Ηρακλής ΙΙ: Νέα, μέγιστη πρόκληση του Μητσοτακικού καθεστώτος με τα κόκκινα δάνεια εν μέσω κορύφωσης της πανδημίας

 
Μάλλιασε η γλώσσα του Βαρουφάκη, εδώ και ένα χρόνο, να ζητάει εξηγήσεις για τον λόγο που το καθεστώς Μητσοτάκη, εν μέσω πανδημίας, δεν παγώνει τον κατάπτυστο νόμο "Ηρακλής", που αφορά τα κόκκινα δάνεια και με τον οποίο, τα αρπακτικά ταμεία θα καρπωθούν τουλάχιστον 12 δισ. σε βάρος του Ελληνικού δημοσίου.
 
Φωνή βοώντος εν τη ερήμω. Ο Βαρουφάκης κοντεύει να καταντήσει γραφικός ζητώντας απαντήσεις από τους κυβερνητικούς "φωστήρες", αλλά εις μάτην. Ούτε φωνή, ούτε ακρόαση από τα Μητσοτακικά ανδρείκελα. Κάνουν πως δεν τον ακούνε, πως δεν υπάρχει καν στην αίθουσα του κοινοβουλίου. Και τι θα μπορούσαν να πούνε άλλωστε; 
 

Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι, τον Δεκέμβριο του 2019, η κυβέρνηση Μητσοτάκη πέρασε ένα σχέδιο νόμου με την κωδική ονομασία "Ηρακλής", με στόχο να μειώσει το άνοιγμα των τραπεζών στα κόκκινα δάνεια.

Σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 6, παράγραφος 1 του νόμου:  

                             Με απόφαση του Υπουργού Οικονομικών, που δημοσιεύεται στην Εφημερίδα της Κυβερνήσεως, το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο δύναται να παρέχει εγγύηση (η «πράξη παροχής εγγύησης»), μετά από σύμφωνη γνώμη της Διυπουργικής Επιτροπής της παραγράφου 1 του άρθρου 96 του ν. 4549/2018 (Α ́ 105), όπως ισχύει, προς τους ομολογιούχους υψηλής εξοφλητικής προτεραιότητας και υπέρ του αποκτώντος, για τιτλοποιημένες απαιτήσεις του παρόντος νόμου. [...] Το ανώτατο συνολικό ποσό της δυνάμενης να χορηγηθεί εγγύησης του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου κατ’εφαρμογή του παρόντος νόμου ανέρχεται σε δώδεκα δισεκατομμύρια (12.000.000.000) ευρώ. Με απόφαση του Υπουργού Οικονομικών, που εκδίδεται κατόπιν σχετικής απόφασης της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, το ως άνω ποσό δύναται να αυξάνεται. 

Με λίγα λόγια, οι ομολογιούχοι υψηλής εξοφλητικής προτεραιότητας, που μπορεί να είναι αρπακτικά ταμεία, ή ακόμα και οι ίδιες οι τράπεζες που επιχειρούν να ξεφορτωθούν τα κόκκινα δάνεια, θα εισπράξουν από το Ελληνικό δημόσιο 12 δισεκατομμύρια, σε περίπτωση που τα δάνεια σταματήσουν να πληρώνονται. Επιπλέον, το ποσό αυτό μπορεί να αυξηθεί με υπουργική απόφαση.

Και εδώ έχουμε να κάνουμε με ένα πραγματικά μέγα σκάνδαλο, αφού τα αρπακτικά ταμεία αγοράζουν ουσιαστικά τα δάνεια σε εξευτελιστικές τιμές και θα βρουν μια ευκαιρία μέσα στην κρίση για γρήγορο και σίγουρο κέρδος μέσω των εγγυήσεων του Ελληνικού δημοσίου. Και τα δισεκατομμύρια των εγγυήσεων θα προστεθούν φυσικά στο δημόσιο χρέος. Και όλα αυτά την ώρα που, μια γονατισμένη οικονομικά κοινωνία, δέχεται ένα νέο πλήγμα, πριν καλά-καλά ορθοποδήσει από την προηγούμενη κρίση.

Καθώς η υγειονομική κρίση αποκτάει εφιαλτικές διαστάσεις και με ευθύνη των αποτυχημένων ενεργειών του καθεστώτος, είναι σίγουρο ότι δεν πρόκειται να αποπληρωθούν τα κόκκινα δάνεια στις τράπεζες ακόμα και από συνεπείς μέχρι τώρα δανειολήπτες, αφού η οικονομία και η κοινωνία είναι γονατισμένες.

Όμως αντί να επισπεύσει το πάγωμα του "Ηρακλής", λόγω των έκτακτων συνθηκών για τις οποίες δεν είναι υπεύθυνο ούτε το Ελληνικό δημόσιο, ούτε οι δανειολήπτες, το καθεστώς επεκτείνει το νόμο μέσω του "Ηρακλής ΙΙ", δίνοντας έτσι μεγαλύτερο χρονικό περιθώριο στα αρπακτικά ταμεία για εύκολο κέρδος σε βάρος του Ελληνικού δημοσίου!
 
Όπως αναφέρει το news247:

                              Σύμφωνα με το σχετικό ΦΕΚ «η περίοδος παροχής εγγύησης του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 6 του ν. 4649/2019 (Α΄ 206), παρατείνεται κατά 18 μήνες από την 9η Απριλίου 2021, ημερομηνία δημοσίευσης της υπό στοιχεία C(2021) 2545 απόφασης της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής. Το ανώτατο συνολικό ποσό της δυνάμενης να χορηγηθεί εγγύησης του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου για την ανωτέρω περίοδο ανέρχεται στο ύψος των 12 δισ. ευρώ».

Όπως είχαμε επισημάνει πριν από ένα χρόνο, μέρα με τη μέρα, αποδεικνύεται ότι αυτή η κυβέρνηση βρίσκεται σε σφιχτό εναγκαλισμό με τα συμφέροντα του μεγάλου κεφαλαίου και θα κάνει τα πάντα για να τα προστατέψει, με οποιοδήποτε κόστος. Η φράξια των νεοφιλελεύθερων φανατικών του Μητσοτάκη, που έχει πάρει τα ηνία της διακυβέρνησης, σπεύδει να εξυπηρετήσει τα ιδιωτικά συμφέροντα, ακόμα και τώρα, εν μέσω πανδημίας. 

Το Μητσοτακικό καθεστώς δεν κάνει τίποτε άλλο παρά να μας επιβεβαιώνει μέρα με τη μέρα, όλο και πιο πολύ ...
