Manifestua "Azken deia"

Krisi ekonomikoa edo erregimen krisia baino gehiago da hau: zibilizazio krisia da

Europako herritarrek, orokorrean, onartzen dute gaur egungo kontsumo gizartea etorkizunerantz “hobetu” daitekeela (eta egin behar duela). Bitartean, planetako biztanleen zati eder bat gure ongizate materialen mailara iristeko zain da. Alta, produkzio eta kontsumo maila hau baliabide natural eta energetikoak ahituz lortu da, eta Lurraren ekologia orekak hautsiz.

Kontua ez da berria. Ikertzaile eta zientzialari buruargienak alarmarako zantzu sendoak ematen ari zaizkigu XX. mendeko zazpigarren hamarkadatik hona: orain arteko hazkunde joerekin jarraituz gero (ekonomikoa, demografikoa, baliabideen erabilera, kutsatzaileen ekoizpena eta desberdintasunen hazkundearekikoa) XXI. menderako ondorio probableena zibilizazio kolapsoa da.

Hazkundearen bidea jadanik genozidioa kamera geldoan dela adierazten duten albisteak pilatzen dira gaur. Energia merkearen eskuragarritasuna gainbehera, aldaketa klimatikoaren eszena katastrofikoak eta baliabideengatiko tentsio geopolitikoek erakusten dute aitzinamendurako joera zaharrak eteten ari direla.

Erronka honen aurrean ez dira aski garapen iraunkorraren mantra ekosmetikoak, ez eta teknologia ekoefizienteen aldeko apustu soilak ere, edo balizko “ekonomia berde” bat, ondare naturalen eta zerbitzu ekosistemikoen merkantilizazioa ezkutatzen dituena. Konponbide teknologikoak, ingurumen krisiari eta gainbehera energetikoari dagokionean, gutxiegi dira.

Gainera, krisi ekologikoa ez da gai partziala, gizartearen alde guztiak zehazten dituena baizik: elikadura, garraioa, industria, eraikuntza, gatazka belikoak… Finean, gure ekonomiaren eta bizitzen oinarria da.

Harrapatuta gaude hazten ez bada ez dabilen zibilizazioan, eta hazten bada bera posible egiten duten oinarri naturalak suntsitzen dituenean. Gure kultura teknozale eta merkatuzaleak ahaztu egiten du gu, errotik, ekosistemen eta elkarren dependiente garela.

Planetak ezin du gizarte produktibista eta kontsumista mantendu. Handitzen ari den giza populazio erraldoi bati (gaur egun 7200 milioitik gora), baliabideak urritzen ari diren planetan, bizitza duina bermatuko dion zibilizazio berria eraiki behar dugu. Horretarako errotiko aldaketak beharko dira bizimoduetan, produkzio moduetan, hirien diseinuan eta lurralde antolaketan: eta batez ere aurreko guztia gidatzen duten baloreetan. Biosferarekin oreka berreskuratzea helburu duen gizartea behar dugu, ikerkuntza, teknologia, kultura, ekonomia eta politika helburu horretarako erabiltzen dituena. Hori egiteko erakutsi ditzakegun irudimen politiko, eskuzabaltasun moral eta sormen teknikoa behar ditugu.

Baina Transformazio Handi honek bi oztopo itzel ditu: bizimodu kapitalistaren inertzia eta talde pribilegiatuen interesak. Kaosa eta basakeriarantz jarraitzea saihesteko, indarrean den hegemoniarekin haustura politiko sakona behar dugu, eta biosferaren mugen barnean gizartearen beharrizanak asetzea helburu duen ekonomia, eta ez hazkundea eta irabazte pribatua.

Zorionez, gero eta jende gehiago ari da erreakzionatzen, eliteen hutsak ordaindu ditzaten saiatzen direnean. Gaur egun, espainiar Estatuan, M15ak (2011ko udaberritik) ekarri duen duintasun eta demokrazia iratzartzea beste gizarte antolaketa batzuek posible egiten dituen prozesu konstituziogilea mamitzen ari da.

Hala ere, ezinbestekoa da proiektu alternatiboek kontzientzia hartzea hazkundearen mugek dakartzaten inplikazioez eta aldakuntza proposamen askoz ere adoretsuagoak egitea. Erregimen eta ekonomia krisia, krisi ekologikoa gainditzen bada soilik gainditu ahalko dira. Zentzu honetan, ez dira aski kapitalismo keynesiarraren errezetak. Politika hauek, bigarren mundu gudaren ondorengo hamarkadetan, planetaren mugen atarira eraman gintuen hedatze zikloa ekarri zuten. Beste hedatze ziklo bat bideraezina da: ez dago mantenduko lukeen oinarri materialik, ez eta espazio ekologikorik edo baliabide naturalik ere.

XXI. mendea gizateriaren menderik erabakiorrena izango da. Kultura eta gizarte guztientzako proba handia izango da, eta espeziearentzat bere osotasunean. Gizakiok Lurrean bizitzen jarraituko dugunentz zehaztuko duen proba izango da eta ondoren antolatuko dugun bizitza errukitsu izateko aukera. Parean dugun transformazioaren erronka neolitoko iraultza edo industria-iraultzaren mailako gertakari historikoen neurrikoa da.

