Μια χώρα περικυκλωμένη από "συχνότητες προπαγάνδας"

Και η ΝΕΡΙΤ επίσημως εργαλείο κυβερνητικής προπαγάνδας

Μετά την ανακοίνωση του Συμβουλίου της Επικρατείας, που επιβεβαίωσε επισήμως την εκστρατεία προπαγάνδας που επιχειρείται ειδικά τα τελευταία χρόνια της οικονομικής κρίσης, από την τραπεζομιντιακή δικτατορία στην Ελλάδα (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2014/07/to.html), μια επιστολή της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης Ραδιοτηλεόρασης (EBU) προς τον Αντώνη Σαμαρά, επιβεβαιώνει ουσιαστικά την πρόθεση της νεοφιλελεύθερης κυβέρνησης να μετατρέψει οριστικά την υποτιθέμενη δημόσια τηλεόραση ΝΕΡΙΤ σε ένα βασικό εργαλείο κυβερνητικής προπαγάνδας, πάντα βέβαια προς εξυπηρέτηση των συμφερόντων της τραπεζομιντιακής δικτατορίας.

Επιβεβαιώνεται έτσι και επίσημα, ότι η χώρα κατακλύζεται από συχνότητες προπαγάνδας που προσπαθούν να πνίξουν κάθε ανεξάρτητη φωνή αντίθετη με τα σχέδια της κυβέρνησης-μαριονέτας που επιχειρεί με κάθε τρόπο να παραμείνει στην εξουσία για να ολοκληρώσει το πείραμα.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι πριν από περίπου ένα χρόνο, η EBU επέλεξε να σταματήσει την υποστήριξη στην ελεύθερη ΕΡΤ για να υποστηρίξει το κυβερνητικό εγχείρημα με τη ΔΤ, αλλά μετά από ένα χρόνο, μάλλον κατάλαβε τελικά με ποιους έχει να κάνει:

"Επιπλέον, η δημόσια τηλεόραση περνάει υπό τον πλήρη έλεγχο της κάθε κυβέρνησης. Έτσι, είτε θα γίνει το απόλυτο εργαλείο προπαγάνδας και παραπληροφόρησης, είτε θα κλείσει οριστικά και αμετάκλητα, αφού οι μαριονέτες της νεοφιλελεύθερης δικτατορίας θα φροντίσουν να την υποβαθμίσουν στο μέγιστο βαθμό." Όπως αναφέρεται χαρακτηριστικά στην επιστολή:

“... ο περσινός Νόμος 4173/2013 για τη ΝΕΡΙΤ εισήγαγε έναν αριθμό σημαντικών δικλίδων ασφαλείας για την προστασία της δημόσιας ραδιοτηλεόρασης από αδικαιολόγητη πολιτική επιρροή και οι κανόνες για τον διορισμό των μελών του Εποπτικού Συμβουλίου ήταν ένα βασικό κομμάτι αυτών. Είναι ενδιαφέρον να πούμε πως η πρόσφατη απόφαση του Ακυρωτικού Δικαστηρίου (σ.σ.: Συμβούλιο της Επικρατείας), που απέρριψε την προσφυγή ακυρώσεως της κοινής υπουργικής απόφασης που επέβαλε το κλείσιμο της ΕΡΤ, βασίστηκε ώς ένα βαθμό σε αυτή την υπόσχεση.”

και

“Εκπλησσόμαστε και απογοητευόμαστε που αυτοί οι κανόνες έχουν αλλαχθεί εν μια νυκτί, χωρίς την κατάλληλη δημόσια διαβούλευση και συζήτηση και χωρίς να λαμβάνεται υπόψη η καλύτερη πρακτική στην Ευρώπη σε ό,τι αφορά τις νομικές δικλίδες ασφαλείας για να εξασφαλιστεί μια ανεξάρτητη και πλουραλιστική σύνθεση των εποπτικών οργάνων της δημόσιας ραδιοτηλεόρασης.”


Η είδηση για την συγκεκριμένη επιστολή, ανακοινώθηκε πριν από μια εβδομάδα περίπου, από το μπλογκ των δημοσιογράφων της ελεύθερης ΕΡΤ:

“Η ηγεσία της EBU σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες μας, απέστειλε επιστολή στον πρωθυπουργό της χώρας Αντώνη Σαμαρά εκφράζοντας μεγάλη δυσαρέσκεια για την ψήφιση της τροπολογίας με την οποία η ΝΕΡΙΤ ξαναγίνεται 'κομματική'.”

“O πρόεδρος της EBU Jean-Paul Philippot και η γενική διευθύντρια Ingrid Deltenre υπενθυμίζουν στον πρωθυπουργό πως η EBU απέδειξε επαρκώς την υποστήριξη της στην κυβέρνηση και το νόμο δημιουργίας της ΝΕΡΙΤ, παρά το γεγονός του ξαφνικού θανάτου ενός από τα ιδρυτικά της μέλη. Επίσης σημειώνουν πως παρά τα τραυματικά γεγονότα από το λουκέτο, η ευρωπαϊκή ένωση τηλεοπτικών σταθμών συζητούσε να εντάξει τη ΝΕΡΙΤ ως πλήρες μέλος της στο τέλος του έτους. Μόλις όμως έγινε γνωστό πως με τροπολογία αλλάζει ο διορισμός του Εποπτικού Συμβουλίου της ΝΕΡΙΤ, η EBU εκφράζει τη βαθειά της ανησυχία για την ελευθερία και την ανεξαρτησία του νέου ραδιοτηλεοπτικού φορέα. Είμαστε έκπληκτοι και απογοητευμένοι, δηλώνουν τα στελέχη της EBU, γιατί οι κανόνες άλλαξαν σε μια νύχτα. Και δηλώνουν πως η νέα διαδικασία δεν έχει τις νομικές εγγυήσεις.”


Επίσης:

“Η επιστολή προς τον πρωθυπουργό εστάλη επίσης προς τον πρόεδρο της Βουλής και την κυβερνητική εκπρόσωπο. Σημειώνεται ότι εκκρεμεί (στα τέλη Σεπτεμβρίου) η απόφαση για την ένταξη της ΝΕΡΙΤ στον ευρωπαϊκό οργανισμό. Υπενθυμίζεται ότι η επίμαχη τροπολογία ψηφίστηκε από το β' θερινό τμήμα της Βουλής, στο νομοσχέδιο για το Ογκολογικό Νοσοκομείο Αγίων Αναργύρων, μαζί με άλλες ρυθμίσεις για συγχωνεύσεις μεγάλων εκδοτικών συγκροτημάτων.”


“Ο Σαμαράς θέλησε να πείσει ότι θα επαναλειτουργήσει η ΕΡΤ, αλλά η πραγματικότητα είναι ότι στην καλύτερη περίπτωση θέλει να την μετατρέψει σε μια προέκταση του γραφείου προπαγάνδας του κόμματός του ευτελίζοντάς την σε τέτοιο βαθμό, που μπροστά της, η πάλαι ποτέ ΥΕΝΕΔ να μοιάζει με όαση αντικειμενικής πληροφόρησης.”
