Σκηνοθετικές παρεμβάσεις στην παράσταση που συνεχίζεται

του system failure
 

Αν και λίγο-πολύ οι περισσότεροι έχουν αντιληφθεί τις μεθόδους και τακτικές που χρησιμοποιούνται από το συστημικό κατεστημένο για τον αποπροσανατολισμό της κοινής γνώμης, ειδικά σε αυτή την κρίσιμη περίοδο, θα είχε ίσως ενδιαφέρον να συνοψίσουμε ορισμένες από αυτές. Φυσικά, όσοι δεν τις πιστεύουν, μπορούν απλά να τις βαφτίσουν “θεωρίες συνομωσίας”.


Σκηνοθετημένες διαφωνίες

 

Σκηνοθετημένες διαφωνίες μεταξύ κυβερνητικών εταίρων. Χρησιμεύουν στο να δώσουν την εντύπωση ότι εφόσον υπάρχουν τριβές ανάμεσα και στους ίδιους τους κυβερνητικούς εταίρους, υπάρχει μια παράμετρος μέσα στον κυβερνητικό συνασπισμό που μπορεί να επιβάλει κόκκινες γραμμές και διαπραγμάτευση επί ορισμένων τουλάχιστον θεμάτων, αλλά και ότι δεν είναι όλα προαποφασισμένα. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση, το ρόλο του κακού πρέπει αναγκαστικά να παίξει η πρώην φιλελεύθερη και νυν νεοφιλελεύθερη Δεξιά απέναντι στους “φιλεύσπλαχνους”, λόγω ιδεολογίας, κυβερνητικούς εταίρους “Σοσιαλιστές” και μετριοπαθείς Αριστερούς του ΠΑΣΟΚ και της ΔΗΜΑΡ αντίστοιχα.

 

Σκηνοθετημένες διαφωνίες μεταξύ κυβερνητικών αξιωματούχων και τροϊκανών. Χρησιμεύουν στο να πείσουν τους πολίτες ότι η κυβέρνηση αντιστέκεται και δεν λέει “ναι σε όλα” απέναντι στην τρόϊκα. Καθώς τα μέτρα που θέλουν οι δανειστές έχουν ήδη αποφασιστεί και συμφωνηθεί, προβλέπεται ότι οι τροϊκανοί θα υποχωρήσουν τελικά σε ορισμένα τουλάχιστον από αυτά τα επιπλέον μέτρα που απαιτούν, ώστε να φανεί ότι η Ελληνική κυβέρνηση διαπραγματεύτηκε και προέβαλε αντίσταση. Ότι παραπάνω κερδίσουν, τόσο το καλύτερο για την συνέχιση της διεξαγωγής του πειράματος. Στην περίπτωση αυτή, ο ρόλος του κακού αποδίδεται από τα ΜΜΕ αποκλειστικά στον Τόμσεν, λες και παίρνει μόνος του τις αποφάσεις χωρίς να εκτελεί εντολές. 

 

Σκηνοθετημένες διαφωνίες ανάμεσα στους εκπροσώπους της τρόϊκας. Χρησιμεύουν στο να περάσουν την εικόνα ότι οι εκπρόσωποι της τρόϊκας ενίοτε αποφασίζουν αυτόνομα λόγω της εξειδίκευσης και της εμπειρίας τους και ότι εκφράζουν ελεύθερα τις διαφωνίες τους, αλλά και ότι δεν υπάρχει ένα συμπαγές μέτωπο συμφερόντων τουλάχιστον σε πανευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο που προωθεί συγκεκριμένες πολιτικές καθοδηγώντας τους.


Μέθοδοι αποπροσανατολισμού 

 

Επιχειρήσεις εκκαθάρισης λαθρομεταναστών. Χρησιμεύει ως μέθοδος αποπροσανατολισμού εν μέσω αποφάσεων για νέα επώδυνα μέτρα. Η μέθοδος αυτή στοχεύει στο να κερδίσει επίσης την εύνοια των πολιτών που βιώνουν άμεσα τις συνέπειες της λαθρομετανάστευσης δίνοντας την εικόνα ενός κράτους που είναι αποφασισμένο να αντιμετωπίσει το πρόβλημα με συνοπτικές διαδικασίες. Και σε αυτή την περίπτωση ο ρόλος των ΜΜΕ είναι καθοριστικός.

