Βαρουφάκης: Οι σοσιαλδημοκράτες ήθελαν να μας διαλύσουν!

«Το δημοψήφισμα δεν έγινε για να κερδίσουμε, αλλά για να χάσουμε, για να βρούμε μια δικαιολογία απέναντι σε μια αναπόφευκτη υποταγή». Με αυτή τη φράση ο πρώην υπουργός Οικονομικών Γιάνης Βαρουφάκης περιγράφει στο γαλλικό περιοδικό «L' Observateur» τα όσα συνέβησαν τα βραδιά του δημοψηφίσματος, όταν το «Όχι» επικράτησε με ποσοστό 62%.

«Το σκέφτομαι στ' αλήθεια. Τη νύχτα του δημοψηφίσματος, όταν αυτό το μεγαλειώδες 62% για το «όχι» έφτασε, εγώ βρισκόμουν στον έβδομο ουρανό. Αλλά αυτό δεν ήταν το αποτέλεσμα που επιθυμούσε ο Τσίπρας. Φαινόταν καθαρά γραμμένο στο πρόσωπό του. Λοιπόν, εκείνη τη νύχτα μου είπε: είναι καιρός να παραδοθούμε. Και του απάντησα: όχι για μένα. Ήταν πολύ φιλικό. Πολύ λυπηρό με πολλή στοργή αλλά και αγάπη (...) Σκεφτόταν ότι η Ελλάδα θα μπορούσε να καταστραφεί εάν συνεχίζαμε. Δεν συμμεριζόμουν αυτή την άποψη. Κι έφυγα».

Αναφερόμενος στο ρόλο των Podemos στην Ισπανία, ο Βαρουφάκης είπε: «Τους κάναμε μεγάλο κακό. Οι Podemos έχουν υποστεί πλέον μεγάλη ζημιά εξαιτίας μας. Όλα, όμως συνδέονται: ένας από τους λόγους για τους οποίους η επίσημη Ευρώπη εμφανιζόταν τόσο αποφασισμένη να μας λιώσει, ήταν η άνοδος του Podemos. Οι σοσιαλδημοκράτες στη Γερμανία κι αλλού φοβούνταν την επιτυχία μας. Εάν είχαμε πετύχει στο να επανεκκινήσουμε την ελληνική οικονομία, θα είχαν καταλήξει όπως το ΠΑΣΟΚ στην Ελλάδα, δηλαδή στο 4%. Επομένως, έπρεπε να μας διαλύσουν, όπερ και έπραξαν», ανέφερε - μεταξύ άλλων - ο Γιάνης Βαρουφάκης.

Το να πιστεύει κανείς ότι υπάρχει ένας γερμανικός ψυχολογικός «τύπος», είναι η αρχή του ρατσισμού. Δεν συμφωνώ εξ' ολοκλήρου με τον Μελανσόν και του το είχα πει στην γιορτή της Ουμανιτέ. Πρόκειται, κυρίως, για μια αδύναμη σκέψη. Γιατί η ευρωζώνη φτιάχτηκε, όχι από μια γερμανική κυβέρνηση, αλλά από έναν συνασπισμό γαλλικών, γερμανικών και ελληνικών ελίτ, οι οποίες είναι εξίσου υπεύθυνες για την καταστροφική αρχιτεκτονική της».
