Η αναβάθμιση της φτώχειας

Η κυβέρνηση πανηγυρίζει την αναβάθμιση των οίκων αξιολόγησης, η οποία όμως αναβάθμιση υπενθυμίζει οικτρά την κυβερνητική αποτυχία, εφόσον υπολείπεται ακόμη και των αντίστοιχων του 2014. Με λίγα λόγια, δεν έφταναν τα capital control, τα απανωτά μνημόνια της κυβέρνησης Συριζα- ΑΝΕΛ, η αύξηση των φόρων, το τσεκούρωμα των συντάξεων και το βούλιαγμα της αγοράς, έρχεται τώρα να μας θυμίσει η κυβέρνηση, εν τη αφελεία της, την πλήρη αποτυχία της στον οικονομικό τομέα.

Τί ακριβώς αναβάθμισαν οι οίκοι; Την φτώχια μας προφανώς. Διότι, οι παράμετροι που καθορίζουν αυτές τις αξιολογήσεις σχετίζονται κυρίως με την πιστωληπτική ικανότητα της χώρας, με τη δυνατότητά της δηλαδή να δανείζεται και να μην χρεωκοπεί. Εφόσον η κυβέρνηση έκλεισε την αξιολόγηση, προφανώς οι διεθνείς οίκοι θα την αναβάθμίσουν. Και λοιπόν; Τί έχει να κάνει αυτό με το επίπεδο των εισοδημάτων, τους φόρους και κυρίως με την προοπτική τους;

Τίποτα. Αντιθέτως. Όσο οι διεθνείς οίκοι πείθονται πως η κυβέρνηση θα κόψει μετά βεβαιότητος στις αρχές του 19 τις συντάξεις και θα μειώσει το αφορολόγητο, τόσο θα την αναβαθμίζουν. Και τόσο περισσότερο θα φτωχαίνει η μεσαία τάξη και τόσο περισσότερο θα κόβονται παροχές και κοινωνικά δικαίωματα.

Αλλά όχι μόνον το 19, όχι τόσο μακρυά. Απ' ό,τι φαίνεται, αύξηση φόρων θα έχουμε άμεσα, μέσα στο 17 και στο 18, ενώ η επόμενη αξιολόγηση δεν περιλαμβάνει μόνον την αθώωση του Γεωργίου της ΕΛΣΤΑΤ, δηλαδή την κατάλυση της εσωτερικής έννομης τάξης και την επιβολή από τους δανειστές του Τσακαλώτου ως υπουργού- γεγονότα που ξεπερνούν κατά πολύ την περίοδο Βαν Φλήτ και Πιούριφόϊ- αλλά και επώδυνες αλλαγές στον τομέα των εργασιακών σχέσεων και την διάλυση της αγοράς εργασίας, όπου η ανεργία πρόκειται να πέσει με ένα στρατό υποαπασχολούμενων, των 300 ευρώ.

Η φτώχεια μας δηλαδή αναβαθμίστηκε έτι περαιτέρω. Και γιατί θα κοπούν οι συντάξεις και θα αυξηθούν οι φόροι στις αρχές του 19; Διότι, όπως βλέπουμε ήδη με την υστέρηση των δημοσίων εσόδων, πάμε φουλ για απόκλιση από τους υπερβολικούς στόχους που έχουν τεθεί και επομένως θα γίνει αυτό που υπέγραψε η κυβέρνηση, θα ενεργοποιηθεί ο κόφτης.

Αλλά και τί μ' αυτό; Μήπως ο Τσίπρας θα είναι πρωθυπουργός τον Ιανουάριο του 2019; Άλλος θα είναι. Ο οποίος, σκέφτονται στην κυβέρνηση, εύκολα θα κατηγορηθεί για κοινωνική αναλγησία. Αλλά καλόν είναι να μην πανηγυρίζουν στην κυβέρνηση. Και ο Σαμαράς μια χαρά αναβαθμίστηκε λίγο πριν κατακρημνιστεί και το ΠΑΣΟΚ μια χαρά πήγαινε, λίγο πριν βρεθεί στο κενό. Διότι, να το ξαναπούμε για να το εμπεδώσουν, ο κόσμος δεν απασχολείται με τους οίκους αξιολόγησης, αλλά αποκλειστικά με τον δικό του οίκο.