 

Επιχείρηση αποπροσανατολισμού της κοινής γνώμης μέσα από δελτία ειδήσεων και στημένες εκπομπές. Οι συστημικοί δημοσιογράφοι, την ώρα που ανακοινώνουν νέα εξοντωτικά μέτρα για μισθωτούς-συνταξιούχους, χρησιμοποιούν σχεδόν καθημερινά διάφορα σλόγκαν του τύπου “ο κόσμος δεν αντέχει άλλο”, “να πληρώσουν οι πλούσιοι”, κ.λ.π., δίνοντας έτσι την εντύπωση ότι συμπάσχουν με την πλειοψηφία, ενώ από την άλλη, διατυμπανίζουν συνεχώς την αδυναμία του κράτους να προχωρήσει στις αποκαλούμενες “διαρθρωτικές αλλαγές” οι οποίες αφορούν σχεδόν αποκλειστικά την συρρίκνωση του δημόσιου τομέα και τις ιδιωτικοποιήσεις. Στην περίπτωση αυτή χρησιμοποιείται συνήθως η φράση “μικρότερο και πιο ευέλικτο δημόσιο”, υπονοώντας βέβαια απολύσεις στον δημόσιο τομέα χωρίς να χρειάζεται να χρησιμοποιηθεί η λέξη “απόλυση”. Από την άλλη, το χαρτί των ιδιωτικοποιήσεων παίζεται με έναν άκρως εκβιαστικό τρόπο, καθώς οι ίδιοι δημοσιογράφοι υποστηρίζουν ότι, αν γίνονταν γρήγορα οι ιδιωτικοποιήσεις, δεν θα πίεζε η τρόϊκα για νέες περικοπές μισθών και συντάξεων. Αποκρύπτουν όμως ότι, οι fast track ιδιωτικοποιήσεις στην ουσία σημαίνουν τρία, καταρχήν, βασικά πράγματα: νέες απολύσεις στο όνομα της βιωσιμότητας της όποιας επιχείρησης, νέες φοροαπαλλαγές για το μεγάλο κεφάλαιο ως αντάλλαγμα για την ανάληψη “προβληματικών” κρατικών επιχειρήσεων, πώληση έναντι πινακίου φακής των κρατικών επιχειρήσεων σε “ημέτερους”, ανάμεσα στους οποίους βρίσκονται και διάφοροι καναλάρχες για τους οποίους εργάζονται οι εν λόγω δημοσιογράφοι.


Δύο πρόσφατα παραδείγματα επιχείρησης αποπροσανατολισμού

 

