Όταν το σύστημα απειλεί με μια νέα κρίση

Ένα αντίστροφο σενάριο της κρίσης του 2008 στις ΗΠΑ θα ήταν μια πιθανή νέα κρίση, που αυτή τη φορά θα ξεκινούσε από την Ευρώπη. Η παγκόσμια νεοφιλελεύθερη δικτατορία νιώθει ότι υπάρχει μια απειλή για την κυριαρχία της με αφετηρία τις προσεχείς ευρωεκλογές. Οι δυνάμεις των ευρωσκεπτικιστών, που ανήκουν κυρίως στην πατριωτική Δεξιά, παρουσιάζονται αισθητά ενισχυμένες, ενώ η Αριστερά μοιάζει αποφασισμένη να μην προσαρτηθεί στο νεοφιλελεύθερο μπλοκ στο οποίο προσχώρησαν και τα Σοσιαλιστικά Ευρωπαϊκά κόμματα.

Τα κράτη-μέλη της ευρωζώνης μοιάζουν παγιδευμένα ανάμεσα στις αγορές που είναι έτοιμες να επιτεθούν ανά πάσα στιγμή και στην ΕΚΤ, γι'αυτό προχωρούν σε σκληρότερα “προληπτικά” μέτρα λιτότητας. Χαρακτηριστικό πρόσφατο παράδειγμα είναι οι περικοπές ύψους 50 δισ. που ανακοίνωσε ο Ολάντ για τη διετία 2015-2017.

Το σύστημα απειλεί τις κοινωνίες με μια νέα κρίση καθώς δεν θέλει να δει τα σχέδια του να εκτροχιάζονται. Σε περίπτωση που οι ευρωεκολογές αναδείξουν μεγάλη άνοδο των αντι-νεοφιλελεύθερων δυνάμεων στην ευρωβουλή, αυτό σημαίνει ότι οι “αγορές” θα ετοιμαστούν για μια νέα μεγάλη οικονομική κρίση που αυτή τη φορά θα ξεκινήσει από την Ευρώπη, καθώς η παγκόσμια νεοφιλελεύθερη δικτατορία θέλει πάση θυσία να ολοκληρώσει το πείραμα που ξεκίνησε στην Ελλάδα, επεκτείνοντας το, σε πρώτη φάση, σε όλη την ευρωζώνη, ακόμα και στη Γερμανία.

Στην άλλη πλευρά του Ατλαντικού, ο Ομπάμα προσπαθεί απεγνωσμένα να περάσει κάποια μέτρα υπέρ της πλειοψηφίας του Αμερικανικού λαού (Obamacare, αύξηση κατώτατου μισθού), αλλά βρίσκει μεγάλα εμπόδια και από τη μεριά των Ρεπουμπλικάνων που φαίνεται ότι τάσσονται ανοιχτά υπέρ του μεγάλου κεφαλαίου. Ασφαλώς ο Ομπάμα νοιάζεται για την υστεροφημία του, αλλά μάλλον δεν μπορεί να κάνει πολλά.

Μια πιθανή νέα κρίση στην Ευρώπη θα περάσει πιθανώς και στην άλλη πλευρά του Ατλαντικού ώστε να ανακοπούν οι όποιες προθέσεις για φιλολαϊκά μέτρα σε πρώτη φάση και να επεκταθούν οι νεοφιλελεύθερες πολιτικές στις ΗΠΑ με τη γνωστή συνταγή ΔΝΤ της σκληρής λιτότητας και δημοσιονομικής πειθαρχίας. Είναι χαρακτηριστικό ότι, με βάση τα λεγόμενα του γνωστού οικονομολόγου, Γιόζεφ Στίγκλιτς, το ΔΝΤ είχε κάνει στο παρελθόν λανθασμένες εκτιμήσεις για την Αμερικανική οικονομία, οι οποίες (ευτυχώς) αγνοήθηκαν. Ίσως αυτή τη φορά κάποιοι, “θεωρήσουν” (δυστυχώς) ότι δεν πρέπει να τις αγνοήσουν.

Η “Ομοσπονδιακή” τράπεζα των ΗΠΑ μπορεί να επηρεάσει σημαντικά τη μετάδοση της κρίσης, καθώς η Αμερικανική κυβέρνηση μοιάζει όλο και πιο εξαρτημένη από τις πολιτικές ποσοτικής χαλάρωσης που αυτή εφαρμόζει.

Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι, οι λαοί δεν πρέπει να υποκύψουν στην προπαγάνδα του εκφοβισμού και να καταλάβουν ότι έχουν τη δύναμη να αντισταθούν απέναντι στις δυνάμεις και στις πολιτικές που συστηματικά τους εξαθλιώνουν. Για το λόγο αυτό, οι προσεχείς ευρωεκλογές μπορούν να αποτελέσουν μια μεγάλη ευκαιρία.
