Η απόλυτη κυριαρχία της τραπεζομιντιακής δικτατορίας συνεχίζεται ...

Ο νόμος για την υποχρέωση των ελληνικών τραπεζών να δημοσιεύουν αναλυτικά τα ποσά που δαπανούν για διαφήμιση σε ΜΜΕ μπορεί να άργησε επί χρόνια για προφανείς λόγους, ωστόσο η πρόσφατη ψήφισή του είναι ένα σημαντικό βήμα προς τη βελτίωση της διαφάνειας. Παρότι πάντα υπάρχουν πολλοί τρόποι μη εμφάνισης όλων των πραγματικών διαφημιστικών και άλλων πακέτων προς μέσα και «φιλικούς δημοσιογράφους», από τα αναλυτικά στοιχεία που έδωσαν οι 4 συστημικές τράπεζες και η μικρότερη Attica Bank προκύπτουν ενδιαφέροντα συμπεράσματα για τις κοινές αλλά και τις ιδιαίτερες «προτιμήσεις» του ελληνικού τραπεζικού συστήματος προς τις εταιρείες μέσων ενημέρωσης. Η επεξεργασία αυτών των στοιχείων οδηγεί σε πολλά συμπεράσματα, εντοπίζει κραυγαλέες περιπτώσεις ευνοϊκής μεταχείρισης φυσικών προσώπων και εταιρειών και αποτυπώνει με έναν άλλο τρόπο τις στενές, σχεδόν «διάφανες» σχέσεις των ΜΜΕ με την οικονομική ελίτ, προκαλώντας εύγλωττα ερωτήματα.

7 - Μεγάλες διαφορές, πολλά ερωτήματα

Δεν θα σχολιάσω το γιατί οι τράπεζες διαφημίζονται σε καιρούς χρεοκοπίας και ταξικής λιτότητας. Θα τολμήσω όμως μερικές παρατηρήσεις από τα επίσημα στοιχεία που έδωσαν βάσει της νέας διάταξης νόμου (του Γ. Δραγασάκη) για τη διαφημιστική τους δαπάνη προς τα ΜΜΕ όλο το 2015. Παρά τις αποκλίσεις, οι τραπεζίτες -σε γενικές γραμμές- «εναρμονίζουν» τις διαφημιστικές «χορηγίες» τους προς τα ΜΜΕ.

Εξόφθαλμη περίπτωση είναι προφανώς το ήδη καταγεγραμμένο και ποινικά ως σκάνδαλο, όπου η «Μαυρίκος ΑΕΒΕ», του (γνωστού κατηγορούμενου για εκβιασμό) ιδιοκτήτη της ακροδεξιάς εφημερίδας «Ακρόπολη» με την ανύπαρκτη κυκλοφορία, πήρε το 2015 μόνο από την Attica Bank 131.500 ευρώ. Είναι επίσης αξιοσημείωτο ότι η «Εφ.Συν.» (εφημερίδα και ιστοσελίδα) «τιμωρήθηκε» από τους τραπεζίτες, παρά τις καλύτερες κυκλοφοριακές της επιδόσεις, λαμβάνοντας 400.000 ευρώ λιγότερα από τον «Ελεύθερο Τύπο» που έχει πολύ μικρότερες κυκλοφορίες.

Το εμφανιζόμενο συνολικό ποσό που διέθεσαν προς τα ΜΜΕ οι πέντε τράπεζες είναι 43,4 εκατομμύρια ευρώ το 2015, χωρίς όμως να μπορούμε να το συγκρίνουμε με τα αντίστοιχα ποσά που δεν μάθαμε ποτέ τα προηγούμενα χρόνια πριν και μετά τη χρεοκοπία.

Σοβαρότατα όμως ερωτήματα προκύπτουν ως προς την ακρίβεια των στοιχείων της προβολής και της διαφήμισης που έδωσαν οι τράπεζες. Στον επίσημο ισολογισμό του έτους 2015, η Τράπεζα Πειραιώς αναφέρει στα έξοδα προβολής και διαφήμισής της ποσό 44,4 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ συν άλλα, ενώ στις λίστες που δημοσιοποίησε η ίδια τράπεζα το ποσό περιορίζεται στα 19,4 εκατομμύρια.

Παρόμοια εικόνα μεγάλων αποκλίσεων παρουσιάζεται και στους ισολογισμούς των άλλων τραπεζών. Το ίδιο ερώτημα είχαμε θέσει παλαιότερα, όταν βρήκαμε ότι το 2013 ο ισολογισμός της Τράπεζας Πειραιώς κατέγραφε κοντά στα 200 εκατ. ευρώ για «έξοδα προβολής, διαφήμισης, προώθησης τραπεζικών προϊόντων και αμοιβές τρίτων»...
