As Palestinian human rights attorney Noura Erakat says: “This is disproportionate, excessive force that is meant to terrorize a population,” and “Israel must stop its genocidal campaign now.” Erakat also responds to news that one of President Biden’s top foreign policy aides has admitted the administration has made “missteps” in the Middle East, and discusses calls to stop arms transfers under international law to prevent war crimes.
