Δήλωση της Ηριάννας από τη φυλακή

Στην πρώτη δήλωσή της μετά την απορριπτική απόφαση του Πενταμελούς Εφετείου Αναστολών Αθήνας για αναστολή εκτέλεσης της πρωτόδικης ποινής της προέβη σήμερα η Ηριάννα.

Η 28χρονη κρατούμενη ευχαριστεί όλους όσοι «υψώνουν φωνή και ανάστημα στο όνομα της αλήθειας» και βάλλει κατά της Δικαιοσύνης, η απόφαση της οποίας στηρίχτηκε σε επιχειρήματα που δεν αντέχουν στη λογική.

Ολόκληρη η δήλωση

Σήμερα, τρεις μέρες μετά το δικαστήριο της 17ης, παραμένω κρατούμενη για πεντηκοστή μέρα ως αποτέλεσμα της μη αναστολής μιας απόφασης που «στηρίχτηκε» σε ανύπαρκτα στοιχεία και επιχειρήματα που δεν αντέχουν στη λογική.

Η πραγματικότητα όμως δεν μπορεί να καλύπτεται επ’ άπειρον από σαθρά σκεπτικά που κοστίζουν μια ζωή, ακόμη μια φορά.

Παρόλα αυτά το μόνο που κρατάω είναι η εικόνα μιας ασφυκτικά γεμάτης αίθουσας. Ο κόσμος που ήταν δίπλα μου τη Δευτέρα μου δίνει δύναμη ώστε να μη λυγίσω μέχρι και την αποκατάσταση του αυτονόητου.

Προς το παρόν δεν έχω παρά να ευχαριστήσω όλους εκείνους που από την πρώτη μέρα υψώνουν φωνή και ανάστημα στο όνομα της αλήθειας και με τον δικό του τρόπο ο καθένας στήριξε και συνεχίζει να στηρίζει εμένα και τους δικούς μου στον αγώνα που δίνουμε.
