκτείνονται με ταχύτητα και στρατολογούν συνεχώς καινούργια μέλη, ακόμα και από Δυτικές χώρες, όλοι άρχισαν να κατανοούν ότι αποτελούν μεγαλύτερο κίνδυνο απ'ότι αρχικά είχε εκτιμηθεί. Τα νεοσυντηρητικά "γεράκια" της Ουάσιγκτον κατανοούν τώρα ότι πρέπει να επικεντρωθούν στο πρόβλημα του ISIS και να εγκαταλείψουν, έστω και προσωρινά, τα σχιζοφρενικά τους σχέδια για τη Ρωσία (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2014/06/20_22.html), έτσι ώστε να αντιμετωπίσουν αποτελεσματικά την απειλή του αποκαλούμενου Ισλαμικού Κράτους.

Παρά τις κυρώσεις κατά της Ρωσίας, οι Δυτικοί σύμμαχοι έδειξαν σημάδια στροφής 180 μοιρών τελευταία. Ο Ομπάμα, σε πρόσφατη δήλωσή του, αναφέρθηκε στην συνεισφορά της Ρωσίας και της Κίνας όσον αφορά την καταστροφή των χημικών της Συρίας (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2014/08/blog-post_20.html), ενώ ο Γάλλος υπουργός εξωτερικών, Λορέν Φαμπιούς, κάλεσε μέσα από πρόσφατη δήλωσή του όλες τις χώρες τις Μέσης Ανατολής, ανάμεσά τους και το Ιράν, να ενώσουν τις δυνάμεις ενάντια στο Ισλαμικό Κράτος, κάτι το οποίο εκμεταλλεύτηκε το Ιράν για να ζητήσει άρση των Δυτικών κυρώσεων. Είναι χαρακτηριστικό ότι οι σχέσεις ΗΠΑ-Ισραήλ δεν βρίσκονται στο καλύτερο σημείο τους και αυτό οφείλεται όχι μόνο στην πολιτική που ακολουθεί το Ισραήλ όσον αφορά τη Γάζα, αλλά και επειδή οι ΗΠΑ προσπαθούν τελευταία να εξομαλύνουν τις σχέσεις τους με το Ιράν. Ένας λόγος για τον οποίο συμβαίνει αυτό, είναι πιθανόν επειδή η Ουάσιγκτον θεωρεί τον Ιρανικό στρατό αρκετά οργανωμένο και αξιόμαχο, ακριβώς επειδή δεν έχει εμπλακεί για πολλά χρόνια σε πολέμους φθοράς, πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι η συνεισφορά του στη μάχη κατά των τζιχαντιστών μπορεί να αποβεί καθοριστική.

Όμως το πιο αξιοσημείωτο απ'όλα, είναι το γεγονός ότι το περίφημο Συμβούλιο Εξωτερικών Σχέσεων (CFR), το γνωστότερο και κυριότερο ίσως Αμερικανικό think tank το οποίο είναι υπεύθυνο σε πολλές περιπτώσεις για τον σχεδιασμό της Αμερικανικής εξωτερικής πολιτικής, δημοσίευσε πρόσφατα μια έκθεση με βάση την οποία, για την κρίση στην Ουκρανία φταίει η Δύση και όχι ο Πούτιν. (http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2014/08/council-foreign-relations-ukraine-crisis-wests-putins-fault.html) Αυτή είναι ίσως η καλύτερη ένδειξη ότι τα νεοσυντηρητικά γεράκια επιθυμούν μια συσπείρωση των πάντων απέναντι στην απρόσμενη απειλή του Ισλαμικού Κράτους.

Οι πραγματικές προθέσεις ωστόσο, δεν δημοσιεύονται ευρέως, καθώς ένα άλλο think tank, το Κέντρο Στρατηγικών και Διεθνών Μελετών (CSIS), άμεσα συνδεδεμένο με τους σχεδιαστές της πιο σκληρής Αμερικανικής πολιτικής, όπως ο Χένρι Κίσινγκερ και ο Ζμπίγκνιου Μπρεζίνσκι, μέσα από έκθεσή του κάνει λόγο για εγκατάλειψη του μετώπου της Μέσης Ανατολής και για ευθεία σύγκρουση με Ρωσία-Κίνα ακόμα και με πυρηνικά! Οι νεοσυντηρητικοί μάλλον το έχουν πάρει απόφαση ότι ο Ομπάμα δεν έχει πρόθεση να τους ακολουθήσει, όσον αφορά τα σχιζοφρενικά τους σχέδια κατά της Ρωσίας και καθώς το πρόβλημα του Ισλαμικού Κράτους παίρνει ανεξέλεγκτες διαστάσεις, πιθανόν να έχουν αποφασίσει να του δώσουν τον κατάλληλο χώρο και την δικαιολογία ώστε να επικεντρωθεί στο μέτωπο της Μέσης Ανατολής για να τελειώνει μια και καλή με το Ισλαμικό Κράτος.

Φυσικά, δεν μπορεί να έχει κανείς “εμπιστοσύνη” στα αδίστακτα γεράκια. Πιθανόν να ελπίζουν ότι μέχρι το τέλος της θητείας του Ομπάμα το πρόβλημα του Ισλαμικού Κράτους θα έχει εξαλειφθεί, ενώ ετοιμάζουν μια πιο πρόθυμη μαριονέτα για την Αμερικανική προεδρία, που θα εκτελέσει πιστά τα σχέδιά τους: “Μια από τις πρώτες, αναμενόμενες, αντιδράσεις, ήρθε από την Χίλαρι Κλίντον, που έσπευσε να κατηγορήσει τους φιλο-Ρώσους και τον Πούτιν. Η αντίδραση αυτή είναι επίσης μια καλή ένδειξη ότι η Χίλαρι θέλει απεγνωσμένα να διαδεχθεί τον Ομπάμα στην προεδρία των ΗΠΑ και άρα προσπαθεί να ικανοποιήσει τον 'σκληρό πυρήνα' των νεοσυντηρηρικών στην Ουάσιγκτον.” (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2014/07/blog-post_19.html) Τότε, θα στραφούν κατά της Ρωσίας, της Κίνας, του Ιράν και οποιουδήποτε θεωρήσουν εμπόδιο για τα σχέδια αυτά.

Υπάρχει και το χειρότερο σενάριο για τα γεράκια, με βάση το οποίο, θα χρειαστεί να περιμένουν μέχρι την ώρα που θα αφήσει ο Πούτιν τη Ρωσική ηγεσία. Ο Πούτιν πιθανόν να το γνωρίζει και γι'αυτό προχωράει σε γρήγορες κινήσεις προκειμένου να δημιουργήσει καταστάσεις που θα είναι δύσκολο να αλλάξουν στο μέλλον: “Αυτό που βλέπουμε τώρα, είναι μια αδυσώπητη μάχη με το χρόνο. Από τη μια, η Ρωσία και η Κίνα, μαζί με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη των BRICS (Βραζιλία, Ν.Αφρική, Ινδία), προσπαθούν να απεμπλακούν από το δολάριο και να δημιουργήσουν το δικό τους νομισματικό σύστημα, ώστε να είναι απόλυτα ανεξάρτητες, από την άλλη, οι νεοσυντηρητικές μαριονέτες των τραπεζών και των εταιριών στις ΗΠΑ βρίσκονται σε πανικό και προσπαθούν απεγνωσμένα να βρουν μια αφορμή για να ωθήσουν τη Ρωσία σε πόλεμο και να ανακόψουν έτσι την απειλή για τα σχέδιά τους.
