According
to various sources, the Greek Procecution Unit for Economic Crime
(PUEC) is holding strong evidence about the funding of illegal
activities of the neo-nazist party Golden Dawn from big business
owners and entrepreneurs or even clergymen.
PUEC
has already asked from banks to open accounts to cross-check the
information which holds.
Some
of the entrepreneurs involved are already in prisons, while for
others are pending criminal charges. Also some people above suspicion
are included. The data connect members of the local organizations of
Golden Dawn with businessmen of the night and sports, while an
investigation folder has opened for felonies related with extortion,
threats and death contracts.
The
common examination of evidence from conversations of the Golden Dawn
members confirms the connections with specific entrepreneurs, while
even some bishops appears to be involved.
