Νεβάδα όπως Ελλάδα: το Αμερικανικό πεδίο δοκιμών για την θεσμοθέτηση της κορπορατικής φεουδαρχίας του 21ου αιώνα!

 
Στις αρχές Φεβρουαρίου, ένα σύντομο άρθρο στη διαδικτυακή έκδοση του Associated Press πέρασε λίγο-πολύ απαρατήρητο. Παρόλα αυτά, θα μπορούσε να αποτελέσει την καλύτερη απόδειξη για ένα γεγονός που αυτό εδώ το μπλογκ υποστηρίζει εδώ και χρόνια. Δηλαδή, με λίγα λόγια, ότι το Δυτικό οικονομικό μοντέλο έχει ήδη μεταμορφωθεί σε κάτι ακόμα χειρότερο από τον καπιταλισμό. Έχει μεταμορφωθεί σε ένα είδος κορπορατικής φεουδαρχίας του 21ου αιώνα. Και φαίνεται ότι η πολιτεία της Νεβάδα θα αποτελέσει και επίσημα το πεδίο δοκιμών γι'αυτή την Οργουελική μετάβαση. 
 
Το πρώτο σοκ έρχεται με τη γενική περιγραφή του τι πρόκειται να δούμε στην πολιτεία της Νεβάδα. Όπως αναφέρεται στο άρθρο, ετοιμάζεται ειδική νομοθεσία που θα επιτρέπει την ίδρυση περιοχών (που αποκαλούνται Ζώνες Καινοτομίας) στη συγκεκριμένη πολιτεία, τις οποίες οι μεγάλες εταιρίες θα ελέγχουν απόλυτα μέσα από αυτόνομες τοπικές κυβερνήσεις! 

Το σχέδιο ανακοινώθηκε από τον κυβερνήτη  Steve Sisolak, μέλος του Δημοκρατικού κόμματος, με την αιτιολογία ότι θα βοηθήσει στην επανεκκίνηση της οικονομίας της συγκεκριμένης πολιτείας, προσελκύοντας εταιρίες υψηλής τεχνολογίας.
 
Όμως οι λεπτομέρειες που αναφέρονται παρακάτω, προκαλούν ανατριχίλα. Οι συγκεκριμένες ζώνες θα επιτρέπουν στις εταιρίες να δεσμεύουν μεγάλες εκτάσεις γης μέσα στις οποίες θα συγκροτούν αυτόνομες κυβερνήσεις (στο άρθρο χρησιμοποιείται πράγματι η λέξη governments). Οι κυβερνήσεις αυτές, σύμφωνα πάντα με το συγκεκριμένο άρθρο, θα έχουν τον ίδιο βαθμό εξουσίας με τις υπάρχουσες διοικητικές περιοχές (κομητείες) και άρα οι εταιρίες θα έχουν την ισχύ να επιβάλλουν φόρους(!), να ιδρύουν εκπαιδευτικές και δικαστικές περιφέρειες και να παρέχουν κυβερνητικές υπηρεσίες! 

Όπως επίσης αναφέρεται στο άρθρο, οι συγκεκριμένες ζώνες θα λειτουργούν αρχικά υπό την επίβλεψη των υφιστάμενων διοικητικών περιοχών, αλλά τελικά θα μετατραπούν σε ανεξάρτητους κυβερνητικούς φορείς. Οι ζώνες θα διαθέτουν τριμελή εποπτικά συμβούλια με τις ίδιες εξουσίες με τους κομητειακούς επιτρόπους. Οι επιχειρήσεις θα διατηρούν σημαντικό έλεγχο στα συμβούλια αυτά. 

 
Όπως είχαμε αναφέρει τον Σεπτέμβριο του 19, η αποικία χρέους Ελλάδα και ειδικά με καθεστώς Μητσοτάκη, αποτελεί το ιδανικό πεδίο δοκιμών για το αντίστοιχο σχέδιο επί Ευρωπαϊκού εδάφους, με τις λεγόμενες Ειδικές Οικονομικές Ζώνες (ΕΟΖ).
 
Η ΕΟΖ παίρνει πολλές μορφές, αλλά η βασική λειτουργία της είναι ότι στην ουσία δημιουργείται ένα κράτος εν κράτει με τα ακόλουθα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά:

- Ξεχωριστή διοίκηση της συγκεκριμένης περιοχής, την οποία αναλαμβάνουν οι επενδυτές.

- Ειδικό φορολογικό καθεστώς για τους επενδυτές.

- Ειδικές εργασιακές σχέσεις για τους επενδυτές.

- Αστυνόμευση που θα πραγματοποιείται από ιδιωτικές εταιρίες security.   
 
Όλα αυτά θα καθορίζονται από τους επενδυτές. 
 
Το σχέδιο θα εφαρμοστεί ανεμπόδιστα και σε πλήρη σύμπλευση με το νεοφιλελεύθερο ιερατείο του άξονα Βρυξελλών-Βερολίνου, καθώς οι φανατικοί τεχνοκράτες του Μητσοτάκη είναι απόλυτα αφοσιωμένοι στην επιτυχή ολοκλήρωσή του.

Όπως εύκολα μπορεί να καταλάβει κανείς, μιλάμε για χαρακτηριστικά που θυμίζουν σύγχρονα φέουδα. Οι ομοιότητες με τις Ζώνες Καινοτομίας που ετοιμάζουν οι Αμερικανοί στη Νεβάδα, φανερές.

Ήδη από το 2014 είχαμε γράψει ότι, έχοντας εξασφαλίσει το νέο εργατικό δυναμικό μέσω πλήρως αυτοματοποιημένων μηχανών, αυτό που έμεινε τώρα για την κυρίαρχη ελίτ, είναι να καταλάβει όλους τους φυσικούς πόρους. Μεγάλες εταιρίες αρπάζουν τεράστιες καλλιεργήσιμες εκτάσεις, ειδικότερα στις αναπτυσσόμενες χώρες, με σκοπό να ελέγξουν την παραγωγή τροφής. Κοιτάσματα πετρελαίου και φυσικού αερίου σε πολλές περιοχές του πλανήτη ελέγχονται από μεγάλες ιδιωτικές εταιρίες.
 
Να λοιπόν που θα "επενδύσουν" τα υπερκέρδη που συσσωρεύουν (ακόμα και μέσα στις κρίσεις) οι μεγάλες εταιρίες που έχουν εξαγοράσει τα πολιτικά συστήματα: στα σύγχρονα φέουδα! Και τόσο η Ελλάδα, όσο και η Νεβάδα, θα αποτελέσουν τα πρώτα πεδία δοκιμών αυτής της θεσμοθετημένης κορπορατικής φεουδαρχίας, μέσα στην καρδιά της ίδιας της Δύσης!

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique.
