REPORT | Israeli forces committed four ceasefire violations across Gaza on Sunday, killing two Palestinians, including 14-year-old Suhail Masoud Raba’ Shalouf, and wounding 14 others, including eight children, one woman and two elderly people.
The report shared by the Palestinian side with mediators and obtained by Drop Site News also notes:
◽️ Sunday’s Violations:
Israeli forces carried out two live-fire attacks and two airstrikes.
🔹 At 11 a.m., Israeli forces shot and killed Shalouf on Al-Tina Street, south of Khan Younis.
🔹 At 1:10 p.m., an Israeli quadcopter shot and wounded child Musab Mahmoud Younis Al-Ghulaithi in Block C of Al-Nuseirat refugee camp.
🔹 At 2:35 p.m., an Israeli drone killed Tareq Al-Ra’i and wounded others in a strike on an Al-Ra’i family tent opposite Al-Aqsa University in Mawasi Khan Younis.
🔹 At 3:35 p.m., an Israeli drone fired two missiles at the home of Ra’fat Abu Khubaiza in the New Camp north of Al-Nuseirat, wounding several civilians.
◽️ Cumulative Toll:
Since the ceasefire began, Israeli forces have killed 1,265 Palestinians, including 272 children, 135 women and 39 elderly people. Children, women and elderly people account for 445 of those killed, or 35.2%.
Israeli forces have wounded 4,193 Palestinians, including 1,174 children, 713 women and 177 elderly people, and detained 173.
◽️ Attacks:
Israeli forces have carried out 1,653 live-fire attacks, 1,874 airstrikes or shelling attacks, 178 military incursions, 444 home demolitions and 85 detention operations. The report records 4,275 violations in total, averaging 13.8 per day.
◽️ Expanding Occupation:
Israel continues to occupy approximately 34 square kilometers beyond the agreed withdrawal lines while obstructing repairs to electricity, water and sewage systems and preventing heavy machinery from entering Gaza.
The report also cites torture and inhuman treatment of detainees and continued uncertainty over the fate of missing Palestinians.
◽️ Aid Entry:
▪️ Israel allowed 214 trucks into Gaza on Sunday, only 35.7% of the agreed daily total
▪️ Of those, 31 carried humanitarian aid, 166 commercial goods and 17 fuel
▪️ Since the ceasefire began, 65,471 trucks have entered, just 35.3% of the agreed total
▪️ Deliveries have averaged 211.8 trucks per day compared with the agreed 600
▪️ Fuel deliveries remain at only 15.4% of agreed levels
▪️ Israel continues providing misleading figures to mediators while refusing independent international monitoring, the report says.
◽️ Rafah Crossing:
▪️ Israel permitted 148 crossings Sunday, comprising 74 departures and 74 returns. No one was turned back that day
▪️ Since the ceasefire began, 11,476 people have crossed out of 29,000 scheduled, a compliance rate of 39.5%
▪️ Israel has turned back 88 people
