Σύμφωνα με τον συντάκτη της εφημερίδας πρόκειται για κωμικοτραγική ιστορική επανάληψη της επιχείρησης 'Κόκκινη Προβιά', του διαβόητου δικτύου Gladio που είχε στηθεί από την CIA στην Ευρώπη μετά το 1945, σε περίπτωση που επικρατούσαν οι κομουνιστές στην Ελλάδα ή σε άλλη χώρα της Ευρώπης.”

“'Εχουμε κάτι σαν αυτοσχέδια γαλάζια προβιά', συμπεραίνει το δημοσίευμα, 'γιατί θεωρούν ότι δεν θα μπορούν πλέον να συναθροίζονται ανοιχτά' στο Κολωνάκι, καταλήγει το δημοσίευμα.”

Μπορεί να ακούγεται γελοίο και να προκαλεί μειδίαμα, αλλά τα πράγματα μπορεί να είναι σοβαρότερα απ'ότι δείχνουν:

Στην μεταπολεμική ιστορία και καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του Ψυχρού Πολέμου, υπάρχει ένα πλήθος ενεργειών από την πλευρά των ΗΠΑ, με τις οποίες επιχείρησαν να αποτρέψουν την άνοδο της Αριστεράς στην Ευρώπη. Από επιχειρήσεις προβοκάτσιας από μυστικούς στρατούς ενάντια σε Αριστερές οργανώσεις (Gladio στην Ιταλία), μέχρι υποστήριξη δικτατορικών καθεστώτων (χούντα στην Ελλάδα). Είναι βέβαιο ότι το Αμερικανικό "βαθύ κράτος" θα επιχειρήσει να αποτρέψει ένα ντόμινο ανόδου της Αριστεράς στην Ευρώπη, για άλλη μια φορά, καθώς κάτι τέτοιο μπορεί να αποβεί ιδιαίτερα ζημιογόνο για τα συμφέροντα της οικονομικής ελίτ τόσο στις ΗΠΑ, όσο και στην Ευρώπη.
