Ελληνικό πείραμα: Η νεοφιλελεύθερη δικτατορία άνοιξε τους νέους ασκούς του Αιόλου

του system failure

Η απόφαση του Συμβουλίου της Επικρατείας (ΣτE) όσον αφορά την ΕΡΤ, αποτέλεσε μόνο μια μικρή νίκη ενάντια στις νεοφιλελεύθερες καταστροφικές πολιτικές του μνημονίου. Μπορεί να έχει πληγεί ως ένα βαθμό το κύρος του Αντώνη Σαμαρά και των συμβούλων του, αλλά από την άλλη, η όλη ιστορία άνοιξε τους ασκούς του Αιόλου για κάποιες πρωτοφανείς διαδικασίες που προμηνύουν ένα μέλλον το οποίο σκιαγραφείται με ακόμα πιο μελανά χρώματα, τόσο για την Ελλάδα όσο και για την Ευρώπη.

Καταρχήν, η απόφαση του ΣτΕ, αφενός μεν έδωσε μια διέξοδο διαφυγής από τη δύσκολη θέση στην οποία βρέθηκαν τόσο ο Σαμαράς όσο και οι άλλοι δύο κυβερνητικοί εταίροι, αφετέρου βοήθησε, ειδικότερα το δίδυμο Κουβέλη-Βενιζέλου, να εμφανιστούν για άλλη μια φορά ως δήθεν υπερασπιστές κόκκινων γραμμών εκ του ασφαλούς. Ο Σαμαράς από την πλευρά του, πιθανόν να θελήσει να εκμεταλλευτεί την απόφαση για να κάνει στροφή 180 μοιρών και να πετάξει πολύ γρήγορα από πάνω του την εικόνα ενός αυταρχικού πρωθυπουργού που αποφασίζει εν θερμώ, δηλώνοντας ότι σέβεται απόλυτα τους θεσμούς και τις αποφάσεις του ΣτΕ, καθώς είδε ότι, από τις πρόσφατες δημοσκοπήσεις, αυτή η εικόνα τελικά δεν βοήθησε στην άνοδο των ποσοστών της ΝΔ, αλλά και ότι οι αντιδράσεις σε εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό υπήρξαν αιφνιδιαστικά έντονες.

Όμως, πέρα από τις όποιες τακτικές και σκοπιμότητες, προέκυψαν νέα στοιχεία από την διεξαγωγή του συνεχιζόμενου Ελληνικού πειράματος.

1ον: Ένα βασικό επιχείρημα της Ελληνικής κυβέρνησης κατά την διαδικασία της απόφασης του ΣτΕ, προκειμένου να οριστικοποιηθεί η πράξη νομοθετικού περιεχομένου, ήταν ότι το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο δεν υποχρεούται να διαθέτει δημόσια τηλεόραση! Εκτός του ότι, με το επιχείρημα αυτό αυτοδιαψεύδεται η ίδια η Κυβέρνηση, καθώς αποτελεί μια ισχυρή ένδειξη ότι δεν είχε καμία πρόθεση να ξανανοίξει την ΕΡΤ ποτέ και με κανένα τρόπο, δημιουργεί ταυτόχρονα και προηγούμενο, αμφισβητώντας ανοιχτά την - κατά τη βούληση του εκάστοτε κυβερνητικού επιτελείου - υποχρέωση του κράτους, να διατηρεί δημόσιους φορείς και οργανισμούς.

2ον: Η απόφαση του ΣτΕ αφήνει εντελώς ανοιχτό το πεδίο των απολύσεων λύνοντας τα χέρια του Στουρνάρα, ο οποίος ουσιαστικά μπορεί να εισηγηθεί κατά βούληση απολύσεις στην ΕΡΤ αλλά και στον ευρύτερο δημόσιο τομέα. Η απόφαση αφήνει ακάλυπτους τους εργαζόμενους στα μουσικά σύνολα και στις συμφωνικές ορχήστρες της ΕΡΤ καθώς και στο περιοδικό “Ραδιοτηλεόραση”.

Κατοχυρώνεται έτσι και η αντίληψη που διαδίδεται προπαγανδιστικά όλο και πιο πολύ, ότι ο πολιτισμός που παράγουν τέτοιους είδους σχήματα, είναι μια πολυτέλεια που δεν μπορεί να σηκώσει το δημόσιο και γι'αυτό πρέπει να τα καταργήσει. Βέβαια, το επιχείρημα που χρησιμοποιείται κατά κόρον, προκειμένου να δικαιολογηθούν τέτοιες αντιλήψεις, είναι τα εκατομμύρια των ανέργων που συνεχώς αυξάνονται και που χρησιμοποιούνται ξεδιάντροπα από τους παπαγάλους της νεοφιλελεύθερης δικτατορίας. Ο παραλογισμός αυτού του επιχειρήματος είναι προφανής, καθώς οι καταστροφικές πολιτικές έχουν ανεβάσει την ανεργία στα ύψη, ενώ στο βωμό της “εξυγίανσης” προστίθενται νέοι άνεργοι μέσω των απολύσεων στο δημόσιο!

