Μεγαλώνει το άγχος για τους ολιγάρχες που βλέπουν το Μητσοτακικό καθεστώς να καταρρέει χωρίς εναλλακτικές στον ορίζοντα

Το μέγα σκάνδαλο των υποκλοπών ήταν απλά το κερασάκι στην τούρτα που σφράγισε την κατάρρευση του καθεστώτος Μητσοτάκη η οποία είχε ήδη δρομολογηθεί. Η πρωθυπουργία του Κούλη έχει ημερομηνία λήξης και όσοι πιστεύουν στα σοβαρά ότι η ΝΔ μπορεί να κερδίσει ξανά εκλογές με αυτόν στο τιμόνι, μάλλον έχουν χάσει την επαφή με την πραγματικότητα.

Βέβαια ο Κούλης δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα, ούτε και τον ενδιαφέρει ιδιαίτερα, αφού η αποστολή του ήταν να περάσει ότι αντιλαϊκό μέτρο μπορούσε να περάσει, υπέρ των οικονομικών συμφερόντων που τον έφεραν στην εξουσία. Αυτή ήταν η αποστολή του και ίσως να έδωσε στους ολιγάρχες παραπάνω απ'όσα περίμεναν μετά το ξεδιάντροπο ολικό ξεπούλημα της ΔΕΗ που εδραίωσε το καρτέλ της ενέργειας και το επέτρεψε να κάνει πάρτι στις πλάτες των καταναλωτών, σημειώνοντας υπερκέρδη και μοιράζοντας ασύλληπτα μπόνους στα μεγαλοστελέχη.

Και το απέδειξε βέβαια ότι δεν τον νοιάζει τίποτα, αφού εν μέσω θύελλας που ξέσπασε από το σκάνδαλο των υποκλοπών, αυτός πήγε χαλαρά για μπανάκι και γύρισε ηλιοκαμένος.

Όσο και αν μοιάζει εκ πρώτης όψεως περίεργο, το ξέσπασμα του σκανδάλου των υποκλοπών έφερε μεγαλύτερο πονοκέφαλο στους ντόπιους ολιγάρχες που φαίνεται να ξεμένουν από εναλλακτικές στο πολιτικό πεδίο.

Με απανωτές αποτυχίες σε πανδημία, οικονομία, ακρίβεια, διαχείριση κρίσεων, αλλά και μια υπεραπλουστευμένη, άκρως μονοδιάστατη και φιλοαμερικανική εξωτερική πολιτική (σε μια ιδιαίτερα κρίσιμη περίοδο), που μπορεί να αποδειχθεί εξαιρετικά επιζήμια για τα εθνικά συμφέροντα, το καθεστώς Μητσοτάκη φαίνεται να χάνει με πολύ γρήγορους ρυθμούς την όποια λαϊκή υποστήριξη. Ότι και να βγάζουν οι Πέτσινες δημοσκοπήσεις της μιντιακής χούντας (που δίνουν σταθερά δέκα μονάδες διαφορά από τον ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, βρέξει-χιονίσει), είναι σχεδόν απίθανο το κόμμα της δεξιάς να πετύχει ξανά αυτοδυναμία στις επόμενες εκλογές.

Αλλά το ξέσπασμα του σκανδάλου των υποκλοπών έκαψε οριστικά το σχέδιο συγκυβέρνησης ΝΔ-ΚΙΝΑΛ που είχαν ως εναλλακτική στα συρτάρια τους οι ολιγάρχες. Και τα πράγματα έχουν γίνει ακόμα πιο δύσκολα, αφού δεν φαίνεται πως μπορεί να λυθεί το δύσκολο παζλ των ενδεχόμενων κυβερνήσεων συνεργασίας που να είναι όμως απόλυτα ελεγχόμενες.

Απ'ότι φαίνεται, η μόνη ελπίδα για τους ολιγάρχες είναι να προχωρήσουν σε μαζικές εκκαθαρίσεις τόσο στη ΝΔ, όσο και στο ΚΙΝΑΛ. Ήδη κυκλοφορούν πληροφορίες ότι συγκεκριμένα εφοπλιστικά συμφέροντα προωθούν νέο αρχηγό στο κατεξοχήν δικό τους κόμμα, δηλαδή στη ΝΔ. Αλλά αυτό δεν είναι αρκετό. Η καθαίρεση Κούλη είχε έτσι και αλλιώς δρομολογηθεί εδώ και καιρό, αφού ακόμα και οι Βρυξέλλες πλέον τον θεωρούν καμένο χαρτί.

Οι ολιγάρχες αντιλαμβάνονται ότι θα πρέπει να ξεφορτωθούν τα βαρίδια, δηλαδή τα στελέχη που έχουν φθαρεί και εμπλέκονται σε σκάνδαλα, τόσο στη ΝΔ, όσο και στο ΚΙΝΑΛ. Δεν αποκλείεται λοιπόν, στο όνομα της κάθαρσης, να δούμε στο επόμενο διάστημα να βγαίνουν στη φόρα στοιχεία για αυτά τα στελέχη, τα οποία βρίσκονται ενδεχομένως στα συρτάρια κάποιων φιλοκαθεστωτικών εισαγγελέων και τώρα θα χρησιμοποιηθούν, με εντολή των ολιγαρχών, ως έσχατη λύση.

Οι ολιγάρχες θα επιχειρήσουν έτσι να εμφανίσουν ΝΔ και ΚΙΝΑΛ ως καινούργια κόμματα, απαλλαγμένα από τη διαφθορά και στελεχωμένα με νέο αίμα. Μήπως και καταφέρουν να συγκρατήσουν διαρροές ψηφοφόρων ή ακόμα και να προσελκύσουν νέους, πουλώντας το παραμύθι της κάθαρσης.

Ο στόχος απλός: να γίνει και πάλι εφικτό το σενάριο συγκυβέρνησης ΝΔ-ΚΙΝΑΛ, ώστε να ολοκληρωθεί το "θεάρεστο" έργο που θα αφήσει στη μέση ο Κούλης, αλλά και να εξασφαλιστεί ότι δεν θα μπορέσει να πάρει την εξουσία μια πραγματικά προοδευτική κυβέρνηση, ικανή να βάλει μπουρλότο στα σχέδια της ολιγαρχίας και να κυβερνήσει με γνώμονα τα λαϊκά συμφέροντα.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique.
