Η μαύρη επταετία του καθεστώτος Μητσοτάκη

 
Όπως έχουμε ήδη αναφέρει σε προηγούμενο άρθρο, η παντοδυναμία του καθεστώτος Μητσοτάκη στηρίζεται σε πήλινα πόδια. Τώρα, σε κανονικές συνθήκες, (έτσι βέβαια όπως τις αντιλαμβάνονται τα κέντρα αποφάσεων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης), οι γραφειοφασίστες των Βρυξελλών και το διευθυντήριο του Βερολίνου φροντίζουν όλο και πιο συχνά να διαμηνύουν στις κυβερνήσεις ότι "το πάρτι τελείωσε". 

Αυτό σημαίνει καταρχήν σκληρή λιτότητα. Και επειδή κανείς δεν ξέρει στην πραγματικότητα πόσο χρήμα μοιράστηκε στην προηγούμενη θητεία Μητσοτάκη, πάνω και κάτω από το τραπέζι, προς διάφορες κατευθύνσεις, προκειμένου το καθεστώς να ανανεώσει το ραντεβού του με την εξουσία, είναι πολύ πιθανό να αρχίσει να εμφανίζεται στον ορίζοντα ένας σοβαρός εκτροχιασμός των δημοσιονομικών στόχων και άρα των πολύ σκληρών όρων που επιβλήθηκαν στην κυβέρνηση Τσίπρα με αντάλλαγμα τη ρύθμιση του χρέους. Αυτό, με λίγα λόγια, σημαίνει δεύτερη επίσημη χρεοκοπία.
 
Και αυτό, με τη σειρά του, σημαίνει ότι το καθεστώς Μητσοτάκη θα πρέπει να πιει το πικρό ποτήρι των νέων, ακόμα πιο σκληρών όρων που θα επιβληθούν από τους δανειστές, προκειμένου να γίνει μια νέα ρύθμιση χρέους. Υπό αυτές τις συνθήκες, η κατάρρευση της ΝΔ με τρόπο παρόμοιο με αυτόν της κατάρρευσης του ΠΑΣΟΚ μετά από τα κακά μαντάτα που ανακοίνωσε ο Γιώργος Παπανδρέου από το Καστελόριζο, θα πρέπει να θεωρείται δεδομένη.
 
Αυτό που δεν γνωρίζουμε είναι το πότε περίπου μπορεί να συμβεί αυτό. Αλλά ένα άρθρο που δημοσιεύτηκε στην Αμερικανική ιστοσελίδα Politico στα μέσα Μαρτίου, μας δίνει μια ιδέα. Σύμφωνα με το άρθρο, το έτος 2026 θα είναι καθοριστικό, ειδικά για τις Ευρωπαϊκές χώρες που αντιμετωπίζουν μεγάλο πρόβλημα χρέους, καθώς θα δεχθούν ένα διπλό χτύπημα. Πρώτα, από το γεγονός ότι η Ένωση θα αυστηροποιήσει τους δημοσιονομικούς κανόνες και έπειτα από το γεγονός ότι θα κλείσει τις στρόφιγγες χρηματοδότησης - που είχαν ανοίξει για να αντιμετωπιστούν τα προβλήματα στις οικονομίες λόγω υγειονομικής κρίσης και παραμένουν ακόμα ανοιχτές.

Το άρθρο αναφέρεται συγκεκριμένα στις μεγάλες οικονομίες που έχουν πρόβλημα χρέους όπως η Γαλλία και η Ιταλία. Αλλά αν η δεύτερη και τρίτη οικονομία της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και ευρωζώνης βρεθούν μπροστά σε δημοσιονομικό γκρεμό, καταλαβαίνετε τι περιμένει την Ελλάδα.

Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι το Politico εξαγοράστηκε το 2021 από την Γερμανική πολυεθνική Axel Springer SE που δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο των ΜΜΕ και ηλεκτρονικών εντύπων, αν  σημαίνει κάτι αυτό.

Είναι άραγε τραγική ειρωνεία ότι αναμένεται η πτώση του καθεστώτος Μητσοτάκη στο χρονικό αυτό σημείο; Φαίνεται ότι δημιουργείται μια περίεργη τάση στην Ελλάδα που θέλει τα μεταπολεμικά καθεστώτα να διαρκούν (δυστυχώς) επτά ολόκληρα χρόνια. 
 
Το πιο σημαντικό είναι ότι φαίνεται δυστυχώς να επαληθεύεται, όλο και πιο πολύ, αυτό που γράψαμε αμέσως μετά τις εκλογές του 2019:

                              Άρα, απ'ότι φαίνεται τελικά, ο "σοφός λαός" δεν είναι και τόσο σοφός. Είτε με την ψήφο του, είτε με την αποχή του, έδωσε το ελεύθερο στη χειρότερη δεξιά της μεταπολίτευσης να σαρώσει σαν 'οδοστρωτήρας' τα πάντα στο πέρασμά της. Μετά από τέσσερα χρόνια νεοφιλελεύθερης λαίλαπας, το τοπίο καταστροφής θα έχει κάνει τη χώρα κυριολεκτικά αγνώριστη.

                       Ακόμα και αν εξαφανιστεί η Νέα Δημοκρατία από τον πολιτικό χάρτη, δεν θα έχει και πολλή σημασία. Όποιος και αν αναλάβει τη διακυβέρνηση της χώρας τότε, θα βρει μπροστά του έναν πραγματικό Γολγοθά. Και θα διαπιστώσει, ότι είναι σχεδόν αδύνατο να μετατρέψει την αποικία χρέους ξανά σε μια κανονική χώρα ...

Στο μόνο που φαίνεται να έχουμε πέσει έξω είναι η χρονική διάρκεια του καθεστώτος Μητσοτάκη. Και αυτό γιατί δεν είχαμε προβλέψει την πανδημία και τις συνέπειές της σε διάφορα επίπεδα. Πως θα μπορούσαμε άλλωστε ...
