Iran shocks Trump with threat to wipe out $2T US targets around UAE


A top Iranian general has warned Trump of an unprecedented threat to destroy $2 trillion worth of US targets in and around the UAE, dramatically escalating tensions ahead of the critical US midterm elections. General Mohsen Rezaei hinted at specifically targeting undersea cables and American data centres if war breaks out. Meanwhile, in another major setback for Trump, Barack Obama has just endorsed the Democratic Senate nominee, Abdul El-Sayed, for next month's high-stakes midterm polls.