Adi: abagunearen atea ixten ari da. Egia da erresistentzia mugimendu asko daudela munduan zehar ingurumen justiziaren alde (Global Witness erakundeak ia mila anbientalista hildako erregistratu ditu azken hamar urteetan bakarrik, meatzaritza edo petrolio erauzketa proiektuen aurka borrokan ari zirela, haien lur eta urak babesten). Baina gehienez ere bosturte bat dugu hazkundearen mugei buruzko eztabaida zabal eta transbertsala sendotzeko, eta demokratikoki alternatiba ekologiko eta energetiko zehatz eta bideragarriak eraikitzeko. Gai izan behar genuke ekonomia, energia, gizarte eta kultura eredu aldaketa baten alde gehiengo handiak lortzeko. Boterearen menderatzeko erabileratik eta aberastasunen pilatzetik eratorritako bidegabekerien aurka borrokatzeaz gain, errealitatea onartuko duen eredu batez ari gara, naturarekin baketuko dena eta Lurraren mugen ekologikoen barnean bizi ona posible egingo duena.

Zibilizazio bat amaitzen ari da eta beste bat eraiki behar dugu. Ezer ez egitearen ondorioek —edo gutxiegi egitearenak— zuzenean garamatzate gizarte, ekonomia eta ekologiaren kolapsora. Baina gaur hasiz gero, oraindik izan gaitezke gizarte solidario eta demokratiko baten protagonista, planetarekin bakean.

Operation Mindfuck: The origins of the Illuminati conspiracy fraud and how it became popular in our times

From the new documentary Can 't Get You Out of My Head by Adam Curtis   globinfo freexchange   The first settlers had come from Europe to America to flee from the corruption of power in the Old World. But although they had got away from the old power, they hadn't got away from their suspicious minds, and alone, out in the vast wilderness of the new America, that led them to imagining dark, hidden conspiracies in their own government, far away in Washington.    One of the first of these, in the early 19th century, said that a secret group from Europe, called the Bavarian Illuminati, were running a giant conspiracy in America to destroy the new democracy. In reality, the Illuminati had been a utopian movement who wanted to replace religion with reason. But instead, they now became the first of a series of frightening suspicions that fed off the isolation of the settlers in the New World.    One night (in 1958, somewhere in the vicinity of Whittier, Califo...

US Warships Under Fire: Iran Hits Back & Blasts UAE

MintPress News  "PROJECT FREEDOM." Trump calls it humanitarian aid. We call it what he already admitted it is: piracy. On Friday, Trump boasted that US forces seizing Iranian ships and oil were "sort of like pirates, but we are not playing games."  By Sunday, he had rebranded the blockade as "Project Freedom"—a military escort operation to guide ships through the Strait of Hormuz. Today, that operation went live: 15,000 US troops, guided-missile destroyers, and over 100 aircraft are enforcing American "freedom" at gunpoint. Let's be clear: Washington didn't enter the Strait to defend commerce. It entered to monopolize commerce—to maintain imperial control over the world's oil arteries and strangle Iran's economy.  Iran knows this. That's why closing the Strait and establishing its own transit protocols remains its strongest card in the fight for self-determination. When Trump confessed to piracy, he wasn't joking. He was c...

Iranian Women Resist Invasion, Hospitals Targeted & Petrodollar Collapse

MintPress News   MintPress News founder Mnar Adley, this essential interview with University of Tehran professor Dr. Setareh Sadeghi reveals the devastating reality of US-Israeli aggression against Iran that corporate media refuses to report. With over 307 medical facilities destroyed in one month, schools bombed, and universities targeted, Iran faces what officials describe as a genocidal campaign. Dr. Sadeghi exposes: • How BBC journalists calling for Iran to be "nuked" are tied to CIA-backed regime change networks • Why Iranian women are leading mass rallies in defense of their nation—not against it • The collapse of Western propaganda as independent Iranian creators go viral worldwide • How Iran's regulation of the Strait of Hormuz is accelerating the petrodollar's decline • UAE's covert complicity in war crimes while positioning itself as a neutral party • Why Russia and China are aligning with Iran against unipolar imperial domination As Trump threatens to ...

How Western societies lost their faith in Vision

Why people don't rise up massively today? Why there are no real revolutions? How we tolerate all things that have been imposed to us? These questions come up in people's minds more and more often today in Greece and abroad, due to the economic crisis. Some theories are circulated as an answer, among these, explanations which include, for example, the psychosynthesis of modern Greeks, but the truth is that there is something more fundamental behind this passive behaviour and concerns not only Greece, but the entire Western world. by system failure Prior to the beginning of the 20th century, Friedrich Nietzsche declares God's death and Western world will put all its hopes in science. Laplace's Determinism leads to the almighty man, who through science, can find all the answers for the world. Technology, which naturally comes from scientific discoveries, promises prosperity and a better life for the majority. Science becomes the central "pylon...

Stephen Hawking confirms: The problem is Capitalism, not robots!

globinfo freexchange According to world famous physicist Stephen Hawking, the rising use of automated machines may mean the end of human rights – not just jobs. But he’s not talking about robots with artificial intelligence taking over the world, he’s talking about the current capitalist political system and its major players. On Reddit, Hawking said that the economic gap between the rich and the poor will continue to grow as more jobs are automated by machines, and the owners of said machines hoard them to create more wealth for themselves. The insatiable thirst for capitalist accumulation bestowed upon humans by years of lies and terrible economic policy has affected technology in such a way that one of its major goals has become to replace human jobs. If we do not take this warning seriously, we may face unfathomable corporate domination. If we let the same people who buy and sell our political system and resources maintain control of automated technology, the...

The West's hypocrisy has been exposed: This is how

Geopolitical Economy Report   Donald Trump's attacks on longtime US "allies" have forced Western leaders to admit their warmongering foreign policy was hypocritical. Canada's Prime Minister Mark Carney said the truth in his speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos: the "rules-based order" was "false". Ben Norton explains how the global balance of power is shifting.
