Νέα επίθεση της νεοφιλελεύθερης δικτατορίας κατά των εργασιακών δικαιωμάτων στην Ελλάδα!

Πρόταση σοκ για τους άνεργους νέους από το ΚΕΠΕ

Στο μηνιαίο δελτίο οικονομικών εξελίξεων του ΚΕΠΕ (Κέντρο Προγραμματισμού και Οικονομικών Ερευνών) για τον μήνα Ιανουάριο 2014, προτείνεται κατάργηση του κατώτατου μισθού για νέους έως ένα έτος από την πρόσληψή τους! Συγκεκριμένα στην σελ. 24 υπό τον τίτλο “∆ΡAΣΕΙΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΚΑΤΑΠΟΛEΜΗΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΑΝΕΡΓIΑΣ ” αναφέρεται ότι:

“Β. ΕΙ∆ΙΚA ΓΙΑ ΝEΟΥΣ ΑΝEΡΓΟΥΣ 15-24 ΕΤΩΝ (15-29 ΕΤΩΝ Ο ∆ΙΕΥΡΥΜΕΝΟΣ ΟΡΙΣΜΟΣ):
1. Κατάργηση του κατώτατου μισθού για νέους έως ένα έτος από την πρόσληψή τους, ώστε να δίνεται ισχυρό κίνητρο στην επιχείρηση να τον/την προσλάβει και να κρίνει την καταλληλότητα του/της (βασικές και μη γνώσεις και δεξιότητες). Παράλληλη ενίσχυση της δράσης του ΣΕΠΕ με τη θέσπιση κινήτρων αποδοτικότητας, προς αποφυγή παραβάσεων της εργατικής νομοθεσίας (ωράριο, συνθήκες απασχόλησης, κτλ.). ”

Ακόμα και αν κάποιος νέος εργαζόμενος δεχθεί να δουλέψει υπό το “έλεος” του εργοδότη για ένα χρόνο, ποιος τον εξασφαλίζει ότι δεν θα απολύεται ώστε να προσλαμβάνεται ένας άλλος στη θέση του για να δουλέψει “δωρεάν” για ένα χρόνο κ.ο.κ.; Σε ένα τέτοιο διαλυμένο καθεστώς εργασιακών δικαιωμάτων, κανείς. Η νεοφιλελεύθερη δικτατορία προωθεί ταχύτατα τη σύγχρονη δουλεία.

  Αξίζει να θυμηθούμε ότι, πριν από περίπου ένα μήνα, η τρόικα μέσω email προς τα υπουργεία Εργασίας και Οικονομικών, ζήτησε να εκτιμηθεί το ποσό που θα εξοικονομούσαν τα ασφαλιστικά ταμεία, αν για το 2014 δε δινόταν ούτε μία νέα σύνταξη!


Τα σενάρια “επιστημονικής φαντασίας” επιβεβαιώνονται πολύ γρήγορα:

“Αν κάποιοι νομίζουν ότι αυτά είναι σενάρια επιστημονικής φαντασίας, ας θυμηθούν ότι μόλις πριν από τέσσερα χρόνια, οι μαζικές απολύσεις, οι διαθεσιμότητες, οι επιστρατεύσεις, η διάλυση των εργασιακών δικαιωμάτων, το κλείσιμο δημοσίων οργανισμών εν μία νυκτί και πολλά άλλα, ήταν πράγματα αδιανόητα και κανείς δεν τολμούσε να ισχυριστεί ότι ίσως κάποτε εφαρμοστούν. Η νεοφιλελεύθερη δικτατορία προετοιμάζει ταχύτατα το έδαφος για τον ερχομό του νέου Μεσαίωνα και μόνο η μαζική και δυναμική αντίδραση των λαών μπορεί να την σταματήσει.”
