Στήριξη των χωρών που επιθυμούν να αποχωρήσουν από την Ευρωζώνη ζητά η ευρωομάδα της Αριστεράς

Η Ευρωομάδα της Αριστεράς (GUE/NGL) κατέθεσε χθες Εναλλακτικό Ψήφισμα στο Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο, με αφορμή τη συζήτηση της Έκθεσης για τη Δημοσιονομική ικανότητα της ζώνης του Ευρώ.

Εκεί εκφράζει τις βασικές θέσεις της για την Ευρωζώνη και καλεί σε στήριξη των χωρών που επιθυμούν να αποχωρήσουν από την Ευρωζώνη, επειδή η συμμετοχή τους έχει καταστεί μη βιώσιμη και αφόρητη.

Επίσης διεκδικούν την αποκατάσταση της οικονομικής και κοινωνικής ζημιάς που έχει προκαλέσει το Ευρώ και η Τρόικα στις χώρες αυτές και την ακύρωση του παράνομου χρέους.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα, η πολιτική ομάδα της GUE/NGL, που ενώνει αριστερές, κομμουνιστικές, πράσινες και άλλες δυνάμεις της Αριστεράς στην Ευρώπη, στο Εναλλακτικό Ψήφισμα ασκεί δριμεία κριτική στην Ευρωζώνη και στις πολιτικές που αυτή επιβάλει στους λαούς της Ευρώπης.

Σημειώνει ότι «το πλαίσιο οικονομικής διακυβέρνησης αποδείχθηκε στην πραγματικότητα αντιπαραγωγικό, καθώς υποχρεώνει τα κράτη μέλη να υιοθετούν φιλοκυκλικά μέτρα, δεν εξυπηρετεί και αντίκειται στα συμφέροντα τόσο των εργαζομένων όσο και του λαού και συνιστά ισχυρό ανασταλτικό παράγοντα της προόδου των κοινωνιών», καθώς επίσης, ότι «η ΟΝΕ, οι κοινές πολιτικές και η ενιαία αγορά δεν έχουν ενισχύσει τη σύγκλιση, τη συνεργασία ή την αλληλεγγύη, αλλά αντιθέτως την οικονομική κυριαρχία, τις αποκλίσεις και τα άνισα επίπεδα ανάπτυξης».

Στη συνέχεια του Ψηφίσματος, τα κόμματα της Αριστεράς στο Ευρωκοινοβούλιο τονίζουν ότι «η καθιέρωση του ευρώ ως κοινού νομίσματος έχει εξαλείψει δοκιμασμένες και ελεγμένες επιλογές πολιτικής για την αντιστάθμιση ασύμμετρων κραδασμών όπως η αναπροσαρμογή των συναλλαγματικών ισοτιμιών» και προτείνουν:

«τη δημιουργία ενός προγράμματος στήριξης και, εφόσον ζητηθεί από τα εν λόγω κράτη μέλη, η δυνατότητα να εντάσσονται σε ένα μηχανισμό συναλλαγματικών ισοτιμιών με την Ευρωπαϊκή Κεντρική Τράπεζα για τη συμμετρική σταθεροποίηση των συναλλαγματικών ισοτιμιών εκείνων των κρατών μελών που θα ήθελαν να διαπραγματευθούν μια ομαλή έξοδο από το ευρώ επειδή η συμμετοχή τους σε αυτό έχει καταστεί μη βιώσιμη και αφόρητη».
«επαρκή αντιστάθμιση για την κοινωνική και οικονομική ζημία που προκάλεσε η συμμετοχή των εν λόγω κρατών μελών στην ΟΝΕ».
«κατάρτιση σχεδίου έκτακτης ανάγκης για τη στήριξη της οικονομίας των χωρών που έχουν πληγεί από την παρέμβαση της τρόικας».
«δημιουργία νομικής σαφήνειας σχετικά με την ομαλή έξοδο από το ευρώ στο πλαίσιο της συμμετοχής στην Ένωση και την ανάγκη για εφαρμογή κεφαλαιακών ελέγχων, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της αναδιάρθρωσης χρέους και της απομείωσης του χρέους, με βάση τις αρχές της lex monetae, σύμφωνα με την οποία οι οφειλέτες μπορούν να εξοφλούν οφειλές στο νόμισμα της προτίμησής τους».
«να μειωθεί το βάρος του χρέους, μέσω επαναδιαπραγμάτευσης του χρέους (ποσά, διάρκεια και επιτόκια) και να ακυρωθεί το κερδοσκοπικό και παράνομο μέρους του».
«να καταργηθεί η Συνθήκη για τη Σταθερότητα, τον Συντονισμό και τη Διακυβέρνηση, όπως και το Ευρωπαϊκό Εξάμηνο, δεδομένου ότι αποτελούν έναν αντιδημοκρατικό οικονομικό ζουρλομανδύα που έχει δυσμενή επίδραση στις οικονομικές επιδόσεις των κρατών μελών και την κοινωνική ανάπτυξη».
