Νέο μήνυμα των διεθνών τραπεζών στην Ελλάδα μέσω Moody's

Οι banksters απαιτούν "πολιτική σταθερότητα"

Διανύουμε ήδη τον τελευταίο μήνα του καλοκαιριού και από τον Σεπτέμβριο, η Ελληνική κυβέρνηση αναμένεται να πιάσει και πάλι δουλειά, παίρνοντας νέα σκληρά μέτρα κατ'εντολή της Τρόικας των δανειστών. Είναι σχεδόν βέβαιο ότι η Ευρωπαϊκή νεοφιλελεύθερη οικονομική αυτοκρατορία έχει θέσει συγκεκριμένο χρονοδιάγραμμα για να ολοκληρώσει το πείραμα στην Ελλάδα και θέλει πάση θυσία η τωρινή κυβέρνηση να εξαντλήσει τη θητεία της.

Έτσι, καθώς πλησιάζουμε πιο κοντά στον Σεπτέμβριο, μετά το "χαλάρωμα" του καλοκαιριού, οι διεθνείς τραπεζίτες κινητοποίησαν τη Moody's για να δώσει το πρώτο "δωράκι" στην Ελληνική κυβέρνηση με την αναβάθμιση των Ελληνικών κρατικών ομολόγων κατά δύο βαθμίδες.

Μετά το φιάσκο του "success story" και της "εξόδου στις αγορές" που μάλλον δεν έπεισαν καθώς τα ποσοστά των δύο κομμάτων της συγκυβέρνησης μειώθηκαν ακόμα πιο πολύ στις ευρωεκλογές, οι banksters έδειξαν ότι φοβούνται ακόμα πιο πολύ την απότομη διακοπή του πειράματος μέσω πρόωρων εκλογών και ξεκίνησαν άλλη μια επιχείρηση στήριξης της τωρινής κυβέρνησης της οποίας η παραμονή στην εξουσία κρέμεται ήδη από μια κλωστή.

Όπως ήταν αναμενόμενο, οι "επίσημοι δίαυλοι" της εγχώριας τραπεζομιντιακής δικτατορίας, φρόντισαν να αναπαράγουν την είδηση ταχύτατα. Η αγωνία των κυρίαρχων ΜΜΕ να παρουσιάσουν ως μέγα γεγονός την αναβάθμιση, φαίνεται και στο ότι στα περισσότερα, αν όχι σε όλα, δελτία ειδήσεων των μεγάλων καναλιών, προβλήθηκε ως πρώτη είδηση, συνοδευόμενη μάλιστα, σε πολλές περιπτώσεις, με την κατάλληλη "ανάλυση" για την γνωστή, επικείμενη ανάκαμψη, η οποία δεν έρχεται ποτέ. Η χρεοκοπία της Αργεντινής ήταν μάννα εξ'ουρανού, καθώς χρησιμοποιήθηκε και ως έμμεση προειδοποίηση του τι πρόκειται να συμβεί στη χώρα σε περίπτωση "πολιτικής αστάθειας".

Είναι χαρακτηριστικό ότι τα δύο θέματα, δηλαδή η "αναβάθμιση της Ελλάδας" και η "χρεοκοπία της Αργεντινής", ήταν τα πρώτα που παίχτηκαν στα δελτία ειδήσεων, κοντά το ένα στο άλλο, ώστε να δημιουργηθούν στο μυαλό του μέσου τηλεθεατή οι απαραίτητοι "συνειρμοί". Το μεγάλο έγκλημα του Ισραήλ στη Γάζα που συνεχίζεται με αμείωτη ένταση, έπαψε ξαφνικά να είναι πρώτο θέμα και παίζεται ως τέταρτη-πέμπτη είδηση σε πολλές περιπτώσεις.

Όμως αυτό που προκαλεί εντύπωση και ίσως και μειδίαμα, είναι το γεγονός ότι οι περίφημες αγορές με τις τράπεζες και τους οίκους αξιολόγησης, αποδεικνύουν περίτρανα μέσα από τις ίδιες τους τις ενέργειες, ότι λειτουργούν καθαρά με πολιτικά κριτήρια, παρόλο που προσπαθούν να πείσουν για το αντίθετο, αναπαράγοντας οικονομοτεχνικές αναλύσεις με βάση τις οποίες υποτίθεται ότι "αξιολογούν" εθνικές οικονομίες.

Πώς αλλιώς εξηγείται το γεγονός ότι η Moody's επέλεξε σ'αυτό το χρονικό σημείο να αναβαθμίσει τα Ελληνικά ομόλογα, όταν η κατάσταση της Ελληνικής οικονομίας, με βάση όλα τα στοιχεία, είναι πολύ χειρότερη απ'ότι το 2010 όταν η Ελλάδα αποκλείστηκε από τις αγορές; Όταν δεν υπάρχει ούτε η παραμικρή ένδειξη για την "επικείμενη ανάκαμψη"; Όταν η ίδια η Moody's δήλωσε μεταξύ άλλων ότι "... η αξιολόγηση της Ελλάδας θα μπορούσε να υποβαθμιστεί εάν υπάρξει επιβράδυνση όσον αφορά στην εφαρμογή του προγράμματος διαρθρωτικής προσαρμογής, λόγω αυξημένου πολιτικού κινδύνου ..."
