Οι νεοφιλελεύθεροι τζιχαντιστές της δεξιάς δεν κρατιούνται: πριν ακόμα αναλάβουν, στρώνουν το δρόμο για το πρώτο πλιάτσικο με ασφαλιστικό Πινοσέτ

Σε πλήρη ανάπτυξη βρίσκεται το σχέδιο ιδιωτικοποίησης της ασφάλισης που προτίθεται να εφαρμόσει άμεσα η Νέα Δημοκρατία στην περίπτωση που κερδίσει τις εθνικές εκλογές της 7ης Ιουλίου. Πρόκειται για ένα σχέδιο που προβλέπει τη μεταφορά από το ΕΤΕΑΕΠ (Ταμείο Επικουρικής Ασφάλισης), τη συσσώρευση και αξιοποίηση (εισφορών) εσόδων ύψους 75 δισ. ευρώ σε βάθος είκοσι πέντε ετών (2020 - 2045).

Το όλο εγχείρημα βρίσκεται ήδη σε εξέλιξη, όπως προκύπτει από διαδοχικές συσκέψεις που έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί όλο το προηγούμενο διάστημα, αλλά και τις επαφές με κορυφαίες ευρωπαϊκές ιδιωτικές ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες που αποκαλύπτει σήμερα η “Αυγή”.

Σύμφωνα και με τα στοιχεία που είναι διαθέσιμα αυτή τη στιγμή, το σχέδιο "Πλήρους ιδιωτικοποίησης της επικουρικής ασφάλισης" αποτελεί ένα πρωτόγνωρο πείραμα, που δεν έχει εφαρμοστεί σε καμία άλλη ευρωπαϊκή χώρα, καθώς δεν περιορίζεται απλώς στην εκχώρηση της επικουρικής ασφάλισης σε ιδιωτικές ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες, αλλά προβλέπει την εγκατάσταση των ιδιωτικών ασφαλιστικών εταιρειών εντός του σημερινού δημόσιου και κοινωνικού ασφαλιστικού συστήματος.

Αυτό σημαίνει ότι από το έτος υλοποίησης της πρότασης της Ν.Δ. οι ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες με κερδοσκοπικούς όρους αναλαμβάνουν υποχρεωτικά τη διαχείριση και μετά από κάποια χρόνια τη χορήγηση της επικουρικής σύνταξης, οδηγώντας σταδιακά σε κατάργηση τη δημόσια διαχείριση και χορήγηση της επικουρικής σύνταξης από το ΕΤΕΑΕΠ, με ό,τι αυτό αρνητικά συνεπάγεται για το επίπεδο και τη βεβαιότητα χορήγησης της σύνταξης των ήδη συνταξιούχων.

Η “ΑΥΓΗ” αποκαλύπτει σήμερα σε ποιο βαθμό έχουν προχωρήσει οι επαφές στελεχών της Ν.Δ. (πλαισιώνονται από τεχνοκράτες με θητεία στον κλάδο της ιδιωτικής ασφάλισης αλλά και πρώην εκπροσώπους του ΔΝΤ) με κορυφαίες ιδιωτικές ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες οι οποίες και κατέχουν ηγετικές θέσεις στον ευρωπαϊκό χώρο της ιδιωτικής ασφάλισης, πώς ναυάγησαν οι πρώτες συζητήσεις με εγχώριες ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες που δήλωσαν αδυναμία διαχείρισης (έλλειψη υποδομών και επαρκή κεφάλαια) για να αναλάβουν το πρωτόγνωρο αυτό εγχείρημα, αλλά και ποια μέτρα (περικοπών) πρόκειται να ληφθούν -άμεσα και μεταβατικά- σε όλο το φάσμα της κοινωνικής ασφάλισης προκειμένου να χρηματοδοτηθεί το δυσθεώρητο κόστος μετάβασης, αλλά και για να διατηρηθούν για κάποια χρόνια οι σημερινές επικουρικές συντάξεις των 1,25 εκατ. συνταξιούχων του ΕΤΕΑΕΠ.
