Γερμανοί επενδυτές του ... αέρα

Τις πληροφορίες αυτές επιβεβαίωσε και ο πρόεδρος της Ομοσπονδίας Υπαλλήλων της Πολιτικής Αεροπορίας, διερωτώμενος προφανώς για τον ρόλο «εγγυητή» που καλείται να παίξει το ελληνικό Δημόσιο ώστε να περάσει στα χέρια της γερμανικής εταιρείας η δημόσια περιουσία.

«Σας θυμίζω πως έχουμε ήδη προσφύγει στην Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή, καθώς οι ευρωπαϊκοί κανόνες απαγορεύουν την εκποίηση υποδομών που έχουν φτιαχτεί με κρατικές και κοινοτικές ενισχύσεις, όπως τα αεροδρόμια των Χανίων και της Θεσσαλονίκης. Εδώ στην ουσία ζητείται ακόμα μία κρατική ενίσχυση, με το ίδιο το Δημόσιο ως εγγυητή για να γίνει η επένδυση», λέει στην «Εφ.Συν.» ο κ. Αλεβιζόπουλος.

Η διάθεση της εταιρείας να επενδύσει χωρίς να βάλει βαθιά το χέρι στην τσέπη έχει διαφανεί και από την ένταξή της στο «πακέτο Γιούνκερ» για το συγκεκριμένο έργο.

Αν και από τις συμβατικές της υποχρεώσεις η κοινοπραξία Fraport-Slentel οφείλει εντός της πρώτης τετραετίας να πραγματοποιήσει επενδύσεις ύψους 300 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ στα ελληνικά αεροδρόμια, έχει ήδη εγκριθεί η χρηματοδότησή της από το συγκεκριμένο πακέτο ενισχύσεων με... 400 εκατομμύρια!

Πέρα πάντως από τις δημοσιογραφικές πληροφορίες, τα σύννεφα πάνω από την υλοποίηση της επίμαχης σύμβασης έχουν αρχίσει να πυκνώνουν μετά και την τρίτη συνεχή αναβολή της ανάληψης της διοίκησης των 14 αεροδρομίων από την κοινοπραξία Fraport-Slentel.

Η είσοδος της εταιρείας είχε προγραμματιστεί αρχικά για τον Νοέμβριο του 2016, στη συνέχεια για την 1η Ιανουαρίου και κατόπιν αναβλήθηκε για την 1η Φεβρουαρίου.

Πλέον η μετάβαση μετατέθηκε για τα μέσα Μαρτίου ή αρχές Απριλίου, ενώ η επίσημη δικαιολογία είναι οι διάφορες τεχνικές εκκρεμότητες που παρουσιάζει η σύμβαση.

Την 1η Φεβρουαρίου, με τη λήξη της σχετικής προθεσμίας, πολίτες των Χανίων επιδίωξαν να κάνουν «έξωση» στα στελέχη της Fraport τα οποία έχουν εγκατασταθεί ήδη στο αεροδρόμιο και σε γραφεία που τους έχουν παραχωρηθεί από την ΥΠΑ.

Οι πολίτες υποστήριξαν πως η παρουσία των στελεχών εκεί συνιστά κατάληψη δημόσιας περιουσίας, ενώ το συμβάν έληξε μετά από παρέμβαση της αστυνομίας.

«Μην περιμένετε να δείτε τη Fraport στα αεροδρόμια εντός του 2017 - και να δούμε αν αυτό επιτευχθεί το 2018», είπε χθες από τα Χανιά ο πρόεδρος της ΟΣΥΠΑ, τονίζοντας πως η εταιρεία δεν είναι έτοιμη ούτε από οικονομικής ούτε από πλευράς εκπαίδευσης του προσωπικού της.

Για «Σκάνδαλο Fraport» μιλούν πλέον οι πολίτες των Χανίων.

Μιλώντας στην «Εφ.Συν.» η Αθηνά Γιαννουλάκη, μέλος της Πρωτοβουλίας Πολιτών και πρόεδρος του Σωματείου Εργαζομένων ΟΤΑ Νομού Χανίων, τονίζει:

«Στο εξής η υπόθεση θα φέρει το όνομα “Σκάνδαλο Φράπορτ” και σε αυτό δυστυχώς είναι εμπλεκόμενη και η παρούσα κυβέρνηση. Καλούμε έστω και τώρα τους βουλευτές και το πολιτικό προσωπικό των Χανίων και του Ρεθύμνου να ορθώσουν το ανάστημά τους και να ανταποκριθούν στις ιστορικές ευθύνες που τους αναλογούν».

Η ίδια τονίζει ότι με τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις δικαιώνονται οι πολίτες που επέμειναν σταθερά να αγωνίζονται κατά της ιδιωτικοποίησης των αεροδρομίων, ενώ προαναγγέλλει πως το επόμενο διάστημα θα ενταθούν οι ειρηνικές κινητοποιήσεις των πολιτών στα Χανιά.

Ιδιαίτερα επικριτικές ήταν οι αναφορές στη χθεσινή συνέντευξη Τύπου για τον συνεταίρο της Fraport στην εν λόγω κοινοπραξία, την κυπριακή Slentel, συμφερόντων του ομίλου Κοπελούζου.

Πρόκειται για μια offshore με μετοχικό κεφάλαιο μόλις 5.000 ευρώ, ανέφερε ο πρόεδρος της ΟΣΥΠΑ, παρουσιάζοντας την έκθεση ανεξάρτητου ελεγκτή της Κύπρου με βάση την οποία η εταιρεία θα έπρεπε να κλείσει, αφού για το 2013 παρουσίασε μηδενικά έσοδα και ζημία 13.485 ευρώ. Η έκθεση του ελεγκτή παραδόθηκε τον Νοέμβριο του 2014.

Ωστόσο, λίγες μέρες μετά το ΤΑΙΠΕΔ επικύρωνε τη συμφωνία μαζί της για την ανάληψη των 14 αεροδρομίων της χώρας (η Slentel εμφανίζεται ως ελέγχουσα το 35% της κοινοπραξίας με τη Fraport).