Στις 27/7/12 οριστικοποιείται το μέγα σκάνδαλο με την “πώληση” της “υγιούς” ΑΤΕ στην Πειραιώς. Μόλις 3 μέρες πριν, στις 24/7/12 σε δηλώσεις του στους NY Τimes ο Παναγιώτης Ρουμελιώτης “αποκαλύπτει”: “Γνωρίζαμε από την αρχή πως το συγκεκριμένο πρόγραμμα ήταν αδύνατο να εφαρμοσθεί, καθώς δεν υπήρξε πουθενά ένα επιτυχές παράδειγμα”. Η είδηση αναπαράγεται ταχέως από τα κυρίαρχα Ελληνικά ΜΜΕ. Ο Ρουμελιώτης, αντιπρόεδρος του ΔΣ της τράπεζας Πειραιώς, παίρνει εντολή να εκδηλώσει κρίση ειλικρίνειας και να αποκαλύψει κάτι που σχεδόν οι πάντες γνώριζαν: ότι το ΔΝΤ ακολουθεί δογματικά τις ίδιες πολιτικές παρόλο που έχουν αποτύχει επανειλημμένως στο παρελθόν. Ούτως ή άλλως το χαρτί του ΔΝΤ ήταν καμένο για καμένο, σχεδόν κανείς δεν πίστευε και δεν πιστεύει στις “καλές προθέσεις” του. Όμως στη συνέχεια, απ’ότι φάνηκε, η επιχείρηση αποπροσανατολισμού της κοινής γνώμης με αυτή την μάλλον ξεπερασμένη επικοινωνιακή τακτική αποτυγχάνει, καθώς μερίδα της αντιπολίτευσης και πλήθος ανεξάρτητων μπλογκ και ιστοσελίδων στο διαδίκτυο μιλούν ξεκάθαρα για απόφαση-σκάνδαλο όσον αφορά την πώληση-δώρο της ΑΤΕ στον “σύντροφο” Σάλλα, αποκαλύπτοντας μάλιστα τις λεπτομέρειες του όλου εγχειρήματος, κάτι που τα κυρίαρχα ΜΜΕ της μεθοδευμένης προπαγάνδας προσπάθησαν όπως-όπως να προσπεράσουν με μια απλή αναφορά. Στη συνέχεια, καθώς όλο και περισσότεροι ασχολούνται με την πώληση-σκάνδαλο, ο Ρουμελιώτης καλείται να καταθέσει στις αρχές, ώστε η αποτυχημένη “αποκάλυψη” να πάρει επισήμως την ανάλογη βαρύτητα που της αρμόζει, μπας και σταματήσουν να ασχολούνται κάποιοι με την πώληση-σκάνδαλο. Μια νέα επιχείρηση αποπροσανατολισμού της κοινής γνώμης από το επίσημο κράτος σε πλήρη συνεργασία με το εγχώριο τραπεζικό κατεστημένο αρχίζει, αντί αυτού που έπρεπε κανονικά να γίνει, δηλαδή τα αρμόδια όργανα να καλέσουν σε απολογία τους ηθικούς αυτουργούς της πώλησης-σκάνδαλο που χάρισε το υγειές κομμάτι μιας δημόσιας τράπεζας σε μια ιδιωτική, φορτώνοντας το κόστος της “πώλησης” αλλά και τα εναπομείναντα “σκουπίδια” της ΑΤΕ στους Έλληνες φορολογούμενους.

 

Λίστες-φαντάσματα, στικάκια και cd που πάνε και έρχονται. Επιχειρείται να βγει προς τα έξω η εικόνα μιας κυβέρνησης που είναι αποφασισμένη να καθαρίσει τη διαφθορά και να κυνηγήσει τους μεγαλοφοροφυγάδες. Ως εκ τούτου ενδέχεται να συμπεριλαμβάνονται και σκηνοθετημένες δήθεν διαρροές ή και αλληλοκαρφώματα και εκβιασμοί που βοηθούν κάποιους να κερδίσουν χρόνο και να απεμπλακούν από το διεφθαρμένο πολιτικό σύστημα. Αλλά η σκηνοθεσία είναι κακή και το αποτέλεσμα κωμικοτραγικό: κανείς δεν ξέρει ως συνήθως τίποτα. Όλοι λένε “δεν ξέρω, δεν είδα”, ενώ ταυτόχρονα χρησιμοποιούν τα συνήθη πλέον σλόγκαν του τύπου “όλα στο φως”, “άμεσος έλεγχος τώρα”, “να πληρώσουν αυτοί που πρέπει όσο ψηλά και αν βρίσκονται”, ώστε να εμφανιστούν ως καθαροί και ότι δεν έχουν τίποτα να φοβηθούν. Αυτή η μέθοδος αποπροσανατολισμού απ'ότι φαίνεται αποτυγχάνει παταγωδώς. Ενδεικτική είναι άλλωστε η απροθυμία του κράτους να κυνηγήσει τους μεγαλοφοροφυγάδες, καθώς η περίφημη λίστα με τα ονόματά τους εδώ και αρκετό καιρό έχει γίνει σίριαλ. Οι Ελληνικές αρχές πότε επικαλούνται νομική αδυναμία να ελέγξουν τις καταθέσεις, πότε βάζουν μπροστά τις Ελβετικές αρχές που δεν τους επιτρέπουν να κάνουν έλεγχο, πότε βρίσκουν διάφορες άλλες δικαιολογίες για να μην προχωρήσουν σε άμεσο έλεγχο των καταθέσεων.

 

Όλες οι παραπάνω μέθοδοι και παραδείγματα είναι ενδεικτικά. Μπορεί όποιος θέλει απλά να συμπληρώσει την... λίστα.
