«Μαύρη τρύπα» 230 εκατ. ευρώ στο ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ αποκάλυψε ο Πολάκης

Σε μία πολύκροτη αποκάλυψη προχώρησε κατά την κατάθεσή του ο Παύλος Πολάκης. Όπως γνωστοποίησε ο αν. υπουργός, στο ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ εντοπίστηκε ταμειακό κενό ύψους 230 εκατ. ευρώ για την περίοδο 2007 έως 2014, με τον κ. Πολάκη να ζητά άμεση παρέμβαση εισαγγελέα.

Στην εισαγωγική του τοποθέτηση, ανέφερε πως η «μαύρη τρύπα» ανακαλύφθηκε πριν από 10 μέρες, καθώς δεν υπήρχαν συγκεντρωμένα λογιστικά στοιχεία του ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ κυρίως από το 2011 και έπειτα. Συγκεκριμένα, έκανε λόγο για «κρύψιμο στοιχείων» που προκαλούσε εμπόδια στην έρευνα που διεξαγόταν, με αποτέλεσμα «δεν μπορούσαμε να έχουμε την εικόνα του όλου». Κατά τα λεγόμενά του, μέχρι το 2011 το ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ τηρούσε λογιστικά βιβλία, ωστόσο, από το 2011 και μετά το συγκεκριμένο λογισμικό πρόγραμμα απεγκαταστάθηκε και για το 2013 – 2014 υπάρχουν μόνο φύλλα excel για τη ροή του δημόσιου χρήματος στο Κέντρο.

«Από το 2007 έως το 2014 στο ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ εισήλθαν εισροές με όρους πραγματικού χρήματος -μπήκαν λεφτά δηλαδή- 750.304.452 εκατ. ευρώ» σημείωσε, επισημαίνοντας παράλληλα πως οι πληρωμές ανέρχονται σε 522,2 εκατ. ευρώ. «Πού πήγαν τα υπόλοιπα 230 εκατ. ευρώ;» διερωτήθηκε. «Είδαμε τους απολογισμούς συνολικά. Λες, εντάξει φάγανε…» είπε δηκτικά, προσθέτοντας ότι δεν περίμενε τέτοιο εύρος ρεμούλας.

Επίσης, σύμφωνα με τον ταμειακό έλεγχο του Γενικού Λογιστηρίου του Κράτους το 2016 στο ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ και ο οποίος αφορούσε την χρήση του 2014, το ταμειακό υπόλοιπο του Κέντρου ήταν μόλις 3,7 εκατ. ευρώ, με τον κ Πολάκη να αναρωτιέται για ποιο λόγο το ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ διατηρούσε περίπου 20 τραπεζικούς λογαριασμούς. «Καταλαβαίνετε τι έχουμε τώρα; Δώσαμε 750 εκατ. ευρώ, παραδέχονται ότι ξόδεψαν 530 εκατ. και στους λογαριασμούς έχουν 3 εκατ. ευρώ. Πού πήγαν τα υπόλοιπα;» αναρωτήθηκε και ζήτησε την άμεση επέμβαση εισαγγελέα. «Αύριο το πρωί» είπε χαρακτηριστικά πρέπει να επέμβει ο εισαγγελέας.