Ενισχύεται παράλληλα το οπλοστάσιο του κοινωνικού αυτοματισμού καθώς το νεοφιλελεύθερο καθεστώς θα έχει τη δυνατότητα να ανοίξει άλλο ένα μέτωπο, με την δικαιολογία ότι θα αναγκαστεί να απολύσει εργαζόμενους από άλλους δημόσιους οργανισμούς για να συμπληρώσει τον αριθμό που απαιτούν οι δανειστές, δημιουργώντας ενδεχομένως ένα νέο σοβαρό ρήγμα μέσα στις τάξεις των δημοσίων υπαλλήλων, στρέφοντας τους υποψήφιους απολυμένους εναντίον των όποιων εργαζομένων απομείνουν στην ΕΡΤ.

3ον: Παρά την απόφαση του ΣτΕ, δημιουργείται άλλο ένα σοβαρό προηγούμενο. Η κίνηση να επικρατήσει το μαύρο στις συχνότητες της ΕΡΤ και τα ΜΑΤ που κατέβασαν του πομπούς έστω και για λίγες μέρες, ανοίγουν έναν νέο ασκό του Αιόλου τόσο για την Ελλάδα όσο και για την Ευρώπη. Στο βωμό της “εξυγίανσης”, ανοίγει διάπλατα ο δρόμος για αυταρχικότερες πολιτικές αποφάσεις με τις οποίες θα καταργούνται κοινωφελείς δημόσιοι οργανισμοί με συνοπτικές διαδικασίες.

Δεν πρέπει να ξεχνάμε ότι, μια άλλη συντονισμένη επίθεση της νεοφιλελεύθερης δικτατορίας ενάντια σε κοινωφελή δημόσια ιδρύματα, έγινε πριν από περίπου ένα χρόνο, όταν η κυβέρνηση όχι μόνο δεν προστάτεψε τις καταθέσεις των νοσοκομείων και πανεπιστημίων, αλλά επέτρεψε με συνοπτικές διαδικασίες την μετατροπή τους σε ομόλογα από την Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος, λίγο πριν από το νέο κούρεμα ομολόγων στα πλαίσια του PSI, προκαλώντας τεράστιες ζημιές στα αποθεματικά τους.

Αυτή τη φορά, στην περίπτωση της ΕΡΤ, οι εμπνευστές του πειράματος δοκίμασαν την αντίδραση του κόσμου απέναντι σε μια πιο βίαιη και άμεση απόφαση και αυτό ήταν μάλλον που τον ξύπνησε και τον ώθησε να αντιδράσει.

Όμως τελικά μέσα απ' όλη αυτή την ιστορία, ανακαλύψαμε και κάτι πολύ σημαντικό που δίνει ελπίδα αντίστασης απέναντι στην επέλαση των πολιτικών της καταστροφής. Είναι το γεγονός ότι οι εργαζόμενοι της ΕΡΤ, μέσα από ένα δικό τους αντι-πείραμα, κατάφεραν να αποδείξουν ότι η αυτοδιαχείριση ενός δημόσιου φορέα, χωρίς ακριβοπληρωμένα αφεντικά, τοποθετημένους συμβούλους και κυβερνητικές παρεμβάσεις, είναι απόλυτα εφικτή, γιατί παρά τα όποια εμπόδια, η δημόσια τηλεόραση δεν σταμάτησε να εκπέμπει, κάποιες φορές έστω μόνο διαδικτυακά.

Όμως το πείραμα δεν θα μπορούσε να πετύχει χωρίς την άμεση κινητοποίηση του κόσμου και άλλων δημοκρατικών θυλάκων αντίστασης και σε Ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο, όπως η Ευρωπαϊκή Ραδιοτηλεοπτική Ένωση και αυτό δείχνει ότι, μόνο η πανευρωπαϊκή μαζική κινητοποίηση λαών και θεσμών μπορεί να ανατρέψει την επέλαση της νεοφιλελεύθερης δικτατορίας και να αντιστρέψει την καταστροφική πορεία της Ευρώπης, η οποία ωθείται ταχύτατα προς μια βαθιά πολιτισμική υποβάθμιση και έναν νέο σκοταδισμό.

    Εξαιρετικά τα κείμενά σου, χάρηκα που σε βρήκα. Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι για να ανατραπεί αυτό το οικονομικό σύστημα που μας μετατρέπει σταδιακά, παγκοσμίως, ως ανθρώπους, από πολίτες σε καταναλωτές, χρειάζεται πρωτίστως να χάσει την υποστήριξη στις συνειδήσεις μας. Ακόμα η πλειονότητα φοβάται να χάσει το life-style της, το δικαίωμα στο όνειρο άλλων. Όπως είπε και ο George Carlin, "το θέμα με το Αμερικανικό όνειρο, είναι ότι πρέπει να κοιμάσαι για να το πιστέψεις".

      Σ'ευχαριστώ, όπως τα λες είναι. Δεν πρέπει να εγκαταλείπουμε την ελπίδα. Υπάρχει και η ανεξάρτητη πληροφόρηση και οι ιδέες σήμερα διαδίδονται με την ταχύτητα του φωτός. Έχω μια αίσθηση ότι παρόλα τα απαισιόδοξα μυνήματα, οι κοινωνίες βρίσκονται σε μια μετάβαση που μπορεί να έρθει πολύ πιο γρήγορα απ'όσο νομίζουμε και να σαρώσει αυτό το απάνθρωπο αύριο για το οποίο μας προετοιμάζουν. Ας είμαστε αισιόδοξοι και ας συνεχίσουμε όπως μπορεί ο καθένας τον αγώνα για ένα καλύτερο αύριο.
