Βουλευτής της αντιπολίτευσης παρουσιάζει στο Μαιάμι τα 5 σχέδια για την αποσταθεροποίηση της Βενεζουέλας

O Χουάν Ρεκένσες, βουλευτής της αντιπολίτευσης, παρουσιάσει στην εφημερίδα El Nuevo Herald στο Μαΐάμι των ΗΠΑ, τα επόμενα βήματα για την αποσταθεροποίηση της χώρας, εν όψει των εκλογών για την Συντακτική Εθνοσυνέλευση στη Βενεζουέλα.

  1. Για τα τρόφιμα
Από το 2014 η έλλειψη βασικών τροφίμων στη Βενεζουέλα, είναι ένα από τα στοιχεία που η κυβέρνηση έχει καταγγείλει ως μέρος του οικονομικού πολέμου. Ο βουλευτής εξηγεί ότι θα εντείνουν τις προσπάθειες για την δημιουργία πρόσθετων δυσκολιών στην προμήθεια τροφίμων από τον πληθυσμό.

  1. Για την κυβέρνηση
Μπροστά σε αυτόν τον οικονομικό πόλεμο, τον οποίο κατήγγειλε, η κυβέρνηση, πήρε μέτρα ενίσχυσης της “Αποστολής Τροφοδοσία”, η οποία περιλαμβάνει διάφορα προγράμματα διανομής τροφίμων όπως τα PDVAL, Mercal, CLAP, Fundaproal κ.α. Η αντιπολίτευση προτάσσει το μποϋκοτάζ σε κάθε πρόοδο ώστε “να μην την αφήσει να κυβερνήσει”.

  1. Για την γενική απεργία
Η Βενεζουέλα έχει περάσει ήδη μια παρόμοια κατάσταση. Το 2002 αντιμετώπισε μια πετρελαϊκή απεργία στην οποία συμμετείχαν οι πετρελαιοπαραγωγοί εργοδότες και το Κέντρο Εργαζομένων Βενεζουέλας (CTV). Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν απώλειες ύψους 25 δις δολάρια για την χώρα.

  1. Για την Συντακτική Εθνοσυνέλευση
Οι CRD, είναι οι λεγόμενες από τους ηγέτες της αντιπολίτευσης “Επιτροπές Διάσωσης της Δημοκρατίας” και όπως εξηγεί ο βουλευτής Ρεκένσες, σκοπός τους είναι να μποϋκοτάρουν τις εκλογές για την Συντακτική Εθνοσυνέλευση, που έχουν προκηρυχθεί στα πλαίσια των νόμων της Βενεζουέλας και της οποίας το αποτέλεσμα θα τεθεί για ψηφοφορία σε δημοψήφισμα, όπως έχει εξαγγείλει ήδη ο πρόεδρος Μαδούρο.

  1. Για τις Εθνικές Μπολιβαριανές Ένοπλες Δυνάμεις (FANB)
Το “Σχέδιο Δημοκρατία” είναι η ανάπτυξη καθορισμένου αριθμού προσωπικού των Εθνικών Μπολιβαριανών Ένοπλων Δυνάμεων (FANB) για την φύλαξη κάθε εκλογικής διαδικασίας στη Βενεζουέλα. Το σχέδιο της αντιπολίτευσης είναι να επιχειρήσει να σαμποτάρει την συνήθη αυτή διαδικασία στις εν λόγω εκλογές για την Συντακτική Εθνοσυνέλευση.
