Kurt Hackbarth, host of Soberanía: The Mexican Politics Podcast, calls out the New York Times for its latest debunked article on ‘fentanyl’ production in Mexico. Published just weeks before Trump’s return, who’s vowed to invade Mexico to fight cartels, Hackbarth slams the authors for joining the tradition of Judith Miller, Anat Schwartz, Jayson Blair, and others in “trying to manufacture consent” for US intervention.
