Η υποστολή της σημαίας του Aquarius και το τέλος της ελπίδας

«Οι αρχές της Μάλτας και της Ιταλίας κατάσχεσαν τέσσερα πλοία διασωστικά. Μέσα στον Αύγουστο αφαιρέθηκε από το Aquarius η σημαία του Γιβραλτάρ. Βρήκαμε Παναμέζικη. Πριν δύο εβδομάδες και ο Παναμάς υπέστειλε τη σημαία του Αquarius. Τέρμα τα διασωστικά στην περιοχή. Γιατί; Μας είπαν ότι δεν σεβαστήκαμε τα πρωτόκολλο Διάσωσης. Δηλαδή δεν δώσαμε τους ανθρώπους στους νόμιμους διασώστες, στο λιμενικό της Λιβύης.

Στην πραγματικότητα δέχτηκαν πολιτικές πιέσεις από την Ιταλία. Κυκλοφόρησε πως η Ιταλία τους εκβίασε ότι θα κλείσει τα λιμάνια για όλα τα Παναμέζικα πλοία. Όμως εμείς φυσικά δεν μπορούσαμε να δώσουμε τους πρόσφυγες στους νόμιμους διασώστες τους γιατί αυτό ισοδυναμεί με καταπάτηση του Διεθνούς Δικαίου. Απαγορεύεται να επιστρέψεις άνθρωπο στον τόπο του βασανισμού του. Είσαι υποχρεωμένος να τον μεταφέρεις στο πλησιέστερο ασφαλές λιμάνι. Αυτά είναι της Μάλτας ή της Ιταλίας όχι της Λιβύης.

Όπως καταλαβαίνετε ΕΕ και Ιταλία καταπατούν νόμους του Διεθνούς Δικαίου με τη διακήρυξη της Μάλτας και ζητούν από εμάς να παρανομήσουμε αδιαφορώντας για τον θάνατο χιλιάδων ανθρώπων.

Σήμερα η Τρίπολη έχει πάλι πόλεμο μεταξύ πολιτοφυλακών. Μαθαίνουμε απίστευτες ιστορίες. Μέσα στον πόλεμο αυτό κλείδωσαν μετανάστες σε κέντρα κι έφυγαν. Οι άνθρωποι έπιναν νερό από την τουαλέτα για να επιβιώσουν. Και οι πάνω από 700.000 μετανάστες που εγκλωβίζονται σε αυτή την κόλαση, δεν έχουν πλέον με τα μέτρα της ΕΕ καμία έξοδο διαφυγής. Είτε θα δολοφονηθούν ακαριαία, είτε θα βασανίζονται μέχρι θανάτου».
