Nueva arremetida imperial contra Venezuela

La canciller Delcy Rodríguez Gómez denunció un nuevo ataque de la embajada de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica contra Venezuela, al negar el visado de funcionarios del ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones Exteriores, así como de altos funcionarios del Gobierno Bolivariano para asistir a eventos internacionales multilaterales.

Esta actuación desmarcada del Derecho Internacional ratifica una vez más, cómo de forma arrogante y violatoria de todas la leyes internacionales, la embajada de EE.UU. agrede los estatutos internacionales y la Convención de Viena, puesto que el país sede, en este caso Estados Unidos, donde se asienta la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA) y de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) no puede negarse a otorgar las visas, por el contrario, están obligados a facilitar todas las gestiones para garantizar la participación de los funcionarios a los eventos programados en esa nación.

No es la primera vez que se presentan dichas irregularidades por parte de la embajada de EE.UU.. "Esto es muy grave porque viola y vulnera el Derecho Internacional Público", sentenció Rodríguez, quien adelantó que mañana, el nuevo viceministro para América del Norte, Bernardo Álvarez, en nombre de la República Bolivariana presentará una nota de protesta formal ante el gobierno de EE.UU..

La jefa de la Diplomacia Bolivariana de Paz, citó palabras del presidente Nicolás Maduro quien señaló a la embajada de EE.UU., como una maquinaria de guerra contra el gobierno constitucional y legítimo de Venezuela. No obstante, Rodríguez reafirmó que tales agresiones, no van a lograr doblegar el espíritu libertario del Gobierno Bolivariano.

"Solamente dan las visas a opositores que permanente conspiran para derrocar el gobierno constitucional, y niegan las visas que legítimamente deben otorgase a funcionarios del gobierno venezolano. Sabemos que están actuando como una maquinaria de guerra contra nuestro país", sentenció.
