The main Leftist party SYRIZA have won by a difference nearly 4 pc and this was an alarming fact for many inside and outside Greece. The neoliberal government will try to avoid possible national elections soon, but this would not be very easy since the term of the Greek presidency ends in February 2015 and any person suggested for the presidency will require at least 180 votes from the parliament. It is almost certain that SYRIZA will try to block the suggested person by the neoliberal government, which is weaker than ever with minimum support in the parliament, and therefore, very difficult to collect the required number of votes. The next possible steps by Samaras administration will be to change the electoral law and impose predetermined conditions for a possible future Leftist government.
